In 2010 two retailers signed an association agreement to gain an advantage in the market, however this association has promoted many changes within the companies. So this study had the objective to analyze the organizational climate, in the integration of companies context, in order to early detect deficiencies that could pose risks to the process of integration. The results collected from the questionnaires revealed the perceptions and expectations of employees regarding the integration of companies and their level of satisfaction with the organization, in addition, the data obtained from interviews allowed us to understand and to find some causes to the level of satisfaction presented by employees. The results made possible to identify strengths as the company‟s image, points of failure in communication and training and dissatisfaction with the workload, then some actions were suggested with the intention to achieve greater engagement and commitment of employees and consequently contribute to the success of the Integration Program. The conclusion of this study is that the changes promoted by the integration of companies impacted in the organizational climate and increased employees dissatisfaction

The present work aims to analyze how the Programa de Desenvolvimento de Rio Claro (PRODERC) as a public policy generating and jobs for industries located in the city, promoting local development, using as selection criterion to expand the number of employees in a period of three years. We are going to analyzed different factors such as increase in the number of workers in the period analyzed, the impact of PRODERC industries and the government’s relationship with the industries covered, and the location there of on the territory according to industrial size

Proteins of animal origin are among the most consumed foods in the world, this scenario highlights the pig production, providing much of the daily protein intake worldwide. Brazil has significant numbers in the production and export of pork to stand among the first in the world marker. Several diseases such as brucellosis, can configure a threat to this sector. Brucellosis in pigs is an important disease and zoonosis once it is the cause of great economic losses by making the species vulnerable to sanitary barriers as well as putting at risk the health of attendants of farms, slaughterhouses employees and consumers. Pigs slaughtered in slaughterhouses approved by competent organs guarentee the safety of employees, in the flowchart of slaughter, and consumers, but illegal slaughterhouses pose risk to public health

The society continues demonstrating its need regarding the products and services, even though it becomes increasingly value the protection of the environment. In this context, environmental management is defined as a management method that emphasizes to continuously improve results and promote sustainable development. Moreover it has as a tool the laws which provide the benchmarks and mechanisms for companies to adapt their activities in such a way that does not alter the quality of the environment. In this sense, in order to propose improvements to a dairy aiming their environmental suitability, a present study was prepared by following the production activities of the enterprise, the raising of standards and applicable legal requirements and environmental assessment for the preparation of an array of aspects and impacts with the task of identifying the most significant according to MOREIRA (2006). The results indicated that some of the impacts of high relevance are related to the generation of wastewater and solid waste, which do not have treatment and / or proper disposal and indeed require intervention for their suitability. Through, these results were drawn up proposals for actions conformation. In addition, they were proposed meeting the requirement for health and safety at work, in accordance with the standard regulations. This study has the function, therefore, propose to the company in question, an environmental management plan that ensures the protection of the environment and health of employees and consequently the improvement of production processes and products

This work is a study on the Technical Service Library and Documentation Prof. Carlos Alberto de Buarque Borges , on the Faculdade de Engenharia de Guaratinguetá , regarding to the service user , aiming to detect and analyze the current problems and suggesting improvements that could result in optimization of care and increased quality of services. For this, was chosen the methodology of Business Processes Modeling, which enabled the detailing of the processes implemented in the library and the identification the critical points , as low investment and short number of employees, which made possible suggest ways to improve the quality of service to users, as awareness campaigns and the implementation of an system to input the literature needed for each course

The developed research aims to analyze clippings of Petrobras' commemorative 60th anniversary campaign, entitled Gente, é o que inspira a gente., launched in 2013, using concepts of institutional advertising from the perspective of semiotics. The company was chose due to its traditionalism and strength within and outside the country, being one of the 20 largest in the world. During the study, it will be covered topics such as organizational communication and institutional advertising. From analyzing three parts of the Campaign, which aims to influence public opinion about the organization, associating her concepts or images that benefit the way Petrobras is seen. To analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the campaign, it was chosen as methodological method, the semiotic studies of Charles Peirce, with his concepts of firstness, secondness and thirdness. This approaching intention of its audience is clear in this campaign not only with the participation of employees and signs that compose it, but also with the dissemination of information about the company, such as history, data, policies, methods and services provided, transmitting effectively its essence as a company, through its mission, vision and explicit and implicit values in messages

Futsal is one of the most popular sports in Brazil, played on five continents, in hundreds of countries, but is still a poorly studied sports science. Among the types of training used in the preparation of soccer players, the collective training is one of the most used because it is a simulation game. The application of the training load is often made in large quantities (volume) with exercise duration and intensity greater than what the athlete can handle. Thus, this study aimed to evaluate the intensity of physical exertion of futsal players of basic category during collective training. We evaluated twenty (N=20) soccer players from two teams with different levels of training. There were ten players on a team federated (FED) and ten players on a team for a project extension (EXT). Samples were collected at the respective locations of training. An evaluation of anthropometric and during collective training heart rate was measured and at the end of each training time blood samples were collected for analysis of blood lactate concentration and perceived exertion of the players. There was significant difference between the two teams only in fat percentage (FED=13,4 e EXT=21,2). The average heart rate during training was 174 ± 12.2 bpm, which corresponds to 84% HRmax. There was significant difference between heart rate and the percentage of HRmax in the two parts of training in both teams. The Federated team players remained most of the time in more intense intensity zone (above 85% HRmax), while the EXT players were most of the time zone of moderate intensity (65-85% HRmax). The rating of perceived exertion (FED=3,5 e EXT=3,2) and blood lactate concentration (FED=2.4 mmol/L and EXT=2.9 mmol/L) showed no significant difference between the two teams and between the two times. Stress relates to the broad and generalized body's responses to various environmental, physical and social situations. It is the force that drives the emotions and motives (desires), but is also the cause of the wear and tear of human existence. This study aims to investigate the stressors in administrative technical servers Univ. Estadual Paulista - UNESP, Bauru, as well as on companies providing service within the perimeter of the campus. Was used as a methodology, literature and field research, a questionnaire was applied in order to reach those goals. The profiles of employees who participated in the survey were: both sexes, adults, young people with different educational levels, varying levels of marital and socioeconomic status. The main stressors mentioned by the employees were: workload, dissatisfaction in the workplace, pressure boss or colleagues, as they bring consequences, fatigue or drowsiness, affecting the work environment and mostly family. Physical symptoms of stress are fatigue, difficulty relaxing and headache, and backache. And the psychological symptoms are verbalized concern, agitation, aggression, dissatisfaction, and forgetfulness and feeling of lack of time. It was concluded that these factors negatively affect the quality of life in the work of these employees, interfering with your work, family and socio-emotional life.

Humanization is a decisive factor for the positive conditions in the work environment related to the health sector, however, few initiatives take into consideration this aspect in different areas of knowledge, including the field of Human Kinetics. Thus, this study, which has a qualitative nature, aimed to identify the mood of employees from Sistema Únicos de Saúde - SUS, using evidences based on experiences of a playful and animistic activities. The study was conducted through bibliographical and exploratory research, using as a tool two-phase data collection the Brunel Questionnaire (BRUMS). Part of this study included an international sample compose of SUS participants from Araras city, having as criteria employees associated with SUS longer than one year. Participants experienced an animistic and recreational activities program and the instrument was applied before and after these experiences. Data was descriptively analyzed through the Thematic Content Analysis Technique. The results showed that the recreational and animistic activities can positively improve the mood of workers in the health sector, indicating the importance of developing new humanization strategies in health ambit. This study suggests new actions in public policy, able to encourage longer or even continuous interventions in the daily journey of health workers

The competition for markets have created extreme challenges for companies that need an efficient management system. The transformational system involve all the employees in the task of eliminating waste, add value to products, reduce variations in processes, increase reliability and discover customer needs. The collaborative management is one of the focuses of this research. It was based on the analysis of the Fleury's suggestion program called Central de Ideias, The Fleury Group is one of the most traditional organizations of medical and health in the country. We pointed out the evolution of the program and we also showed the results of the changed of the management tool ideas. An extensive theoretical study was conducted in order to enhance the benefits that a suggestion system provides to the organizations. The Programa Central de Ideias has saved millions for Fleury and it has been made processes more efficient. The increasing of employees participation, the improvement of the internal communication and the refinement of the quality services are one of the suggestion system benefits
