El síndrome de alienación parental como elemento valorativo de violencia familiar psicológica

El síndrome de alienación parental (SAP) es aquel proceso realizado por el progenitor consistente en programar una conducta de rechazo al otro progenitor sin una justificación objetiva. La conducta alienante la realiza el progenitor con el derecho a la tenencia del hijo; sin embargo, el otro progenitor ante tal conducta, cuando tiene acceso al hijo (a través de su derecho a la visita) suele realizar la misma conducta criticable y comienza a generar en el hijo una situación de inestabilidad dado que le exigen una conducta de fidelidad/rechazo que le es imposible de cumplir (conflicto de lealtades). En la mayoría de casos la conducta de los progenitores alienantes, provoca una reacción de temor en el otro, el cual consideramos “progenitor débil”, por cuanto es víctima de violencia familiar (tanto física como psicológica).

Experiences with sustainability indicators and stakeholder participation: A case study relating to a 'Blue Plan' project in Malta

The practical application of systemic sustainability analysis (SSA; Bell and Morse, 1999) as applied in-a project instigated and managed by 'Blue Plan', one of the regional activity centres of the Mediterranean Action Plan, is set out and explained in this paper. The context in which SSA was applied and adapted to SPSA (systemic and prospective sustainability analysis). is described in the Mediterranean, primarily in Malta. The SSA process is summarized, its extension and linkage to the prospective approach is described and the comments of stakeholders in the context are added. Some preliminary outcomes are suggested. The pauticular focus of the paper is on the lessons learned from doing SSA/SPSA within a classic blueprint project framework. It is-not assumed that SSA/SPSA is 'finished' or 'definitive'. Rather, we suggest that it is a developing and changing approach that practitioners can adapt and change to meet the specific needs of the circumstances that confront them. Is participation prevention? A blurring of discourses in children's preventative initiatives in the UK

This article explores the relationships between two key concepts that have defined recent social policy initiatives for children in the UK: participation and prevention from social exclusion. Drawing on the Children's Fund initiative as an example, the article traces the diverse and sometimes contradictory discourses of childhood and social inclusion/ exclusion in stakeholders' differing rationales for supporting children's participation and prevention. The authors argue that the blurring of the rationales for participation and prevention has implications for the strategies and practices that agencies adopt and raises questions about which groups benefit and whose agendas are served by participation and prevention activities.
