Resumo:
Patients with renal insufficiency (RI) are frequently excluded from trials assessing various endovascular revascularization concepts in critical limb ischemia (CLI) although information on clinical outcomes is scarce.
Resumo:
To evaluate the clinical efficacy of endovascular therapy of symptomatic obstructions of the common femoral artery (CFA).

The use of radial artery conduits in coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) surgery is associated with improved long-term patency and patient survival rates as compared with saphenous vein conduits. Despite increasing popularity, relative incidence of local harvest-site complications and subjective perception of adverse long-term sequelae remain poorly described.

Conservative management of acute type B aortic dissection is currently being challenged by primary thoracic endovascular aortic repair. Aim was to assess outcome and quality of life after these different approaches using an adjusted standard population as benchmark.
Resumo:
Thoracic endovascular aortic repair is increasingly becoming the standard treatment of many thoracic aortic pathologies. New reliable and accurate stent grafts are emerging to widen the endovascular treatment options. We report the results of RELAY (Bolton Medical, Barcelona, Spain) in the large RELAY Endovascular Registry for Thoracic Disease (RESTORE) European registry.
Resumo:
The purpose of this study was to assess the efficacy and midterm results of endovascular treatment of acute, complicated type B aortic dissection.
Resumo:
The aim of our study was to analyze the neurophysiological monitoring method with regard to its potential problems during thoracic and thoracoabdominal aortic open or endovascular repair. Furthermore, preventive strategies to the main pitfalls with this method were developed.
Resumo:
The aim of this study was to determine risk factors for mortality in different age groups after thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR).
Resumo:
This study evaluated long-term results of thoracic endovascular aortic repair for atherosclerotic aneurysms involving descending aorta.
Resumo:
Midterm results of TEVAR (thoracic endovascular aortic repair) in patients with aneurysms involving the descending aorta originating from chronic type B dissections are not known.
