We applied a primitive equation ocean model to simulate submesoscale activities and processes over the shelf of the northern South China Sea (NSCS) with a one-way nesting technology for downscaling. The temperature and density fields showed that submesoscale activities were ubiquitous in the NSCS shelf. The vertical velocity was considerably enhanced in submesoscale processes and could reach an average of 58 m per day in the subsurface. At this point, the mixed layer depth also was deepened along the front, and the surface kinetic energy also increased with the intense vertical movement induced by submesoscale activity. Thus, submesoscale stirring/mixing is important for tracers, such as temperature, salinity, nutrients, dissolved organic, and inorganic carbon. This result may have implication for climate and biogeochemical investigations.

Polychaete Neanthes japonica is a species geographically specific in China and Japan with important scientific implication and commercial value. In this study, the relations of body weight, salinity and temperature to oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion of N. japonica were determined. Three different groups in body weight (large: 2.34 +/- 0.36 g, middle: 1.50 +/- 0.21 g and small: 0.62 +/- 0.12 g) were set for all experiments. Results show that the body weight is negatively related to the rates of oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion; and the relationship is significant. The oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion at 24A degrees C decreased at salinity from 5 to 30 and increased above 30, indicating that both lower and higher salinity are adverse and certain degree of salinity stress is necessary for enhancing the energy demand. At salinity 30, rising temperature from 18A degrees C to 30A degrees C, the oxygen consumption increased before 27A degrees C and then decreased. However, the relation of ammonia excretion and temperature seems more complex. Two-way ANOVA shows that salinity, temperature and body weight all have a significant effect on the oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion of the worm. Moreover, interaction between salinity/temperature and body weight is also significant. O:N (oxygen/nitrogen) ratio varies greatly in this case from 5.97 to 463.22, indicating that N. japonica can regulate the type of metabolic substrate against environment changes.

Alien chromosomes of twelve giant spike wheat germplasm lines were identified by C-banding, genomic in situ hybridization (GISH), sequence characterized amplified region (SCAR), and random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD). All lines showed a chromosome number of 2n = 42, five of them carried both a pair of wheat-rye (Triticum aestivum-Secale cereal) 1BL/1RS translocation chromosomes and a pair of Agropyron intermedium (Ai) chromosomes, three carried a pair of Ai chromosomes only, three others carried a pair of 1BL/1RS chromosomes only, and one carried neither 1BL/1BS nor Ai chromosome. Further identification revealed that the identical Ai chromosome in these germplasm lines substituted the chromosome 2D of common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), designated as 2Ai. The genetic implication and further utilization of 2Ai in wheat improvement were also discussed.

The combined occurrence of both herkogamy and dichogamy in a hermaphrodite species has been considered to strongly favour outcrossing. In this study, we investigated in detail the reproductive ecology of Gentiana straminea Maxim. (Gentianaceae), a hermaphrodite perennial endemic to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. In a series of observations and experiments over four consecutive years, we examined whether the combination of dichogamy and herkogamy in individual flowers completely prevents geitonogamous pollen transfer in this species. The mode of floral development clearly indicates that autonomous self-pollination is completely avoided through herkogamy and dichogamy in individual flowers. This implication was confirmed by the breeding experiments, since no seed was produced when flowers were isolated. However, this gentian proved to be highly self-compatible when geitonogamous selfing was artificially induced. Many flowers opened simultaneously on individual plants, the ratio of male to female phase flowers was close to 2:1 in each inflorescence, at the full anthesis phase, and they were randomly distributed amongst the upper, middle and lower parts of each stem's inflorescence. On average, Bombus sushikini Skorikov, the most frequent visitor and only legitimate pollinator of G. straminea, visited nearly two flowers per inflorescence, and four flowers per plant. Among the pollinators' foraging bouts, the proportions of geitonogamous visits to inflorescences or flowers within an individual plant were 29% and 37%, respectively. Therefore, despite the strict dichogamous and herkogamous characteristics of the individual flowers, geitonogamous selfing might still prevail in G. straininea because of the size of its floral displays and the continuous visiting behavior of B. sushkini. As the first arrival of seismic phase in deep seismic sounding, Pg is the important data for studying the attributes of the sedimentary layers and the shape of crystalline basement because of its high intensity and reliable detection. Conventionally, the sedimentary cover is expressed as isotropic, linear increasing model in the interpretation of Pg event. Actually, the sedimentary medium should be anisotropic as preferred cracks or fractures and thin layers are common features in the upper crust, so the interpretation of Pg event needs to be taken account of seismic velocity anisotropy. Traveltime calculation is the base of data processing and interpretation. Here, we only study the type of elliptical anisotropy for the poor quality and insufficiency of DSS data. In this thesis, we first investigate the meaning of elliptical anisotropy in the study of crustal structure and attribute, then derive Pg event’s traveltime-offset relationship by assuming a linear increasing velocity model with elliptical anisotropy and present the invert scheme from Pg traveltime-offset dataset to seismic velocity and its anisotropy of shallow crustal structure. We compare the Pg traveltime calculated by our analytic formula with numerical calculating method to test the accuracy. To get the lateral variation of elliptical anisotropy along the profiling, a tomography inversion method with the derived formula is presented, where the profile is divided into rectangles. Anisotropic imaging of crustal structure and attribute is efficient method for crust study. The imaging result can help us interprete the seismic data and discover the attribute of the rock to analyze the interaction between layers. Traveltime calculation is the base of image. Base on the ray tracing equations, the paper present a realization of three dimension of layer model with arbitrary anisotropic type and an example of Pg traveltime calculation in arbitrary anisotropic type is presented. The traveltime calculation method is complex and it only adapts to nonlinear inversion. Perturbation method of travel-time calculation in anisotropy is the linearization approach. It establishes the direct relation between seismic parameters and travetime and it is fit for inversion in anisotropic structural imaging. The thesis presents a P-wave imaging method of layer media for TTI. Southeastern China is an important part of the tectonic framework concerning the continental margin of eastern China and is commonly assumed to comprise the Yangtze block and the Cathaysia block, the two major tectonic units in the region. It’s a typical geological and geophysical zone. In this part, we fit the traveltime of Pg phase by the raytracing numerical method. But the method is not suitable here because the inefficiency of numerical method and the method itself. By the analytic method, we fit the Pg and Sg and get the lateral variation of elliptical anisotropy and then discuss its implication. The northeastern margin of Qinghai-Tibetan plateau is typical because it is the joint area of Eurasian plate and Indian plate and many strong earthquakes have occurred there in recent years.We use the Pg data to get elliptical anisotropic variation and discuss the possible meaning.

Petroleum and Natural Gas is an important strategic resources. The reserves of Petroleum and Natural Gas can’t meet the need of our country, which also blocks the development of economy and threatens the safety of national. Therefore, it makes a great sense to bring “the second round of oil & gas exploration” into effect and study the exploration of oil and gas of Pre-Cenozoic residual basins in China. The integrated geophysical exploration is the main way to research the Pre-Cenozoic residual basins. Gravity exploration is one of the most important exploration methods, which has played an important role in oil and gas prospecting, such as compartmentalizing geotectonic elements, delineating the distribution range of sedimentary basins, searching oil and gas structure, abstracting oil and gas information, and so on, from its naissance. The isostatic gravity anomalies is significant for exploration, which can help us research deep crustal structure, the equilibrium state of earth, the geologic structure of shallow crust, the basement shape of sedimentary basins and the genetic evolution of sedimentary basins. In the paper, we stress the implication and physical meanings systemically, and discuss the calculation theory. On the basis of previous work, we test different isostatic compensation models and parameters to find out their influences to the result of isostatic gravity anomalies. In addition, we improve the method of isostatic gravity anomalies calculation and give a system of isostatic gravity anomalies calculation which is proved has satisfying effect. From the research above, we find that the results of Platt model and Airy model are consistent, which have similar form and almost the same value. However, by contrast, the Airy model is proved has better adaptability than Platt model. The two main parameters——crust thickness and density difference of crust and mantle, both have influence to the isostatic gravity anomalies, but the latter have more. Finally, we adopt the regional field extending edge method to make the result more of actual geologic condition. On the methods above, we calculate the isostatic gravity anomalies field in Yellow Sea area from the Bouguer gravity anomalies and the water depth and altitude data. And then the isostatic gravity anomalies character is analyzed and the integrated geological-geophysical interpretation is made on the basis of summarizing the previous research result systemically and analyzing other geophysical data and geological information. From the research, we find that the Yellow Sea area belongs to continental type crust equilibrium regions, where the isostatic gravity anomalies field is placid and has less fluctuation values, which implies that the area is in equilibrium state to different extends.

Late Cenozoic has witnessed a series of climate-environmental change which ends with a transitional shift from greenhouse to icehouse conditions. In last two decades, scientists began to employ the tectonic uplift and its weathering effect to interpret the climatic changes during the late Cenozoic. However, this endeavor has partly been restricted by the lacking of regional and global chemical weathering data. The loess-red clay deposit in the Loess Plateau may record the weathering features of the detritus material from the wide range upwind of the Loess Plateau. Therefore geochemistry of the loess-plaeosol and red clay sequences may provide insights into the regional chemical weathering regime and the connection between the chemical weathering and the late Cenozoic climate-environmental change Here we selected 319 samples from the Baishui section near the Pingliang City, Gansu Province, and analyzed them with X-ray fluorescence. Based on the result, we reconstruct the chemical weathering history of the Baishui section since 6Ma. We chose CIA as the proxy for chemical weathering intensity. The CIA ratio in soil units is higher than in adjacent loess horizons, but lower than in the red clay, in good agreement with the field observation. The CIA ratios of the Baishui section correlates well with the global ice volume fluctuations, indicating that the global cooling may contribute a lot to the chemical weathering variations in Chinese Loess Plateau. There are at least 3 million-year time scale variations that can be identified in the chemical weathering intensity curve, i.e., between 3.3 to 2.1 Ma, 1.7 to 0.9 Ma and from 0.9Ma. We think these may reflect the combined effect of the tectonic uplift and ice sheets on monsoon intensity. Other time scale variations can be also observed. In the period between 2.4 and 0.8 Ma, the CIA record display the 400,000 years cycle, which may be resulted from the Tibetan uplift during the Pliocene-early Pleistocene which have significantly amplified the monsoon response sensitivity to the orbital-scale variations in insolation. From 1.2 Ma, the 100,000 years period became intensifying, and particularly after 0.8 Ma, the earlier monsoon response at 400,000 year periodicity was overwhelmed by the ice sheet forcing at 100,000 year periodicity. These may indicate that the expansions of the Northern Hemisphere ice sheets may have crossed a threshold, which enforce the monsoon responding at the 100,000 year periodicity.

The loess-paleosol sequences in China are among the best continental records of paleoclimate changes. Although numerous sedimentological and geochemical studies have contributed greatly to the understanding of past climate changes during this period, it is still necessary to decipher more details through investigating these sequences using various approaches including biological analyses. In this study, we analyze the mollusk fossil assemblages preserved in the upper part of the Xifeng section, from the fifth loess layer (L5) to the Holocene soil (S0), with the sampling interval of 10 cm. The main results and conclusions obtained are as follows: 1. A continuous terrestrial mollusk fossil record, covering the past 500 ka, has been obtained from the Xifeng loess-paleosol sequence, which provides important biological data for the study of paleoenvironmental changes in the Loess Plateau and its comparison with marine record during this period. A total of 475 mollusk assemblages were studied, and twenty-one species have been identified among the 210,000 mollusk individuals counted. Among these species, most have modern representatives and are found in previous terrestrial mollusk studies of Chinese loess-paleosol sequences. Thus, they can be grouped into cold-aridiphilous, thermo-humidiphilous, oriental, and cool-humidiphilous ecological groups, as defined by previous studies. 2. Comparison of mollusk assemblages between the last five glacials and four interglacials and Holocene shows very different climate conditions. The warmest period occurred at MIS 11, MIS 5e, and Holocene, respectively. The coldest period is the Last Glacial Maximam, rather than the MIS 12. 3. Our mollusk record provides insight into the climate conditions in the Loess Plateau during the MIS 11, interpreted as the closest analog to the present interglacial. S4 paleosol, equivalent of MIS 11, developed under two major different climate regimes: ranging from the very warm–humid early phase to the mild-cool late interval. Furthermore, a cooling spell has been documented at the interglacial optimum, reflecting unstable climate conditions. The early warm–humid conditions lasted over 30 ka, supporting that MIS 11 is a unique long interglacial in the Quaternary climate history. 4. Comparison of MIS 11 and Holocene climates based on the mollusk species compositions indicates major differences. The climate at the early part of MIS 11 was warmer and more humid than during the Holocene optimum period, but the conditions during the late part of MIS 11 were similar to or cooler than late Holocene. Our study indicates that the extent of warming during the Holocene might be significantly less than the conditions that prevailed during the early part of MIS 11 interglacial period. 5. Two strong summer monsoon events were observed during the MIS 12 and MIS 10. They correspond to the maximam values of insolation gradient between low and high latitudes, suggesting a causal linkage. 6. Our study, combined with the previously investigated Luochuan land snail record, reveals that the climate in the Loess Plateau during MIS 3 experienced three stages: relatively warm, humid climate prevailed during MIS 3c, relatively cold, dry climate during MIS 3b, and relatively warm-humid period during MIS 3a. Climate at this time fluctuated frequently in Luochuan, and changed from warm-cool to cold-dry in Xifeng. Our results reveal that the relatively warm-humid climate during MIS 3c may be resulted from an increasing insolation gradient controlled by obliquity. Our result also reveals that obvious regional difference existed in the Loess Plateau during MIS 3. A greater climate gradient occurred during this time compared with today’s climate pattern in the Loess Plateau.

Micro-cracks appeared between the boundaries of different minerals of rocks during heating process, because of different thermal expansion coefficients of minerals, this phenomenon is referred as thermal cracking of rocks. The transport property of rocks was changed greatly due to the thermal cracking induced micro-cracks network, for example, the permeability of carbonate increases about 10 times when the temperature arise from room temperature to 110~120℃. Thermal cracking of rocks is a new research field of rock physics, which related closely to rock mechanics, mineralogy as well as experimental technology. The thermal cracking experiments of various rocks were performed, the rock macroscopic properties such as porosity, permeability, velocities of elastic waves in rocks were obtained as a function of temperature of heating process, and the microscopic structures of rocks were observed by using Scanning Electro-Microscope (SEM). The mechanism and the theoretical model of thermal cracking of rocks are given at present paper. Finally, the potential implication of rock thermal cracking to petroleum industry is discussed.

The Grove Mountains, including 64 nunataks, is situated on an area about 3200km2 in the inland ice cap of east Antarctica in Princess Elizabeth land (72o20'-73°101S, 73°50'-75o40'E), between Zhongshan station and Dome A, about 450km away from Zhongshan station (69°22'S, 76°22'E). Many workers thought there was no pedogenesis in the areas because of the less precipitation and extreme lower temperature. However, during the austral summer in 1999-2000, the Chinaer 16 Antarctic expedition teams entered the inland East Antarctica and found three soil spots in the Southern Mount Harding, Grove Mountains, East Antarctica. It is the first case that soils are discovered in the inland in East Antarctica. Interestingly, the soils in this area show clay fraction migration, which is different from other cold desert soils. In addition, several moraine banks are discovered around the Mount Harding. The soil properties are discussed as below. Desert pavement commonly occurs on the three soil site surfaces, which is composed of pebbles and fragments formed slowly in typical desert zone. Many pebbles are subround and variegated. These pebbles are formed by abrasion caused by not only wind and wind selective transportation, but also salt weathering and thaw-freezing action on rocks. The wind blows the boulders and bedrocks with snow grains and small sands. This results in rock disintegration, paved on the soil surface, forming desert pavement, which protects the underground soil from wind-blow. The desert pavement is the typical feature in ice free zone in Antarctica. There developed desert varnish and ventifacts in this area. Rubification is a dominant process in cold desert Antarctic soils. In cold desert soils, rubification results in relatively high concentrations of Fed in soil profile. Stained depth increases progressively with time. The content of Fed is increasing up to surface in each profile. The reddish thin film is observed around the margin of mafic minerals such as biotite, hornblende, and magnetite in parent materials with the microscope analyzing on some soil profiles. So the Fed originates from the weathering of mafic minerals in soils. Accumulations of water-soluble salts, either as discrete horizons or dispersed within the soil, occur in the soil profiles, and the salt encrustations accumulate just beneath surface stones in this area. The results of X-ray diffraction analyses show that the crystalline salts consist of pentahydrite (MgSO4-5H2O), hexahydrite (MgSO4-6H2O), hurlbutite (CaBe2(PO4)2), bloedite (Na2Mg(S04)2-4H2O), et al., being mainly sulfate. The dominant cations in 1:5 soil-water extracts are Mg2+ and Na+, as well as Ca2+ and K+, while the dominant anion is SO42-, then NO3-, Cl- and HCO3-. There are white and yellowish sponge materials covered the stone underside surface, of which the main compounds are quartz (SiO2, 40.75%), rozenite (FeSOKkO, 37.39%), guyanaite (Cr2O3-1.5H2O, 9.30%), and starkeyite (MgSO4-4H2O, 12.56%). 4) The distribution of the clay fraction is related to the maximum content of moisture and salts. Clay fraction migration occurs in the soils, which is different from that of other cold desert soils. X-ray diffraction analyses show that the main clay minerals are illite, smectite, then illite-smectite, little kaolinite and veirniculite. Mica was changed to illite, even to vermiculite by hydration. Illite formed in the initial stage of weathering. The appearance of smectite suggests that it enriched in magnesium, but no strong eluviation, which belongs to cold and arid acid environment. 5) Three soil sites have different moisture. The effect moisture is in the form of little ice in site 1. There is no ice in site 2, and ice-cement horizon is 12 cm below the soil surface in site 3. Salt horizon is 5-10 cm up to the surface in Site 1 and Site 2, while about 26cm in site 3. The differentiation of the active layer and the permafrost are not distinct because of arid climate. The depth of active layer is about 10 cm in this area. Soils and Environment: On the basis of the characteristics of surface rocks, soil colors, horizon differentiation, salt in soils and soil depth, the soils age of the Grove Mountains is 0.5-3.5Ma. No remnants of glaciations are found on the soil sites of Mount Harding, which suggests that the Antarctic glaciations have not reached the soil sites since at least 0.5Ma, and the ice cap was not much higher than present, even during the Last Glacial Maximum. The average altitude of the contact line of level of blue ice and outcrop is 2050m, and the altitude of soil area is 2160m. The relative height deviation is about 110m, so the soils have developed and preserved until today. The parental material of the soils originated from alluvial sedimentary of baserocks nearby. Sporepollen were extracted from the soils, arbor pollen grains are dominant by Pinus and Betula, as well as a small amount Quercus, Juglans, Tilia and Artemisia etc. Judging from the shape and colour, the sporepollen group is likely attributed to Neogene or Pliocene in age. This indicates that there had been a warm period during the Neogene in the Grove Mountains, East Antarctica.

As far as the architecture of the south Dabie metamorphic terrain is concerned, there have been lots of different opinions for a long time. Wang et al. (1990, 1992) thought of it was a continuous terrain. Okay (1993) held that it consistes of two different tectonic terrains: the 'hot' and 'cold' eclogite belt. Liu and Wang (1998) held that it is composed of different metamorphic blocks through 'melange' in depth. For this reason, we have choiced Hualiangting reservoir of Taihu county as the study area treat eclogite as the investigated objection in this thesis, and employ the detailed 1 :10000 geological mapping, methods of Petrography and electonic probe anaylsis to probe into the architecture of the south Dabie metamorphic terrains. In the light of the eclogite occurrenc in the field, the analysis of Petrography, the research on metamoiphic P-T path and condition of the peak metamorphic P-T condition, the eclogite in the Taihu area of Dabieshan have been classified into three types eclogite from the south to the north: The zhujiachong type eclogite; The Daba type eclogite; (3) The Jinheqiao type eclogite, their mineral composition, structure, and mineral component vary continuously. These eclogites have the same rnetamoiphic stages, P-T evolution pattern, and their peak P-T condition varies continuously. The zhujiachong type eclogite is formed in the high pressure metamoiphic environment. The Jinheqiao type eclogite is formed in the typical ultra-high pressure environment. The Daba type eclogite is formed in the transformed metamorphic environment between high pressure and ultra-high pressure metamorphism. All these evidences show that the south Dabie metamorphic terrain is a continuous metamorphic block and no large fault ever existed.

The transportation and deposition of eolian materials of Chinese loess is correlated and effected by the monsoon from the mid-high latitude. Therefore study of the winter monsoon evolution can help us to understand the dynamic mechanism to climate changes in the east-Asian areas. The anisotropy of magnetic susceptibility (AMS) measurements have been carried out on the samples from the last 250ka wind -blown loess-paleosol sequences at Baicaoyuan and Luochuan. And the main conclusions are following:The magnetic foliation is almost horizontal of the two sections. AMS canthus be represented by an oblate ellipsoid with average K3 perpendicular to thebedding plane and Ki within the bedding plane. It has also shown that the ^-factor isless than 0.5 of the majority of samples. So the two sections are normal magneticfabric for sediments.The degree of anisotropy always shows a strong correlation with the foliationrather than with lineation, therefore the anisotropy is controlled by the foliation.Furthermore the foliation is nearly less than 1.02 and shows the typical wind-blownsediments anisotropy.The intensity of winter monsoon, grain size of the eolian inputs, the foliationand the degree of anisotropy are somewhat inter-related. Generally, the higherintensity of the winter monsoon will carry coarser-grained eolian material, therebyresulting in a larger foliation during deposition. Also the post-depositional compactioncontributes to the anisotropy.The AMS features between loess and paleosol are somewhat different. Wefound that the F, P values of paleosol are lower than that of its parent loess respectively. Moreover, the difference does also exists between the two sections. The anisotropy of Baicaoyuan is more significant than Luochuan section, which maybe related with the location and the intensity of the post-deposition reworks.5. We note that the declination of the long axis is NWW in Baicaoyuan section and the observed NWW direction of the winter monsoon winds based on AMS is consistent with the view that the winter monsoons prevail along the NW-SE direction. But at the Luochuan section, because of the strong affection of the post-deposition reworks, the direction of the long axis is nearly random in the foliation and hardly recognizes the paleowind direction since the last two interglacials.Correlation between the two loess-paleosol sequences implies that it is available in arid or semi-arid areas to take AMS to recognize the paleowind directions on the Loess Plateau.

氧化还原敏感元素硒的地球化学循环非常复杂, 它的循环主要受氧化还原势、酸碱度、温度、压力等条件的控制。长期以来,关于硒的主要研究集中在环境生物地球化学领域。对于硒的地质地球化学行为的研究,学者们认为硒不可能独立形成矿床,它主要以伴生元素的形式赋存于一些热液矿床(如,拉尔玛硒-金热液矿床等)。 二十世纪末, 我国学者开始关注硒的矿床地球化学行为, 发现了目前唯一的渔塘坝沉积型的独立硒矿床。另外,下寒武统底部黑色岩系(如,遵义牛蹄塘组)处于地球发展演化的关键时期且富集了众多的有用金属元素, 因此它引起了全世界广大地质学家的普遍关注和重视。这些黑色岩系的共同特点是含有大量的有机质和丰富的金属元素(PGE,Cu,Ni,Mo,Au,U,V,Mn,Fe,Co,Bi,Cr,Se等)。但遵义牛蹄塘组中Ni-Mo多金属层的成因一直争论不休。 本文以拉尔玛硒-金热液矿床、渔塘坝独立硒矿床、遵义黄家湾含Ni-Mo-Se多金属层剖面为研究对象,主要通过硒稳定同位素的测试和不同化学形态的分析结合其他的地球化学参数(如,C-S-Fe体系,氧化还原敏感元素),示踪富硒地层的沉积环境,研究不同地质体系中硒稳定同位素的组成,进而完善硒同位素的理论体系,探讨硒富集过程中的形态迁移途径,并为矿床的形成提供更完善的地球化学证据。通过一系列的研究工作,我们取得了以下几点认识: (1) 通过不同的消解方法准确测定了低硒,高硒样品的总硒含量,相对标准偏差小于10%,而且不同的消解方法测得同样的结果, 满足了地质样品中微量元素的测试要求。由于不同消解方式存在自身的优缺点,我们建议根据不同的样品类型,不同的研究目的选取合适的消解方法。 (2) 通过巯基棉吸附装置达到了纯化富集样品硒的目的, 硒的回收率一般大于90%, 满足同位素测试的需要。应用自制的氢化物发生器与Nu-MC-ICP-MS联用,实现了在线气体进样测试硒稳定同位素的目的。 采用标准样品匹配测试方法校正仪器测试过程中的质量分馏。 硒稳定同位素的测试精度为2δ=0.30‰, 标准NIST SRM 3149采用与样品同样的处理方法,没有发现前处理过程的同位素分馏。 (3) 传统地球化学参数对沉积环境的指示意义。通过氧化还原敏感微量元素及其与TOC的关系和C-S-Fe体系的分析,对渔塘坝独立硒矿床的多元素富集及沉积环境, 遵义黑色岩系沉积环境进行了详细的解释。TS-TFe的关系表明样品中有过量的硫存在,可能为有机硫或为其他亲硫元素提供有利的沉淀条件。C-S-Fe体系及微量元素指数V/(V + Ni) 说明渔塘坝矿区的硅质岩和页岩的沉积环境为缺氧到静海环境, Ni/Co、V/Cr几乎不能作为该区缺氧环境的指示参数, 后者可能由于Cr的外源输入(碎屑、热液等)所致。 C-S-Fe体系及微量元素指数V/(V + Ni)体系指示遵义黑色岩系的沉积环境为微含氧到缺氧的条件, 但对于Ni-Mo矿而言, V/(V + Ni)体系指示其为含氧条件沉积,这可能与Ni-Mo多金属层的成因有关。但铁的硫化度可以指示Ni-Mo多金属层极端的缺氧还原环境。 (4) 硒的形态对古氧化还原条件和矿物质来源的示踪意义。黑色岩系的硒形态分布不同于海洋沉积物,体现了成岩作用对硒形态分布的改变。黑色岩系中硒的主要形态为有机结合态和硫化物/硒化物结合态。硫化物/硒化物结合态比例与铁的硫化程度(DOS)之间明显的相关关系说明在海洋环境中硒主要通过氧化还原反应富集在富有机质的沉积物与沉积岩中。这种相关关系与岩石类型没有关系,这使得将硫化物、硒化物结合的Se(-II)比例作为一个氧化还原条件示踪剂更加可行。DOS与硫化物/硒化物结合态硒的关系,及Se(IV)与Se(-II)的关系均说明遵义牛蹄塘组的K-斑脱岩形成于碱性的氧化环境,Ni-Mo多金属层沉积于微酸性的极端还原环境,而渔塘坝矿床形成于微碱性的还原缺氧环境。生物的同化作用与异化作用之间本身存在互补关系,但这种互补关系却存在不同的转化趋势。不同的转化趋势可能主要受氧化还原反应和酸碱度的控制,其他的地质作用也可能起着重要作用(如,硅酸盐、Fe(II)的含量,硫化物、有机质含量,风化程度等)。同时我们发现相同的氧化还原条件下可能存在不同的富集途径。Ni-Mo多金属层中极少的有机结合态硒暗示海洋同生沉积主要被生物异化还原控制,而沉积物从海洋富集硒的途径主要为直接由Se(VI)和Se(IV)到Se(-II)的还原途径,从高价态到元素态的还原途径可能偶有发生但强度很小。 (5) 硒稳定同位素对矿床成因及物质来源的示踪意义。热液或表生环境中,硒的再次活化迁移对硒同位素的大范围分馏是很重要的。较少的硫化物结合态硒和较大范围的硒同位素组成说明渔塘坝矿床形成时经历了多次氧化还原过程。干酪根硒同位素组成与全岩相似, 而且样品富集轻同位素暗示该矿床硒来的富集主要通过海洋硒的生物吸收同化异化还原与多次无机氧化还原实现。对于拉尔玛金硒矿床而言,未蚀变岩体的硫化物结合态硒富集轻同位素,而后期低温流体的蚀变作用导致蚀变岩体中硫化物结合态硒富集重同位素。干酪根的硒同位素组成暗示热液输入的硒为该矿床硒的主要来源,硒从热液直接进入干酪根的机制是一致的。随着硫含量的增加岩石和矿体中的硒逐渐富集重同位素, 说明海水对矿床富集的贡献是很有限的。遵义黑色岩系中硒同位素组成与Se(-II)之间的关系, 单质硒的缺乏,硒的富集与同位素的关系说明,热液为主要的硒来源,而早寒武世海水中的硒主要通过Se(VI)和Se(IV)到Se(-II)的直接生物还原实现。三个区域的S/Se比值综合说明硫与硒的共同沉降过程中不存在硒的同位素分馏。不同化学形态的分布与不同形态中硒稳定同位素的结合可能会更好的解释硒的全球地球化学循环。 (6) 根据目前硒的同位素分馏体系及所测得的数据,我们初步建立了不同时代、不同成因黑色岩系中硒稳定同位素的分馏模式。

基性岩类的(脱水)部分熔融实验是研究地球内部中酸性岩浆(熔体)形成的重要实验方法,自二十世纪70年代以来越来越受到地质学家的高度重视。华北北缘广泛分布的中生代埃达克质岩石的成因,十几年来引起国内外学者的激烈争论,至今仍没有定论。近年来的研究表明张家口地区同时出露的古老太古宙中基性下地壳岩石、中生代中酸性埃达克质岩浆岩以及汉诺坝基性麻粒岩包体等可能反映了源岩和熔融产物的综合信息,这为我们运用实验岩石学手段研究华北北缘埃达克质岩石成因提供了非常理想的条件。 本文在1.5-2.0GPa,800-1000℃条件下,对采自华北北缘的斜长角闪岩同时进行了块状与粉末状两种样品的部分熔融实验研究,利用电子探针对各实验产物进行了主量元素分析以及利用LA-ICP-MS对部分熔体进行了微量元素测试,进而比较了相同条件下块状和粉末状样品的熔融特征,并对比了实验获得的熔体与华北北缘中生代埃达克质岩石的地球化学特征,同时也将实验获得的残留体与汉诺坝基性麻粒岩包体进行了比较。获得以下主要认识: (1)相同的温度、压力和恒温时间条件下块状样品的熔融温度比粉末样品的更低。在1.5-2.0GPa,800℃时块状斜长角闪岩样品已经发生部分融融,而相同条件下粉末样品中没有观察到熔体,粉末样品的部分熔融发生在850℃左右。在850-1000℃温度范围内,相同条件下块状样品的熔体含量比粉末样品的熔体含量高出5-17vol.%,即相同条件下块状样品比粉末样品的熔融程度更高,说明块状样品更容易达到可以分凝形成岩浆的临界熔体分数(CMF),这可能暗示着自然界中的岩浆形成可能比以往通过粉末实验结果推测的更容易发生。此外,在较高的温度条件下(950-1000℃),块状样品与粉末样品的熔体在主量和微量元素上都具有大致相同的地球化学特征,可以认为二者在在岩石学应用上是等效的。 (2)1.5GPa下实验获得的熔体为花岗质-花岗闪长质熔体,850-1000℃熔体的主-微量元素的地球化学特征与华北北缘中生代埃达克质岩石的整体特征具有很好的相似性,并与实验原岩产地张家口地区的三个典型中酸性埃达克质岩体的地球化学特征类似。可以认为实验的斜长角闪岩在1.5GPa下部分熔融能够形成华北北缘中生代埃达克质岩石。2.0GPa下的实验熔体为花岗质-奥长花岗质成分,其主量和微量元素特征均与华北北缘埃达克质岩石存在较大的差别,说明该压力下不能够形成华北北缘埃达克质岩石。 (3)实验残留相主要组成为Hb+Cpx+Gt±Pl,相当于麻粒岩相或榴辉岩相的矿物组合。与汉诺坝基性麻粒岩包体的典型矿物组合Cpx+Opx+Pl存在较大差别,在化学成分上,残留相比麻粒岩包体也整体上富Fe、Al,而贫Mg、Ca。综合来看汉诺坝基性麻粒岩包体可能是多种源岩在相对低压的条件下经过多期部分熔融综合作用的结果,本次实验的原岩及条件难以完全解释其复杂的成因。 另外,针对实验熔体和华北北缘埃达克质岩石之间的一些差异,不排除可能同时存在其他与之类似的源岩,成分上具有相对富Mg、Ca而贫Fe、Al,以及不同程度的Th、U、Zr、Hf富集等特征,与斜长角闪岩一起部分熔融,共同形成中生代华北北缘的中酸性埃达克质岩石。

P-J Fit and P-O Fit are focus problems in the investigation field of industry and organization psychology. They have distinct influences on staff job performance and job attitude. In a certain extend,these influences are moderated by some variables. LMX(Leader-member Exchange) and TMX(Team-member exchange) are two most important personal relationship types in job scene. Post investigations indicated that they are equal to forecasting variables and moderating variables of staff job performance and job attitude. From actualities, although there are many investigations about the relationships between P-J Fit, P-O Fit, LMX, TMX and job attitude, these investigations only focused on some aspects, and they discussed little about four aspects at one time and mutual influences. Using hierarchical regression analysis to analyze the survey data collected from 592 employees in a big governmental telecom company, we got some results as follows: (1)After controlling demography variables, standardized regression coefficients on P-J Fit, P-O Fit, LMX, TMX and job satisfaction, organization commitment are all positive, and reach distinct levels. (2) LMX could distinctly moderate the influences of P-J Fit, P-O Fit on job satisfaction, but couldn’t distinctly moderate the influences of the two on organization commitment. Specifically, as LMX increased,the effect of P-J on job satisfaction decreased gradually,while the effect of P-O increased. (3) TMX could not distinctly moderate the relationships between P-J Fit, P-O Fit, job satisfaction and organization commitment. The theoretical implication of this investigation lies in enriching and developing investigations in these fields in a certain extend, through conforming the influences of P-J Fit, P-O Fit, LMX, and TMX on job satisfaction and organization commitment. The practical implication lies in revealing these aspects for corporation governors: When selecting applications for a job, they should try their best to realize the best fit of personal ability and the job requirements, personal value and organization culture. They should enhance staff job satisfaction and organization commitment through furthering the relationship between the leader and members, team members each other. They should cushion disadvantage influences of non-P-J Fit on staff job satisfaction and enhance positive influences of P-O Fit. 【Key words】 person-job fit; person-organization fit; leader-member exchange; team member exchange; job attitude
