A evolução histórica do lançamento do dardo: base para o ensino do atletismo em aulas de Educação física

Ainda que pouco conhecida, a história do lançamento do dardo revela ser esta uma prova muito antiga, existente desde os Jogos Olímpicos da Grécia Antiga. Com base nisso, o objetivo desta pesquisa consistiu em resgatar a história dessa prova do atletismo, observando seu desenvolvimento ao longo dos anos, sobretudo no que diz respeito às alterações em suas regras, em seus implementos, em seus resultados, entre outras coisas. Com base em livros, documentos, registros de competições e fotografias de diferentes épocas, essa pesquisa histórico-bibliográfica procurou coletar o maior número de dados que nos permitem compreender e analisar o desenvolvimento da prova do lançamento do dardo até os dias atuais. Entre outras coisas, os resultados evidenciam o surgimento do lançamento do dardo a partir da necessidade de sobrevivência do homem, sendo utilizado, sobretudo, em suas atividades de caça e guerra, no período da Pré-História. No período da Antiguidade Clássica, há registros que comprovam a utilização do dardo por infantarias e cavalarias, na Grécia Antiga, no Império Romano e pelos Lusitanos. Entretanto, além das guerras, o dardo era também utilizado nesse período em atividades esportivas. O lançamento do dardo era praticado de duas diferentes formas nessa época: o lançamento do dardo em um alvo prédeterminado (traçava-se um círculo com a distância desejada e o atleta deveria fazer o dardo cair dentro dele). Esse tipo de lançamento ocorria a partir de um ponto fixo que, muito provavelmente, era a linha de partida do estádio (stádion), chamada de “balbís” - e o lançamento do dardo em um alvo predeterminado (que acontecia geralmente em cima do cavalo, e o cavaleiro deveria... Uma reflexão histórica e crítica sobre música e educação: análise do projeto de lei do Senado n. 330 de 2006 que deu origem à Lei n. 11.769, de 18 de agosto de 2008

The objective of this study is to analyze the trajectory of the bill the Senate No. 330 of 2006 that led to Law no. 11,769 of 18 August 2008, amending Article 26 of the Law of Directives and Bases of Education (Act 9394 of 1996) to be held about the mandatory teaching of music in primary education, after more than 30 years of absence from the scene national public education, until to be sanctioned with partial veto, noting the historical importance of this artistic aspect as widely performed in various ways and for many different purposes. The return of the compulsory teaching of music reappears in the realms of teaching systematized public by bringing the possibility of thinking about music, see it beyond the medias execute that permeate society today.

Jornalismo científico no Brasil: uma abordagem histórica

O prestígio da ciência e da tecnologia, reforçada pela visão racionalista e cientificista – inaugurada com Revolução Científica e posteriormente corroborada no século XVII pela geração Iluminista de filósofos e cientistas – é hoje um dos fatores determinantes do desenvolvimento econômico de uma nação. Estando os resultados desse progresso científico-tecnológico presentes atualmente no cotidiano mais íntimo da população, são também determinantes do perfil social e cultural da mesma. A mídia, responsável pela disseminação de informações em geral, deve atuar diretamente na proliferação da informação científica para a população não acadêmica não apenas informando, mas incitando à critica e colaborando para a crescente democratização da atividade científica. O presente trabalho tem por objetivo traçar o perfil histórico da presença da Ciência na Mídia impressa brasileira, através de uma revisão bibliográfica sobre o assunto. A abordagem histórica do letramento: Ecos da memória na atualidade

The word literacy acquired a polysemy spectrum which put it away from the notion of social and historic process, at the same time that associates it to codification and decodification of writing. Concerning to this last perspective, we would have nothing to add. However, we sustain, in this paper, considering Pêcheux´s Discourse Analysis and Lacanian Psychoanalysis approaches, that there is a conception of literacy as a phenomenon which influences indirectly individuals and cultures for whom the competence of writing is not established. In this sense, the concept of literacy is larger than alphabetization. As an evidence of this proposal, we analyze a text written by a student, that demanded him to write about a context distant from his own, and, to do so, he mobilized places from the archive and from his particular memory, showing a singular knowledge of writing culture, even though his text presents interpenetration of oral an writing forms, aspect that is not allowed by those who defend an a-historical conception of literacy. We discuss that the student’s text ran away from the reduction of a merely pedagogic ideology and reflects a discursive coherence in face of the challenge that was proposed to him. By the end of this paper, we propose that the teachers should search for devices that make easier for their students to write texts in which their authorship could emerge.

Máximos e mínimos na geometria euclidiana: uma abordagem histórica

The goal of this work is to perform a historical approach of important results about maxima and minima, on Euclidean geometry, involving perimeters, areas and volumes. As a highlight, we can mention the Dido’s isoperimetric problem and the Papus’s problem about the wit of the bees. In this context, with a concern didactic, we tried to use, whenever possible, the geometry classical formulas to the calculus of areas. On the other hand, in the case of isoperimetric inequality the techniques of differential and integral calculus became more suitable for our purposes.

A culture of resistance in the semi-arid, expressed by mentalities and values, goes against the economic potential of sheep and goat raising, considered as an inferior activity when compared to the cattle raising, historically linked to social status and prestige. This paper attempts to shed light on aspects that make possible to clarify the roots of the cognitive apparatus that supports this view, resorting to it to the production of relevant authors dealing with the issue of displacement of colonizer and livestock in the hinterlands. Ultimately, it seeks evidence of the influence of the historical process of economic and social organization of space on the present.

Memória, História e Patrimônio: perspectivas comtemporâneas da pesquisa histórica

It should be noted that the studies for some time been considering the historical importance of objects and space as components of memory - or “places of memory” in the words of Pierre Nora. The memory would thus be defi ned as an imaginary dimension of society, a mental universe that acquires and social substance that creates the individual with a “social whole” in an open line of work by M. Halbwachs. And this notion of memory allows us to grasp the question sheet. This cult of memory had its place also rise through the delimitation of national heritage - as Françoise Choay, since the establishment of categories of historical monuments in France in 1837. The discussion on equity has progressed in recent decades, as it is conceived as objects, spaces, knowledge and events become “intangible heritage” because it has reference value to the community. It is considered that the references are the property constituting the objects of memory formation, forms of work-life past or present. Anyway, heritage presents itself as the embodiment of a discourse about the past.

The concept of region raises two related historical problems. First of all, it concerns the epistemological accomplishment of regional history, since the need to provide a total history, one of the main challenges of the Annales movement, undergoes an impact with the notion of local, so that the overflight of the historic totality becomes nowadays an intensive totality. The historian who overflies the reality is replaced by the wanderer historian. In addition to this epistemological question, we can think about the historical feature of spaces. From an ontological point of view, according to the modes of its composition, as well as from the standpoint of its practical constitution, space can be either smooth or striated. These types of space belong to the Gilles Deleuze s nomadology and their definition might improve the characterization and description of historical spaces with regard to a certain contemporary historiographical movement known as the New Cultural History.Key Words: history;space;nomadism.
