The policystycal kidney disease that's a disease congenital autossomal dominant , no connected with the sex , what affect equally manly and females, especially the from race Persian and intersections with animals of that race. The polycystical kidney disease is broadcast the all issue from the individuals affected due at your character hereditary dominant. Yours signals clinical is linked together at the classic signals of Insufficiency Renal Account, such as: nefromegaly, poliury, anorexic, hematury and anemia , because in as much as the animals affected they tend developing this pathology among others secondary systemic problems . The means diagnostic, to ide ntify this pathology as varied, being used principally the of image, permitting a precociou diagnostic. Your treatment consists in master the symptoms caused by kidney insufficiencies Account and furnish, comfort and quality of life for the animals bearers, because it doesn’t have cur. Know the etiology, signals clinical, mediums diagnostic and the treatment is essential tools about to the screening of that disease and also to the future from race Persian and yours intersections obtained across her. The main objective this study was realize a bibliographic review about polycystical kidney disease linking a traditional forms of the diagnostic, treatment and control with new studies recently published about affected felines populations

To evaluate the prevalence of hypertension and its correlation with the severity of renal injury and proteinuria in dogs with leishmaniosis, sixty-six dogs were divided into two groups. Group 1 (G1) was composed of 54 dogs included in stage 1 of chronic kidney disease (CKD), and group 2 (G2) of twelve dogs in stages 2 and 3 of CKD. Prevalence of hypertension was 28.8%, comprising 22.2% of the dogs from G1 and 58.3% from G2 (P=0.011). The mean arterial blood pressure (BP) of dogs from G1 (135.7 +/- 20.5) was lower than from G2 (170.0 +/- 26.3) (P <0.001). Urine proteincreatinine ratio (UP/C) revealed values above 0.5 in 75.7% of the dogs, with 34% presenting hypertension. All dogs with hypertension had histopathological and laboratory evidence of glomerular disease. Although there was no statistically significant correlation between elevated BP and the severity of glomerular lesions (P=0.408), there was a statistically significant correlation between elevated BP and increased UP/C in the studied population (P=0.002). Thus, dogs with leishmaniosis and renal disease must be screened for the presence of hypertension so that treatment may be instituted as early as possible, in countries where treatment is allowed, to prevent the progression of renal damage.

Nitric oxide (NO) is a free radical gas, inorganic, which has seven electrons of nitrogen and oxygen eight, possessing an unpaired electron. This radical is produced from L-arginine by a reaction mediated by the enzyme NO synthase. NO it is about a radical of who acts abundant on a variety of biological processes, particularly when produced by endothelial cells plays a significant role in cardiovascular control, as a modulator of peripheral vascular resistance and platelet aggregation. This free radical has also a neurotransmitter and mediator of the immune system. NO kidney function has been considered in many physiological functions such as: (a) regulation of hemodynamics and glomerular function tubuloglomerular, (b) participation in pressure natriuresis (c) maintaining medullar perfusion (d) inhibiting sodium reabsorption tubular, and (e) acting as a modulator of the activity of the sympathetic nervous system. Given these functions, the occurrence of its deficiency is associated with chronic kidney disease (CKD) in vasoconstriction and consequently glomerular hypertension, high blood pressure (HBP), proteinuria and progression of renal dysfunction. This work has the scope to describe the role of NO in renal physiology and pathophysiology of CKD.
