Preservação e patrimônio no instituto histórico e geográfico de São Paulo (1894-1937)

O Instituto Histórico e Geográfico de São Paulo, inaugurado no ano de 1894, foi um dos mais importantes espaços de formulação ideológica das elites intelectuais paulistas, na virada do século XIX. Ao longo da primeira república, esses associados produziram um vasto e eclético conjunto de artigos, unindo, de forma bastante singular, beletrismo e erudição com os paradigmas científicos próprios de sua época. Além disso, os sócios do IHGSP, localizados em um período anterior à consolidação dos espaços acadêmicos, também discutiram aspectos da preservação do patrimônio local e regional, inserindo-os em uma lógica própria de valorização da história e da civilização bandeirante, como um modelo de ação e atuação a ser admirado e seguido por todo o país.

The focus of this research is centered on organic information production, sharingand use on the enterprise decision making process. The information on the present economy becomes value source for organizations. The organic information is produced on the organization s internal environment been a product of the activities made by execution its functions. Knowing the elements that involve this process gives a great help to managers once the decision making process is permeated by conflicts and different perceptions. Therefore, the organic information can reduce these conflicts on organizational contexts, because it reduces the uncertainness, propitiates more security and more trustworthiness to the decision making process, besides it gives dynamism to people s time involved on the process. The investigated universe was composed by the companies affiliated to Construnova Net, from construction material segment, located at Marilia Region s cities, Sao Paulo State, because it is an important segment which influences the local and regional economy. The methodological proceedings used are based on the qualitative approach which method is related to descriptive and exploratory research. As data collecting instruments were elaborated a structured questionnaire with closed questions and an interview s syllabus which contents are related to the research s aims. As analysis proceedings for the collected data and also to consider the qualitative approach it was chosen the Contents Analysis method from Bardin and more specifically the Categorical Analysis . Consequently, we conclude that it is deficient in production of organic information, or to produce documents that prove and control the activities that are developed within the organization is not satisfactory. A seleção dos conteúdos cartográficos presentes na proposta curricular dos cadernos São Paulo faz escola de geografia do 6. ano do ensino fundamental II

Cartography is one of the languages that express the knowledge of the geographic space and, therefore, the official curriculum proposals have highlighted the importance of the geography teaching which articulates its contents with this language in primary education. So, we present an analysis of the content selected to the curriculum mapping specifications of the São Paulo faz escola material, specifically for the 6th year of Elementary School II, version 2009. From the perspective of qualitative research, with instruments and techniques of quantitative and qualitative research, we analyzed documents and observed little concern with the proposition works that present the physical and social characteristics of the state of São Paulo. Also, we noticed the lack of concern with representations in local and regional scales. The research brings many examples on the global scale. It explores few activities using graphics and charts. Despite bringing thematic maps in their entirety, it does not show an example of conical projection as well as cartograms and anamorphosis. O grupo cervejeiro nacional petrópolis na evolução do capitalismo brasileiro: concorrência e expansão territorial

The processes resulting from globalization are backdrop for the work. On the other hand the Regulation Theory is theoretical north that drives research directions. Considering these two basis, we studied the formation of economic groups as a consequence of the processes of concentration and centralization of capital, giving more emphasis on their national character. We see how they went through the restructuring process in the transition from Fordist accumulation regime to a flexible system of accumulation. We 'll discuss the brewery industry and how major industry groups are currently creating a sector overview, ranging from the productive process to the forms of competition among large companies. Specifically we will see the Petrópolis Group this framework and how the company relates to the territory, and what answers we have of this relationship in terms of local development in the territories where the group entered, and territorial changes which have occurred there

Resposta da comunidade de formigas ao efeito de borda em paisagens de Cerrado

Uma das principais alterações ambientais decorrentes da ação antrópica é o efeito de borda, consequência direta da fragmentação, que altera condições microclimáticas nas bordas dos fragmentos. Este processo afeta a biodiversidade, interferindo na dinâmica das comunidades, tanto vegetais, quanto animais, alterando a composição e a estrutura das comunidades. Através da utilização de bioindicadores é possível compreender como alterações nos hábitats interferem nas comunidades locais, ou em processos ecológicos essenciais para a manutenção do ecossistema e da biodiversidade local ou regional. Devido à grande riqueza, abundância e importância em diversos processos ecológicos, como por exemplo, dispersão de sementes e ciclagem de nutrientes, as formigas têm sido utilizadas como indicadores ambientais. Os objetivos deste trabalho foram avaliar como as comunidades de formigas de fragmentos de cerrado respondem ao efeito de borda, especificamente se essa resposta ocorre de forma gradiente ou hábitat-matriz (formigas não estão presentes na borda). Também foi analisado se o tipo de matriz adjacente influencia nessas respostas observadas em 15 paisagens de cerrado circundadas por matrizes de pasto, cana-de-açúcar e eucalipto onde se utilizou armadilhas de queda ao longo de transectos posicionados tanto dentro como fora dos fragmentos. Para a riqueza total de formigas o modelo hábitat-matriz com interferência da matriz foi o que melhor explicou a distribuição. Os modelos que melhor explicaram a riqueza e abundância dos grupos funcionais variaram consideravelmente, o que evidencia a importância de buscar modelos mais complexos (modelo gradiente) que expliquem tanto as respostas mais simples (hábitat-matriz)como as mais multíplices. As comunidades analisadas apresentam diferentes funções dentro do hábitat e das matrizes, dessa forma participam de vários processos ecológicos sendo assim bons indicadores...

Políticas públicas municipais de apoio a atividades econômicas em assentamentos rurais: uma análise em quatro municípios paulistas

This paper reports a master research that aimed to analyze the patterns of institutional relationships between local officials and communities of agrarian reform settlements in four counties of the State of São Paulo – Apiaí, Iaras, Promissão and Mirante do Paranapanema – particularly with regard to the types of support offered by the first to the economic activities in the settlements. In terms of methodology, we conducted a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive research, outlined in the format of multiple case study. Having like data sources the local officials responsible for institutional relations with the agrarian reform settlements, technicians agents of agencys linkeds to the land question, as INCRA and ITESP, and settled in leadership positions in rural settlements, we sought to evaluate the intensity, the types and quality of the (possible or actual) support offered by municipalities to economic activities inside the settlements. We sought to evaluate the results from theoretical lens formed around the notions of local development and the significance assumed by settlements in different locations. The results showed a fairly heterogeneous and, often, disparate in particular circumstances. It was evident, from the information collected, that a positive action of the municipal government in supporting the economic activities of the settlements is essential for the release of social energy based in settlements, enabling the realization of the "amalgam of possibilities" constructed from the implementation of rural settlements.

Políticas públicas municipais de saúde: fortalecendo a democracia em pequenos municípios brasileiros

This article presents the endeavors of health municipal teams in building services that meet citizens’ demands, in a small municipality from a less developed area of the state of São Paulo. Beyond health services practice characterization and organization, our study assesses the challenges and advances in the implementation of public, health policies in Brazil. In this way it is possible to perceive how the family health strategy needs to overcome impasses in the service work processes, as well as more dynamic local and regional relations to provide comprehensive care to citizens. Health care exemplifies how, in democracy building, municipal action is indispensable to strengthen the effectiveness of public actions.

Região de Araraquara: elementos para pensar um indicador sobre vocação produtiva grícola

This paper seeks to explore some key elements that are relevant to improve overall productivity including, particularly, the small agricultural enterprises in the so-called "region of Araraquara". Location and infrastructure, among other factors, are of paramount importance; however I endeavor to highlight those, which I consider are the most significant and refer to aspects of cognitive and immaterial labor in the sense that its products are intangible, such as knowledge, communication, interaction, focusing on institutional collaborative activities and productive resistance.
