Studies on preparation, characterization of cobalt(II) phenanthroline and 8-hydroxyquinoline complexes/Y zeolite, and catalytic hydroxylation of phenol

Cobalt(II) phenanthroline and 8-hydroxyquinoline complexes/Y zeolite, denoted as CoPhen/Y and CoOx/Y respectively, were prepared, The formation of the metal complexes mentioned above within the cages of Y zeolite and their crystal structures were determined by elementary analyses, TG-DTA, diffuse reflectance UV-Vis, SEM, BET and XRD methods. The influence of experimental parameters upon phenol conversion and product selectivities was investigated as well.

Synthesis, characterization and catalytic activity for H2O2 decomposition of tetrabasic tungstovanadophosphate heteropoly rare earth element complexes with Dawson structure

Nine tetrabasic tungstovanadophosphate heteropoly rare earth element complexes with Dawson structure were synthesized. Their general molecular formulas are K15H4[Ln . (P2W16VO61)(2)] . xH(2)O(Ln = La3+, Pr3+, Nd3+, Sm3+, Eu3+, Gd3+, Dy3+, Yb3+). Their structures and properties were investigated by IR, UV, NMR, ESR, XRD, TG-DTA. The results showed that the series of complexes have the same structure as K-16[Ce(P2W17O61)(2)] . 50H(2)O. At the same time, the catalytic activity of the complexes for H2O2-decomposition was also investigated.

Synthesis of N-(n-octyl)-N'-(10-mercaptodecyl)-4,4'-bipyridinium dibromide and electrochemical behaviour of its monolayers on a gold electrode

A new viologen derivative of N-(n-octyl)-N'-(10-mercaptodecyl)-4,4'-bipyridinium dibromide has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, H-1 NMR, MS and TG-DTA. X-Ray photoelectron spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry have been used to characterize the monolayers formed by this compound on the bulk gold electrodes by self-assembly.

聚环氧氯丙烷聚氨酯／聚苯乙烯IPN的玻璃化转变行为

用ＤＳＣ和动态弹粘谱（ＤＭＳ）研究了聚环氧氯丙烷聚氨酯／聚苯乙烯互穿聚合物网络［ＰＵ（ＰＥＣＨ）／ＰＳＩＰＮ］的玻璃化转变行为发现，当ＩＰＮ中聚苯乙烯（ＰＳ）含量大于２０％（质量分数）时，ＩＰＮ是不相容体系，有两个玻璃化转变ＰＳ交链度的增加，对应于ＰＵ的玻璃化转变（ＴｇⅠ）不变，对应于ＰＳ的玻璃化转变（ＴｇⅡ）向高温方向移动，转变越来越不明显，加入氨酯反应催化剂时，Ｔｇ明显内移，ＴｇⅡ内移超过２０℃，相容性增加。

铁邻菲咯啉、8-羟基喹啉配合物/Y型分子筛的制备、表征及催化苯酚羟化的研究

制备了铁邻菲咯啉、8-羟基喹啉配合物/Y型分子筛(简记为FePhen/Y,FeO_x/Y).用元素分析,TG-DTA,UV-Vis,IR,SEM,BET,及XRD等方法确定了分子筛笼中金属配合物的生成及其晶体结构,考察了实验参数对苯酚转化率及产物选择性的影响.

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF POLYACRYLATES CONTAINING CHARGE-TRANSFER GROUPS

Polyacrylates containing para-nitro azobenzene have been synthesized by free radical polymerization. The influence of the length of the spacer of the homopolyacrylates (HPn, n=3,4,6), content of methyl acrylate in the copolyacrylates (CP6) with para-nitro azobenzene groups on the thermal properties, such as liquid crystallinity, Tg and Tm, was studied by DSC, WAXD and polarized optical microscopy. Among the polymers studied, only the homopolyacrylate (HP6)with six carbon atoms in the spacer exhibited a nematic phase. The second-harmonic generation (SHG) signal of the poled HP6 film was detected qualitatively by Maker-fringer method.

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF CROSS-LINKED 2ND-ORDER NONLINEAR-OPTICAL POLYMER

The present paper reports the synthesis of glycidyl monoether of 4-[(p-nitrophenyl) azo] phenol (GMNA) and crosslinking reaction of GMNA with hexamethylene diisocyanate biuret (HDIB). The Tg of crosslinked polymer was investigated by DSC. The orientation and stability of the poled and crosslinked polymer film were studied by UV-Vis spectra and Maker fringe method.

THERMAL BEHAVIORS OF INTRINSIC POLYANILINE AND ITS DERIVATIVES

Thermal properties of polyaniline (PAn), polytoluidine(POT) and polyanisidine(PAs) were examined by TG and DSC techniques. The weight-uptake of POT at 200-300 degrees C was observed and carefully discussed.

间硝基苯甲酸稀土配合物的热分解

用TG-DTA,高温X-射线衍射研究了稀土间硝基苯甲酸配合物LnL_3·nH_2O(n=2,Ln=La→Lu+Y;n=0,Ln=Sc,HL=间硝基苯甲酸)的热分解行为,DSC测定其脱水相变过程中的热力学函数,同时用透射电镜观察了热分解产物的超微性。

结晶十六烷基三甲基溴化铵烷基链构象的红外光谱研究

在290-400K的温度范围内用红外光谱法在分子水平上考察了结晶十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的分子链构象随温度的变化。结果表明:在343K以下分子烷基链主要以全反式构象相互平行排列,仅在链末端有少量TG式构象存在;当温度高于343K时,分子链中有GTG′式构象出现且链间相互作用开始减弱,但分子链轴仍保持相互平行排列;当温度高于373K时,TG和GTG′式构象数量显著增加,同时GTG和GG式构象大量出现,烷基链轴的线性结构被破坏且分子链间相互作用变得很弱。
