Mídia e desenvolvimento social no documentário transmídia

The genre documentary in itself characterized by citizen emancipation from the content discussed in his works. Termed as images of the people by Jean-Claude Bernardet (2003), the documentary is gaining traction in social development when added to citizen participation offered by transmedia storytelling. This study presents the results obtained from a literature search, the film analysis and experimentation supported in quasi-experimental methodology, results that support these conditions. Hopefully, from this discussion, consolidate the systematic development of transmedia documentary works in new media ecology and that maximizes the role of journalism by a traditionally audiovisual platform, now with other strands to the representation of the news.

Impacto da internet para os movimentos sociais e para a abordagem da mídia tradicional

Este artigo busca analisar os impactos que a internet trouxe para os movimentos sociais, tanto na sua organização, quanto na sua abordagem midiática, com o intuito de entender a forma de atuação das manifestações sociais no novo milênio. Com o advento da internet a grande mídia perde seu monopólio, tornando a comunicação mais democrática - apesar de ainda ser segregativa e baseada na renda. O estudo foi desenvolvido por meio da pesquisa exploratória, descritiva e analítica de cunho qualitativo e os exemplos e objetos de estudo discutidos são as manifestações que ocorreram nos últimos anos como o Occupy Wall Street (EUA) e as manifestações brasileiras ocorridas no mês de junho de 2013, mostrando sua abordagem pela mídia e o peso que a internet teve no desenrolar dos acontecimentos.

Marcas da sexualidade construidas na idade média que contribuiram para o aparecimento da homofobia

Esse trabalho objetiva o estudo da sexualidade na Idade Média, a fim de analisar as marcas construídas pela história que contribuíram para a formação dos pensamentos fortemente presentes na sociedade contemporânea relacionados à homofobia. A Idade Média foi um período de grandes mudanças na sociedade, onde houve a disseminação de pensamentos relacionados à sexualidade que prejudicaram a vida de muitas pessoas, inclusive dos homossexuais. Portanto, para a realização dessa pesquisa serão considerados os acontecimentos marcantes sobre a sexualidade nessa época. Desse modo, considerando as concepções construídas e passadas de geração em geração, presenciamos atualmente grande ocorrência de episódios de preconceito e violência contra homossexuais, justificadas com argumentos fundamentados em ideias de tempos remotos. Assim, por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, buscaremos compreender essas marcas deixadas pelo tempo utilizadas até hoje como instrumentos de preconceito e violência e geradoras de um fator contemporâneo, a homofobia

A influência da mídia na procura por exercícios físicos e suas possíveis consequências psicológicas

Modern society is characterized by the advance of technologies, the emergence and constant development of the technological field is responsible for a series of population adjustments, that being practically molded and daily transformed by media, which usually has the power of manipulating opinions and public approaches in every capacity and extensions of our lives, being a significantly and important tool, which most part of individuals in contemporary society can't work and live without, therefore most part of individuals depend on the use of many technological means, including social means, which have great relationship with the development and emergence of many psychological problems that completely impact on the social life of affected individuals, thus Physical Education is an area with the goal of verifying the level of influence that media reflects on the lifestyle choice to be followed and the relation of this influence with the presence and development of a series of psychological disorders that affect directly the health of those individuals. It has been gathered data about the subject according to scientific basis, more specifically, on Academic Google, Scielo and Pubmed, where it has been researched scientific articles that could contribute with the data and information to complete the text. The psychology of sports is an area of studies and knowledge that investigates and develops insight about these questions, making available scientifically tested and proven materials that supports the P.E. professional, that is connected in the practical field to visualize possible chained symptoms of these psychopathologies according to the development of these psychic disorders, that are usually common in current days, more precisely, disorders such as Anorexia, Vigorexia, self-dependence to physical exercise and selfcorporal dissapproval. Avaliação normativa das salas de vacinas na rede pública de Saúde do municipio de Marilia, Estado de São Paulo, Brasil 2008 -2009.

Objective: to evaluate the standardization of vaccination rooms in the Municipality of Marília, State of São Paulo, Brazil. Methods: descriptive and exploratory study, realized in 2008-2009; the instrument used was the Supervision in Vaccination Rooms, of the Ministry of Health; variables analyzed were general aspects of the vaccination room, technical procedures, cold chain, information system, post-vaccination adverse events, special immunobiologicals, epidemiological surveillance and health education; the score achieved classifies the room (90.0-100.0% = ideal; 76.0-89.0% = good; 50.0-75.0% = fair; <50.0% = insufficient); overall index for each point was calculated as the average score of all rooms. Results: technical procedures, information system, post-vaccination adverse events and special immunobiologicals were scored as ideal; cold chain, epidemiological surveillance and health education were scored as good; and to general aspects of the vaccination room, the evaluation was fair. Conclusion: general index for vaccination rooms in the municipality was considered ideal.

A (des)construção da imagem do sujeito professor na mídia: evidências da materialização de valores sociais

The main objective of this study focuses on investigate how the style of the Conhecimento Prático Língua Portuguesa magazine, from Escala publisher, reveals a materialization, in its wordings, of social values that surround our society regarding the teaching class. Besides, we thought about the construction of an other - teacher - by means of the I speech (the enunciator). Furthermore, we reflected on how happens the genre opinion article handling and whether there is, when aimed to the teaching class. All these questions were discussed under the perspective of Bakhtin's theory, focusing our analysis in the wording notions, dialogism, style and speech genres. Our analysis indicates a materialization of social values in syntactic issues and a hybridization of genres when the addressee is a teacher

Innovation in the field of Information Technology (IT) have made companies evaluate their processes and activity of its supply chain to conform to this new reality. In the supply chain management, one of the tools that revolutionized the activities was the use of management information systems such as ERP tool. This system allows greater integration of data from multiple areas of the enterprise and beyond, giving more activities to processes and activities. This work aims to analyze the results and impacts of the restructuring of an equipment leasing process in a Brazilian media company and verify that the gains and improvements that were targeted in the initial design of this restructuring have been achieved. Also the risks identified with this change will be studied, the reactions of those involved in this process and the performance of the chain as a whole. To carry out this work was carried out a single case study with data collection in the assessed company and literature related to supply chain and information systems

Suicídio de idosos e mídia: o que dizem as notícias?

Como a mídia aborda o suicídio de idosos? E o que as notícias sobre suicídio de idosos nos dizem? Estas foram as perguntas que guiaram esta reflexão, que se debruçou sobre matérias de suicídios de idosos publicadas na mídia nacional, entre abril de 2010 e abril de 2013. Observamos que a palavra “suicídio”, até pouco tempo atrás “aquela-que-não-deveria-ser-nomeada” na imprensa, aparece na maior parte das notícias, no título e nos textos, demonstrando que o suicídio, como problema de saúde pública, afasta-se do campo privado para ocupar e compor o espaço público. Constatamos que entre as principais situações de risco que levam os idosos a cometer um “gesto de comunicação” extremo estão os efeitos de uma política econômica recessiva e o prolongamento da vida sem dignidade, mediante o medo da dependência e do provável “trabalho” aos demais; situações que indicam serem essenciais o desenvolvimento e o fortalecimento das redes de suporte social.
