水动力学是流体力学的一个重要分支，有着悠久的研究与发展历史，形成了比较完整的学科体系．进入21世纪以来，资源开发、环境保护、国家安全已成为世界各国普遍关注的战略问题．我国的海防建设、海洋资源开发与海洋空间利用、海岸带综合规划和水环境保护、水资源开发与利用等为水动力学研究提出了新的迫切需求．本文阐述了水动力学研究的国家需求、国内外水动力学研究的现状和发展趋势，提出了近期有待研究的主要科学问题．

Estudio empírico del endeudamiento, coste de la deuda y rentabilidades de la industria de calzado de La Rioja. Comparación por tamaño y sector

[ES] El presente trabajo tiene por objeto el estudio del nivel de endeudamiento, el coste de la deuda y las rentabilidades de la industria del calzado de la Comunidad Autónoma de La Rioja por sectores y tamaños. De acuerdo con la Economía Industrial, que considera el sector de actividad como el principal determinante de los resultados de las organizaciones, se analiza si las variables estudiadas son distintas en función de su pertenencia al sector del calzado en comparación con el de la industria agroalimentaria, por ser éste el más importante de la economía de la región. Por otro lado, de acuerdo con la Teoría de los Recursos y Capacidades, que considera que son los factores internos los que explican las diferentes rentabilidades, estudiaremos un recurso interno como es el tamaño, viendo su influencia sobre las variables comentadas. Por último, los resultados del estudio conjunto de la pertenencia a un sector de actividad por tamaños homogéneos nos permiten afirmar que el coste de la deuda de las pequeñas empresas es significativamente distinto en función de dicho sector de pertenencia.

Pravastatin inhibits cell proliferation and increased MAT1A expression in hepatocarcinoma cells and in vivo models

Background: Statins may have therapeutic effects on hepatocarcinoma (HCC). This type of disorder is the most common malignant primary tumour in the liver. Our objective was to determine whether pravastatin had a therapeutic effect in vitro and in vivo models. Method: We design in vitro and in vivo model. In vitro we used PLC and determine cell proliferation. In vivo, we used and animal model to determined, PCNA and MAT1A expression and transaminases levels. Results: We found that pravastatin decreases cell proliferation in vitro (cell proliferation in pravastatin group was 82%, in sorafenib group 51% and in combined group 40%) and in vivo (in pravastatin group 80%, in sorafenib group 76.4% and in combined group 72.72%). The MAT1A levels, was significantly higher in Pravastatin group (D 62%, P 94%, S 71%, P + S 91%). The transaminases levels, decreased significantly in Pravastatin group (GOT and GPT levels D 619.5 U/L; 271 U/L) (P 117.5 U/L; 43.5 U/L) (S 147 U/L; 59 U/L) (P + S 142 U/L; 59 U/L). Conclusion: The combination of pravastatin + sorafenib were more effective than Sorafenib alone.

Los grupos de interés y la presión medioambiental

[ES] Uno de los motivos de mayor peso que inducen a las organizaciones a la implantación de sistemas de gestión medioambiental es la presión ejercida por los grupos de interés. La investigación aporta resultados sobre cuál es la influencia de los grupos de interés sobre la gestión medioambiental. Con este fin hemos analizado 142 centros de negocio españoles, poseedores de los certificados ISO 14000 y/o EMAS, estableciendo la relación de los grupos de interés y su influencia con el modo en que se realiza en dichas organizaciones la gestión medioambiental.

Fishery resources of the United States of America

The term “fishery resources” is used in this book with a broad application. It includes the populations of the fishes and other organisms useful to men, the environment that makes life possible for them, the industry that exploits and utilizes them, and our knowledge about them by which we can conserve their productivity. This book aims to survey the present status of all these aspects of those fishery resources that are used or are available for use by United States anglers and commercial fishermen.
