A felgyorsult globalizáció korának világgazdasági környezetében, ahol a nemzetköziesedett nagyvállalatok rendelkeznek az erőforrások és a közvetlen beruházások jelentős része felett és az egyes regionális piacok folyamatai gyorsan áttevődnek más régiókra, a gazdaságpolitika és tágabb értelemben az állam mozgástere és feladata megváltozott. The regional positions are changing quickly and the room for manoeuvre of the economic policy in national level is narrowed for attraction of business activities in the era of quickened globalisation. The countries compete for direct investments with the level of stability in business environment, the quality of human resource, the development of technological infrastructure. The development of background factors determines the economic growth.

Mérés és értékelés a számvitelben (Measurement and evaluation in the accounting)

A cikk kiindulópontja az a tény, hogy a számvitel, azon belül is a pénzügyi beszámolás alapvető feladata döntésekhez hasznosítható információk nyújtása a vállalkozásokkal kapcsolatba kerülő érintettek számára. A gazdasági jelenségek leképezése, számviteli transzformációja során létrejövő adatok információként való hasznosításának feltétele, hogy a pénzügyi kimutatások felhasználói tisztában legyenek a leképezés mögöttes feltételezéseivel. A cikk első része a mérés általános definíciójából kiindulva mutatja be a számviteli mérés és értékelés fogalmát, ezek összefüggését, alapvető jellemzőit. Ezt követően a pénzügyi beszámolásban jelenleg érvényesülő értékelési keretrendszert vázolja fel a nemzetközi (IFRS), illetve a magyar szabályozásból kiindulva. A cikk harmadik része a szabályozás mögött meghúzódó elméleti összefüggéseket vizsgálja, kitérve a számviteli mérés és a pénzügyi teljesítmény (jövedelem) kapcsolatára, valamint bemutatja és értékeli a számviteli méréssel kapcsolatos főbb kritikákat. ____ One of the central problems of accounting theory and accounting regulation is accounting valuation, accounting as a value assignment aspect of the representation of economic phenomena. The first part of the article, setting out from the general concept of measurement, introduces the concepts of measurement and valuation as applied in accounting, describing their interconnections and basic characteristics. Following this, based on the international (IFRS) and Hungarian regulations, the paper sketches the current valuation framework used in financial reporting. The third part of the article analyses the theoretical background of the effective regulation, while also covering the connection of accounting measurement and financial performance (income), and finally it presents and evaluates the main elements of criticism concerning measurement in accounting.

Magnetic properties of the oceanic igneous rocks (Table 1)

Hysteresis measurements have been carried out on a suite of ocean-floor basalts with ages ranging from Quaternary to Cretaceous. Approximately linear, yet separate, relationships between coercivity (Bc) and the ratio of saturation remanence/saturation magnetization (Mrs/Ms) are observed for massive doleritic basalts with low-Ti magnetite and for pillow basalts with multi-domain titanomagnetites (with x= 0.6). Even when the MORB has undergone lowtemperature oxidation resulting in titanomaghemite, the parameters are still distinguishable, although offset from the trend for unoxidized multidomain titanomagnetite. The parameters for these iron oxides with different titanium content reveal contrasting trends that can be explained by the different saturation magnetizations of the mineral types. This plot provides a previously underutilized and non-destructive method to detect the presence of low-titanium magnetite in igneous rocks, notably MORB.

Up-regulation Of Dnam-1 And Nkp30, Associated With Improvement Of Nk Cells Activation After Long-term Culture Of Mononuclear Cells From Patients With Ovarian Neoplasia.

This study aimed at evaluating the functional activation and activating receptors expression on resting, short- and long-term NK and NK-like T cells from blood of ovarian neoplasia patients. Blood from patients with adnexal benign alterations (n = 10) and ovarian cancer (grade I-IV n = 14) were collected after signed consent. Effector cells activation was evaluated by the expression of the CD107a molecule. Short-term culture was conducted overnight with IL-2 and long-term culture for 21 days, by a method designed to expand CD56(+) lymphocytes. Short-term culture significantly increased NK cells activation compared to resting NK cells (p<0.05), however, the long-term procedure supported an even higher increase (p<0.001). Resting NK-like T cells showed poor activation, which was not altered by the culture procedures. The long-term culture effectively increased the expression of the activating receptors on NK and NK-like T cells, either by increasing the number of cells expressing a given receptor and/or by up-regulating their expression intensity. As a conclusion, the long-term culture system employed, resulted in a high number of functional NK cells. The culture system was particularly efficient on the up-regulation of NKp30 and DNAM-1 receptors on NK cells.
