Product recovery is beset by uncertainty regarding the quality of end-of-life (EOL) products, and in order to ascertain the reusability of these products, they have to undergo expensive tests. This undermines the profitability of the recovery process. The key to improve the effectiveness of product recovery is to improve the quality of information available before testing. Emerging data capture technologies can significantly improve the availability of information. However, in order to maximise the potential of these technologies, appropriate decision-making algorithms that exploit such information must be developed. We model the recovery process using a decision-theoretic approach, and derive strategies to ascertain the reusability of EOL products, and also to decide when tests are beneficial. We show that improving the quality of information leads to increase in effectiveness of the recovery process by reducing the need for tests. Copyright © 2009 Inderscience Enterprises Ltd.

首先用从头算方法计算缬氨酸两性离子同处于160种不同位置的水分子的相互作用能, 计算 时采用最小基组并进行了基组重叠修正, 最后对计算得的相互作用能Slater-Kirkwood 公式作色散能修正; 然后进行势函数的拟合, 即舍弃12个相互作用能大于5Kcal/mole或原子间距离小于1.68A的布点, 对其余148个布点进行拟合。拟合结果的标准偏差为SD=0.48Kcal/mole。图1表3参13

分别从喂食三株原始产毒铜绿微囊藻Microcystis aeruginosa(AC、DS和PCC 7820)的金藻Poterioochromonassp.培养物中获得三株藻,以Nest PCR方法(引物对CC/CG和CH/CI)确定此三株藻均为微囊藻属藻株。HPLC测试结果显示这三株藻均不产生微囊藻毒素。显示Poterioochromonassp.具有将产毒微囊藻转化为无毒微囊藻的能力。比较产毒原始株与无毒变异株的生理特性发现,变异株的类胡萝卜素/叶绿素比值高于原始株;而光反应曲线结果表明,变异株的PSⅡ

用噬菌体展示技术制备了抗对虾白斑综合症病毒(WSSV)的单链抗体A1。该抗体在30℃培养条件下诱导表达20h后,其蛋白表达量可达总菌体蛋白的3.67%。用亲和层析柱和SephadexG-100层析柱可将单链抗体A1纯化为一条单电泳条带,其分子量约为31.5kD。用等电聚焦电泳测定,其等电点为pH5.8。ELISA测定表明冻干的单链抗体A1在室温储藏4年后与WSSV结合仍具有较高的活力。

采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺梯度凝胶电泳对栉江珧(Atrina pectinata Linnaeus)消化盲囊进行了5 种酶(SOD、EST、MDH、ME、LDH) 的同工酶分析。结果表明不同个体的同工酶表达呈现多态现象,个体间酶带带型既有相一致的共同特征谱带,又有较多的变异,5种酶均可把样品大致区分为差异明显的2 种或3 种类型,而且酶谱类型与形态类型基本对应,同工酶表达上的多样性表明栉江珧种内在生化遗传上存在较大的变异, 具有较丰富的遗传多态性。

This paper presents an explicit time-marching formulation for the solution of the coupled thermal flow mechanical behavior of gas- hydrate sediment. The formulation considers the soil skeleton as a deformable elastoplastic continuum, with an emphasis on the effect of hydrate (and its dissociation) on the stress-strain behavior of the soil. In the formulation, the hydrate is assumed to deform with the soil and may dissociate into gas and water. The formulation is explicitly coupled, such that the changes in temperature because of energy How and hydrate dissociation affect the skeleton stresses and fluid (water and gas) pressures. This, in return, affects the mechanical behavior. A simulation of a vertical well within a layered soil is presented. It is shown that the heterogeneity of hydrate saturation causes different rates of dissociation in the layers. The difference alters the overall gas production and also the mechanical-deformation pattern, which leads to loading/ unloading shearing along the interfaces between the layers. 采用Feulgen-显微分光光度计方法,以鸡红细胞为标准DNA(3.22pg/2C)测定了长江白鲟、达氏鲟、中华鲟、史氏鲟和北美匙吻鲟的体细胞基因组大小(DNA含量)。结果表明,上述五种鲟鱼DNA含量分别为4.11、8.26、9.07、6.07和3.96Pg。长江白鲟和北美匙吻鲟均属于四倍体鱼类,分布在长江水系的中华鲟和达氏鲟两种鲟属鱼类为八倍体类型。史氏鲟初步判断为八倍体。据分析可能存在四倍体的类型。根据所得到的结果并结合已发表的DNA含量和染色体资料,分析了鲟形目鱼类在细胞遗传上的进化特点。鲟形目鱼类
