O estilo de vida é a forma com que cada indivíduo conduz a suas atividades diárias, as quais refletirão diretamente na sua saúde. Dessa forma, a prática da ginastica laboral busca oferecer um novo espaço de qualidade de vida, saúde e lazer para o trabalhador. A música nas atividades físicas é utilizada no sentido de motivar a continuidade dos exercícios físicos ou de distrair o praticante de estímulos não prazerosos como cansaço, dor ou até tensão psicológica. Estudos afirmam que os estados de animo melhoram em consequência da atividade física. Sendo assim, o objetivo do trabalho será analisar os efeitos da música nos estados de ânimo de trabalhadores durante aulas de um programa de ginástica laboral. Para isso, este estudo contou com 20 participantes, de ambos os gêneros, funcionários da UNESP - diversos setores, localizada na Av. 24A, nº1515, Bela Vista, Rio Claro/SP, que realizam funções semelhantes em cada ambiente de trabalho. Como forma de avaliação foi utilizado um questionário de dados cadastrais, um questionário relacionado à preferência musical e uma lista referente aos estados de ânimo. Obtivemos como resultado que a prática de ginástica laboral pode ser significativa para os estados de ânimo de seus praticantes em situação sem música e ainda mais com a presença de música da preferencia dos participantes. Verificamos que só com a audição de músicas não trouxe alterações significativas nos estados de ânimo. Verificou-se que a união da música preferida com a atividade física é a situação que mais traz benefícios ao estado de ânimo do trabalhador. Portanto, concluímos que a música, quando do gosto do praticante, aliada a atividade física pode trazer benefícios emocionais significativos à prática de ginástica laboral no ambiente de trabalho

Gymnastics for all or General Gymnastics is a gymnastic body practice without competitive purposes, demonstrative character that combines the basics of gymnastics with different forms of body language. It is a pleasurable physical activity and inclusive, within the gymnastic possibilities offers great opportunities for participation of people, creativity, cooperation and human values experiences (AYOUB, 2003). Within this proposal is, in 2011, the Gymnastic Group UNESP, under the guidance and coordination of teachers Laurita Marconi Schiavon e Silvia Deustch as a project of university extension of the Department of Physical Education, Biosciences Institute of the São Paulo State University / Campus Rio Claro - SP. His working method and choreographic composition based on the proposal of the Gymnastic Group Unicamp, reference in this body practice in Brazil, and their course is in two parts: one for the exploration of all the resources that the teaching materials can provide and the other focused on social interaction of its participants. Therefore the research developed in this study aimed to verify contributions of the participation of members in Gymnastic Group Unesp vocational training thereof, and to verify the relationship and the approach of the members with Gym. The methodological approach adopted for this qualitative research is descriptive, and quantitative and qualitative data collected through questionnaires. The participants were 32 students from different courses at the University, and members of Gymnastic Unesp Group from 2011 to 2013, with the inclusion criteria: 1. minimum of one year of participation in Gymnastic Group Unesp; 2. Minimum of two performances of choreography in events with that group. Physical education in their school environment can contribute positively in the training of students as it is in this discipline that many students feel more motivated to discuss and reflect on conflicts related to school life or in society. In this study we treat the rugby exploring attitudes and values that are present in this sport, considered important for the development of the student, with the methodological approach the dimensions of the contents developed by Coll et al. (2000) and Zabala (1998). Thus, the aim of this study was to develop rugby content emphasizing the values linked to it with students of the 5th year of primary education in a public school in the city of Rio Claro / SP. Among the values are integrity, passion, solidarity, discipline and respect that will be developed through conceptual and procedural lessons about rugby and its educational values, also taking advantage of situations up to during classes for discussions. The survey was conducted for 3 months. The evaluation was by holding a tournament organized by the students and by the researcher to observe what they learned regarding the dimensions of rugby contents (conceptual, Procedural and Attitudinal) and an essay where students expressed the experiences. As a result we see the importance of working educational values in society and the implementation of educational sports at school as a motivational tool. With the contribution of this research, it is expected that rugby can be worked in schools as an educational sport for the training of the individual and the development of physical culture of the students

This monograph has the inspiring theme of the Energy education, concept of extreme importance to physics, but that is rarely addressed in Brazilian schools. We bring a discussion of the problems faced in teaching this subject and present this analysis of how this issue is addressed in some textbooks that are part of the material available to students of basic education in our country. We also discuss a didactic proposal to the Physics Teaching using for this experiment. The proposal considers the student protagonist of the learning process being the builder of his own knowledge. For this proposal selected three experiments (solar plate, looping and looping coffee cups) analyzed from the point of view of energy that have the intention to leave this clearer content and close to the students. Conforme a Declaração de Salamanca, toda criança tem direito fundamental à educação, em particular aquelas com deficiência. Para atender a esta recomendação, os Estados e Municípios brasileiros instalaram salas de recursos (salas para atendimento especial) em diversas escolas. Esta pesquisa vem apresentar uma análise do trabalho realizado com alunos com deficiência nas Salas de Recurso de escolas da cidade de Rio Claro, focando o ensino de matemática. Foi feito um levantamento das escolas que possuem estas salas e cinco delas foram selecionadas para a realização de entrevistas com os professores especialistas. O objetivo foi conversar sobre as dificuldades e potencialidades deste tipo de atendimento especializado, no que diz respeito à matemática. As análises dessas entrevistas indicaram os procedimentos para o atendimento na SR e as abordagens para o ensino de matemática

Este estudo teve como objetivo experiênciar a aplicabilidade dos Indicadores da Qualidade na Educação Infantil, documento elaborado pelo Ministério da Educação e Cultura (MEC) em 2009, por meio da Secretaria de Educação Básica e em parceria com a ação Educativa, a Fundação ORSA, a União Nacional dos Dirigentes Municipais de Educação (UNDIME) e o Fundo das Nações Unidas para a Infância (UNICEF). Observamos a possibilidade de utilização na avaliação de uma escola de educação infantil e sua contribuição para a efetiva melhoria da qualidade do ensino da instituição. Utilizamos na realização da pesquisa, uma abordagem qualitativa de pesquisa, utilizando como instrumentos de coleta de dados, os questionários e levantamento bibliográfico, em uma escola pública de Educação Infantil do município de Rio Claro/SP, onde aplicamos os indicadores da qualidade. Posteriormente os dados coletados foram analisados para análise e elucidação das possibilidades e desafios da aplicação dos Indicadores da Qualidade na Educação Infantile também sua potencialidade como instrumento de avaliação da qualidade da escola

Composting is considered a process that enables adding value to organic solid waste turning them into organic fertilizer. In this process, factors such as mishandling the windrow, failed to control the temperature, aeration and moisture content will result in the quality of waste decomposition, and thus affect the quality of the final compound. Decentralized systems such as home composting, composting in restaurants, food courts and schools are one of the solutions for valuing these waste in a non expensive way and with greater quality. For this purpose, the project aims to analyze the conditions for composting of solid waste of the University Restaurant of Rio Claro- SP, through two different composting systems: manual revolving windrow and static pile. It was found that in University Restaurant (RU) on average 33% by weight of the total waste generated in the property are capable of composting. In this sense, in order to investigate the preliminary process operation parameters were mounted one manual windrow composed of 100% of the UR waste and a static pile composed of 60% of the UR waste and 40% of pruning and grass residues (PG). This study analyzed the manual revolving windrow and static pile systems for the parameters: moisture content, pH, C / N ratio and temperature. The study of the proportions of the PG and UR waste pointed to the need for pruning and grass residues addition for composting, considering that the manual revolving windrow composed by 100% of the UR waste had no satisfactory performance due to low temperatures measured during 60 days analysis. The best ratio for manual revolving windrow method analyzed in this study was 60% of the UR waste and 40% of PG waste, in dry weight. From this proportion a static pile was assembled, composed of 60% of UR waste e 40% of PG waste from the maintenance activities of the green area of the university. A proposta deste estudo teve início a partir das dificuldades apresentadas na formalização e sistematização dos cálculos matemáticos, por um grupo de alunas da Educação de Jovens e Adultos, em uma Escola Municipal de Rio Claro- SP. A pesquisa, que ora proponho, visa entender a importância das experiências e vivencias trazidas por pessoas com baixa ou nenhuma escolaridade, para entendermos o porquê de fazerem cálculos mentais matemáticos com alguma facilidade e encontrarem grandes dificuldades na sistematização/ formalização desses cálculos e como os jogos lúdicos matemáticos podem ser considerados fundamentais nesse processo de formalização das contas. Essa dificuldade, muitas vezes, repercute em entraves na escolarização regular dessas pessoas. Para pensar nessa problemática inicialmente elegemos como referenciais e materiais teóricos autores como Danyluk, Freire, Fonseca, Vigotsky, entre outros; são estudiosos que vêm contribuindo para a compreensão dos referidos processos e da linguagem matemática. No que concerne às experiências, buscaremos aportes em Larrosa. Em continuidade, será organizado um estudo baseado em registros, documentos e relatos de um acompanhamento da estagiária de aulas de matemática em uma sala de EJA, do Programa Institucional de Iniciação a Docência- PIBID que vem acontecendo na cidade de Rio Claro- SP, desde o ano de 2010. Os procedimentos de análise nortear-se-ão, além dos autores citados acima, pela análise do material gerado por meio dos registros, obtidos em sala de aula, pautando-nos pelas categorias de codificação (BOGDAN & BIKLEN). Entendemos que levantar elementos e analisar essas dificuldades podem contribuir para a compreensão do processo de construção da cultura e linguagem matemática, por essas pessoas, podendo assim contribuir para um novo olhar sobre a educação matemática nesse segmento da educação

In this work we present a didactic proposal of the use of movies and videos for the Physics teaching directed to the Basic Education and we bring a discussion about how the materials addresses this topic. For this, we selected three cinematographic works, one chapter of the TV show and videos found in the web and we analyse the physics concepts found particularly about the issue electromagnetism. We developed the activity denominated Cine - Física in a public school from Rio Claro - SP, through presentations of these movies, shows and videos. Those works were exhibited in full and then we discussed the concepts involved in these movies. With the perform of this didactic proposal we verified that is possible insert the use of movies and videos in the classroom activities, and go beyond the entertainment or using those materials as supplements of classes. Dialoguing with students was possible to realize that they visualize the effects and physical concepts in a different way than other that used to be shown in the blackboard through formulas, providing positive effects to the learning of Physics

As the Elementary School expanded quantitatively at the end of last century, a new social debate started on the quality of the education offered in public schools. Among many concerns and questions, there was the quality of literacy of the young people that finished the Basic Stage of Education. Federal documents drawn up over the last years, such as the National Pact for Literacy at the Right Age, defend that the obligatory literacy takes place until the end of the third grade of Elementary School. Based on this, it is intended that, at the end of the 5th school year of this education step, the students master the social practices of reading and writing that let them pursue their literacy process in the following school years. In this sense, the present study intended to observe and think over how the alphabetization (reading and writing technology acquisition) and literacy (using of written language in different social practices) processes happened at the end of the Elementary School I. In order to exploit to the full the meanings and conceptions involved in the presented theme, it was decided, methodologically, to elaborate a qualitative research, in where the adopted procedure was data survey and bibliographic research of authors that conceptualize, explain, relate and distinguish alphabetization from literacy. Next, it was performed a documental research based on laws and other Federal documents, from the State of São Paulo and from the municipality of Rio Claro-SP, observing the established discussion with the studied academic productions, as well as attributions given to the public school to perform the process of alphabetization and literacy. The visitation of these papers was also considered necessary for the understanding of expected knowledge, capabilities and skills of the student that finishes Elementary School I.
