Alguns fundamentos de organização do currículo para a escola democratizada: pistas históricas e perspectivas necessárias

Taking for granted that the trajectory of the process of democratization of Brazilian school is in evidence and in a moment of no return, thinking about your model becomes necessary and urgent relevance. Presents some specific elements of historical course, facing circumstances and moments that established milestones in the construction of the school curriculum in Brazil and directed the mentality of the pedagogical. The thought is present democratizing steadily, but still, is so inconclusive in academic and theoretically fragile in the school routine. Along the way the great complexity of this issue begins to reveal, for some traits, their chances for overcoming an institutional model in a state of exhaustion.

A escolarização da literatura infantil nos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental: um processo subsidiário aos fins pedagógicos

Literature is a treasure for humanity and for the school. It causes psychological function of the individual, inserts it in the context of various cultures and historic moments, and, by having formative nature, School and Literature are intrinsecally related institutions. But literature is not the end of the first teaching, while the school has the purpose of teaching literature. Literature is not a source of good leads standards; have to be educated without this process to misrepresent. Thus, it was estalished is to investigate the inadequacy of schooling of Children's Literature pointed out by Soares in 2006, is still reality that becomes present in school or if there was any change in that status. Specific objectives were established: 1)Scanning separately in each of the books education system, from first to fifth grade of elementary school, according to the following categories involving education of literary reading: selection of genres and authors; presentation of these genres and no change from one genre to another; 2)analyze the way children's literature is presented by note-books analyzed education system develop the sensitivity of the student for pluris-signification and expressiveness of literary language, while fulfilling its social function and knowledge; 3)review the comprehension activities of literary reading proposed by notebooks to seize their educational goals. Therefore, we carried out basic theoretical research, demonstrating the functions of literature and the teaching of literature in school, and documentary research. Há possibilidades de uma psicologia libertadora na contemporaneidade?

This article aims to generate reflections on the current Brazilian educational situation and briefly discuss the changing paradigms of post-modernity that affect it. Today's education will be discussed and questioned from the mold of traditional education institution (postulated analyzed and criticized by Paulo Freire and still present in our society) and soon to be opposed to the proposal from liberating pedagogy (teaching theoretical foundations that focus on developing of a social nature of no alienation and contribution to the formation of critical subjects of their own destiny, comes in trying to transform the current education, reinforced by the individualistic and consumerist bonds in a democratic education (teachers and students in a relationship horizontal) facing the current questions of social values.

A educação em Direitos Humanos nos projetos político-pedagógicos das escolas de São Paulo

The article presents data from a qualitative study that aimed to investigate the presence of aspects that integrate knowledge, values and practice of the Human Rights Education (HRE) in the political-pedagogical projects (PPPs) of public schools in the state of São Paulo. 15 documents were analyzed from criteria based on reference documents for HRE in Brazil. The criteria were organized into seven areas: internal and external community; principles and concepts of education; goals; curriculum; democratic participation and school environment; teacher training and evaluation. We sought to identify whether the HRE related elements were missing, or if they were just mentioned or stood out through propositional planned actions in PPPs. The data demonstrate that the contents directly related to HRE are absent from PPPs, some issues related to this type of education are weakly mentioned and there are some planned actions that promote rights. However, the intentional, systematic and conscious planning of HRE is not yet reflected in this document type.

Jogo de handebol e futsal na escola: possibilidades e limites pedagógicos

Sports team, specifically soccer and handball, has traditionally composing the physical education school contents as a curriculum component. There are several criticisms to extend this approach beyond the sportive discourse. While we recognize this need for expansion, we believe that the methodological endeavors to teach these sports content are still very poor, requiring, therefore, studies that guide us in changing not only contents but also the way of teaching it, which implies new e teaching, pupils and teaching relationship perspective. In this sense, the objective of this study was to identify and analyze, from a sports team tactics teaching approaches of invasion, the demonstrations by students, the phases of handball and soccer games, as well as the elements/dynamic structural, functional and operational in the same school environment. Given this objective, qualitative research, specifically, collaborative action research, best meets investigation is this scenario, since classroom teacher and students also participated in the content construction and strategies undertaken during the intervention. The study enrolled 28 students in the fifth grade, aging 10 to 11 years, in a Bauru/SP public school, physical education teacher and the researcher. Were planned and taught together, 14 classes over a semester with the handball and futsal content, guided for teaching tactics approaches. The data collections were made through systematic lessons observation (through filming and recording diary), interviews with students and descriptive reports made by the classroom teacher and researcher. The results indicate that there was an improvement in the phases of soccer and handball game, even though only the latter has changed its category phase to decentralized anarchic phase. Fundamentos filosóficos e antropológicos da teoria do se-movimentar e a formação de sujeitos emancipados, autônomos e críticos: o exemplo do currículo de educação física do Estado de São Paulo

This article examines philosophical and anthropological underpinnings of the Sich-Bewegen Theory, based on the phenomenological philosophy by Merleau-Ponty and social anthropology by Mauss and Geertz. It also considers implications for Physical Education Elementary and High School curricula aimed at forming emancipated, autonomous and critical individuals, taking the Physical Education Curriculum of the State of Sao Paulo as example. It concludes that the curriculum needs to imbricate into students'social life and take into account the challenges and issues from contemporary society.

Article presents the concept of subjectivity in the theory of Jean Laplanche from his questioning of metapsychology´s drive theory which led to the proposal of the theory of generalized seduction. The objective is to show how in this conception otherness is presented in a traumatic way in the primary constitution of subjectivity, endorsing certain positions in the psychoanalytic literature that advocate symbolic violence as a fundamental aspect of the subject of psychoanalysis.
