Crítica em perspectiva semi��tica: o caso de Barbara Heliodora

This research aims to analyze, based on the theories of French semiotics (or greimasian), the development of the critical text by Barbara Heliodora and drama criticism, a very popular genre in journalism and therefore of great relevance for scholars in the area. The corpus of this research will analyze nine texts by the author, giving priority to her early career (texts from 1957, 1958 and 1962) and her most recent texts (two from 2007 and one from 2010). The choice for greimasian Semiotics is justified because it is a methodology that provides all the necessary elements for interpretation of textual content and its relationship both in the business of the theater and journalism

Conta����o de hist��rias e educa����o crítica: uma proposta did��tica

This proposal offers a possibility of approximation of mathematical knowledge at the prospect of Critical Education defended by researchers such as Ole Skovsmose and Paulo Freire. Using storytelling as a methodological resource is intended to develop an activity that allows students to think critically about real-life situations that have democratic questions as ground. The research is part of the branch of mathematics concerned with the education goals of teaching mathematics in basic education. We discuss the relevance of an educational process that enables the development of a democratic competence in the first years of primary education by showing students that their classroom can and should be seen as a community, where everyone has rights and duties. The interpretation and understanding of real situations can be something very complex and uninteresting for students of that age, looking for an attractive feature such as storytelling, which is based on the tendency of Reading and Writing in Mathematics, proposed by Nacarato and Lopes; Cardoso and Fonseca. Adopting a phenomenological attitude in the research seeks to understand if the storytelling can contribute to the formation of the critical student. Assuming this perspective has developed a didactic sequence from the story 'o que os olhos n��o v��em' from writer Ruth Rocha. The student's writing, favored by the proposed sequence, subsidizes the understanding of their thinking and acting on the democratic situations

A crítica de Siegfried Kracauer ao romance-reportagem ou o 'caso Brecht'

This article seeks to historically contextualize Kracauer���s aesthetic-political position regarding this successful literary genre among German writers in the early 1930s: the novel report. It is inevitable the reference to the Berlin journal, Die Linkskurve, and to Luk��cs���s critiques developed in the period ��� when he resumes aesthetic questions on the novel as a literary genre in a Marxist interpretation and outlines his thesis on ���critical realism���. Kracauer wrote a critique about the film Kuhle Wampe, directed by S. Dudow with a script by B. Brecht and E. Ottwald and music by H. Eisler, which engendered a discussion full of misunderstandings, but extremely interesting, between E. Bloch and Kracauer and between Kracauer and Brecht. Finally, I comment the journal project Krise und Kritik, which failed with the rise of Hitler.

Da teoria crítica ao p��s-estruturalismo: breves apontamentos para uma poss��vel confronta����o entre Adorno e Deleuze

The Frankfurt critical theory and the French post-structuralism are important lines of thought in the philosophy of education, which inspired several academic productions in recent decades. In the 1950s and 1960s, both opposed philosophical resistance against many types of totalitarianism. One big difference between the two lines of thought has been the critical of the dialectic considered an insufficient method to think about the difference (Deleuze) and the reaffirmation of a negative dialectic (Adorno). This article intends to analyze the thematic affinities and the differences of method between the thought of these two authors.

Glauber Rocha���s arrival at Rio de Janeiro can be considered a milestone for the Brazilian Cinema Novo movement in the early 1960s. In 1959, Glauber starts his collaborations in the Suplemento Dominical do Jornal do Brasil. This paper examines Rocha���s major contributions in this newspaper for the purpose of pointing out the strategies and formulations of the young intellectual from Bahia to promote a debate on the forms of modern Brazilian cinema and its relationship to other art forms in the 1960s.

Glauber Rocha e a crítica de cinema no Di��rio de Not��cias: periferia e resist��ncia

In the early 1960s, after his experience as a film critic in the Jornal da Bahia, the young Glauber Rocha began his collaboration in the Suplemento Artes e Letras of Di��rio de Not��cias in Salvador. Inserting itself the symbolic disputes in defense of a film art of authentic Brazilian nuance, the activity of the critic Glauber Rocha represents a voice that demarcates the internal tensions of the field of cinema in Bahia and outlines, in the form of genesis, his most famous manifesto, ���An esthetic of hunger��� (1965). For this analysis were focused mainly two critics: ���Experi��ncia ���Barravento���: confiss��o sem moldura���, published December 25-26, 1960, and ���Luz Atl��ntica, 1962���, published in December 31, 1961.

Historia del teatro en Mendoza(1960-2000)

Esta investigaci��n aplicada sobre teatro y cultura se realiza con el objetivo de periodizar el sistema teatral mendocino como expresi��n de identidad social y conciencia hist��rica regional y nacional. Se propone el estudio integral de la evoluci��n del teatro mendocino en los textos dram��ticos, las puestas en escena, los directores, los actores, los autores y cr��ticos. Se considera, adem��s la circulaci��n y recepci��n de las po��ticas teatrales, en el marco de las relaciones del campo de poder y el campo teatral. Se parte de la hip��tesis de que existe una significativa actividad teatral en Mendoza, desde 1960 hasta el 2000, en la que interactuan las po��ticas teatrales con la producci��n de textos dram��ticos y esc��nicos. La escritura de la historia de ese teatro nos permitir�� establecer los per��odos, para rescatar los microsistemas distintivos, en relaci��n con los campos del poder y la cultura propios de la provincia. Mediante la edici��n de este trabajo en la Historia del Teatro de las Provincias, que ser�� publicada por la editorial Galerna se ampliar�� el campo de conocimientos del teatro argentino a los posibles lectores, investigadores, profesores, cr��ticos y estudiantes de materias human��sticas y se contribuir�� a la formaci��n de recursos humanos en el desarrollo de la formaci��n de los integrantes del equipo dedicados a investigar fuentes.
