The information constitutes one of the most valuable strategic assets for the organization. However, the organizational environment in which it is inserted is very complex and heterogeneous, making emerging issues relevant to the Governance of information technology (IT) and Information Security. Academic Studies and market surveys indicate that the origin of most accidents with the information assets is the behavior of people organization itself rather than external attacks. Taking as a basis the promotion of a culture of safety among users and ensuring the protection of information in their properties of confidentiality, integrity and availability, organizations must establish its Information Security Policy (PSI). This policy is to formalise the guidelines in relation to the security of corporate information resources, in order to avoid that the asset vulnerabilities are exploited by threats and can bring negative consequences to the business. But, for the PSI being effective, it is required that the user have readiness to accept and follow the procedures and safety standards. In the light of this context, the present study aims to investigate what are the motivators extrinsic and intrinsic that affect the willingness of the user to be in accordance with the organization's security policies. The theoretical framework addresses issues related to IT Governance, Information Security, Theory of deterrence, Motivation and Behavior Pro-social. It was created a theoretical model based on the studies of Herath and Rao (2009) and D'Arcy, Hovav and Galletta (2009) that are based on General Deterrence Theory and propose the following influencing factors in compliance with the Policy: Severity of Punishment, Certainty of Detection, Peer Behaviour, Normative Beliefs, Perceived Effectiveness and Moral Commitment. The research used a quantitative approach, descriptive. The data were collected through a questionnaire with 18 variables with a Likert scale of five points representing the influencing factors proposed by the theory. The sample was composed of 391 students entering the courses from the Center for Applied Social Sciences of the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte. For the data analysis, were adopted the techniques of Exploratory Factor Analysis, Analysis of Cluster hierarchical and nonhierarchical, Logistic Regression and Multiple Linear Regression. As main results, it is noteworthy that the factor severity of punishment is what contributes the most to the theoretical model and also influences the division of the sample between users more predisposed and less prone. As practical implication, the research model applied allows organizations to provide users less prone and, with them, to carry out actions of awareness and training directed and write Security Policies more effective.

The abusive use of alcohol is closely related to dependence and to social and work damages. The main focus of this thesis is to create an instrument about alcohol abuse, in order to differentiate the degree of commitment of the symptomatology, considering its psychosocial factors of prediction. As specific goals: I) characterize the state of the art about assessment related to the abuse and dependence to alcohol; II) investigate and systematize aspects related to the predictive psychosocial factors for alcohol dependence; III) build an instrument for the assessment of alcohol abuse and protection and risk factors for the development of an alcohol dependence; and IV) verify validity evidence of the instrument built for the Brazilian population. In Study I, it was possible to observe the prevalence of articles related to the use of alcohol in a problematic way, without a classification dependence, it is lower than the one of articles that investigate the disease when it is already manifested, not to mention a few systematic studies about the theme of alcohol abuse in the scientific environment. In Study II, focus groups (FGs) were conducted, the analysis about the discourses of the focus groups were made through the ALCESTE software and it was possible to observe a response pattern that existed among the participants in different groups, with the generation of five classes. In Study III, we developed an instrument that contemplated aspects of the Alcohol Dependence Syndrome of the Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory-III, in addition to the characteristics defined in Study I and in Study II. The final version of the instrument had 59 items assessed through the likert scale of five points. In Study IV, the administration of the instrument was performed in an online format with university students ranging from 18 to 24 years old, residents in Brazilian metropolitan cities. The results evidenced that the internal consistency of the instrument is considered satisfactory (α = 0,882) and in what it refers to classes, the most significant data was the one related to financial loss and criteria for the diagnosis of alcohol abuse. It is important to consider the evaluative potential of risk and protective factors for the development of alcohol dependence of the instrument as a whole. Once the indicators of abuse and the profile of the abusers has been modified, the patient may have his/her treatment/intervention focused on the trouble and/or specific syndrome, thus having a clear and fast improvement.

Me gustaría comenzar por agradecer a mi director Josu Larrañaga Altuna no solo su asistencia, guía y soporte para completar esta tesis, sino también el profundo respeto mostrado a la hora de plantear su ejecución en simbiosis con mi paulatino desarrollo vital como artista. Estoy en deuda con mi tutor en Estados Unidos, Leo Costello, por la generosidad mostrada al acogerme durante dos años como investigadora invitada en el Departamento de Historia del Arte de Rice University en Houston, durante los cuales iluminó algunos de los temas que han sido fundamentales para establecer las raíces históricas de la presente investigación. El estímulo y la calurosa acogida ofrecidos por la académica Fabiola López- Duran, Geoff Winnngahan y Annick Dekiouk que hicieron de Houston mi casa, integrándome en ese mundo donde los tejidos artísticos profesionales y académicos se entrelazan ha sido invaluable, así como la beca otorgada por la comisión Fulbright de España y la aceptación en el International Studio and Curatorial Program de Nueva York (ISCP) quienes hicieron posible la aventura americana. Gracias a esta, descubrí como una revelación a Robert Overby, esencial para el rumbo que tomó posteriormente la investigación. José Luis Corazón Ardura y Elisabeth Cummins Muñoz me aportaron el despertar a la conciencia de palabra justa sin renunciar a la esencia poética. Espero que esta tesis refleje las inestimables aportaciones que recibí de cada uno de ellos. Por otra parte me gustaría agradecer a mis galeristas Kerry Inman y Pilar Serra su apoyo a la hora de compatibilizar la vida académica con la artística. A mi hija Mariana por ofrecerme la maravillosa experiencia de descubrir paulatinamente el mundo juntas a través del lenguaje y sus diferentes idiomas. El arte concreto, definido por Theo van Doesburg en su manifiesto Art concret de 1930, es un arte europeo, abstracto geométrico y universal, desconocido para el público en general, a pesar de tener un siglo de antigüedad. Sus obras se distinguen por ser ejecutadas mecánicamente a partir de bocetos, sólo con los elementos plásticos del arte (planos y colores), sin obtener ninguna referencia de la realidad u otro significado más que sí mismas. De igual modo, la finalidad de su contemplación, que requiere cierto esfuerzo de concentración, es inducir al espectador a un estado de consciencia, a través de una búsqueda interna. Por medio del estudio de uno de sus artistas, el pintor cubano Waldo Balart, afincado en Madrid, nos acercamos a dicho movimiento, repasando su trayectoria, su situación actual y la mentalidad global que comparten sus artistas. El objetivo de este trabajo es demostrar que Waldo Balart es un artista representativo de esta corriente, una conclusión que se ha evidenciado después de comprobar que las colecciones y museos más prestigiosos dedicados al arte concreto cuentan con su obra entre la privilegiada selección de artistas. Otro propósito es hacer visible que él es un artista que ha hecho una gran aportación a la historia del arte, algo que ha sido resuelto con el examen del extenso trabajo artístico y teórico con el que ha contribuido, producto de toda una vida de dedicación. Igualmente se ha revelado que por medio de su amistad ha influido en el trabajo de artistas tan importantes como Andy Warhol. Además, la finalidad de la investigación es probar que Waldo, cuyo apellido completo es Díaz- Balart, despierta un inmenso interés por ser una figura notable socioculturalmente, hecho que conlleva el pertenecer a una familia destacada política y socialmente; primero en su país natal, Cuba y luego en el país donde se exilio, los EEUU. Por otro lado, Waldo ha vivido en diferentes partes del mundo - Cuba, Nueva York, Madrid, Paraguay, Brasil y Bélgica - absorbiendo cosas destacable de varias culturas, en momentos puntuales que concentran una enorme atención. De ellos se destaca la explosión cultural que vivió en Nueva York, durante el reinado del expresionismo abstracto, el pop art y el minimalismo. Asimismo, en cada cultura ha convivido con personalidades tan relevantes como su excuñado Fidel Castro e incluso, fuera del plano artístico, él mismo desempeñó un valor social preponderante. Todas las circunstancias que rodean su atractiva personalidad, de alguna manera han sido absorbidas y proyectadas en su labor artística, en la que utiliza el color como herramienta expresiva. Con pretensión de evitar su dispersión y consiguiente perdida, así como de colaborar en el registro de la historia del arte contemporáneo, este ensayo reúne la mayor parte del material sobre un valioso artista, que hasta ahora está poco estudiado...

El carácter innovador y feminista del mediometraje Margarita y el lobo (1969) supuso la censura total de la película y el ostracismo hacia su directora, la entonces estudiante de la EOC, Cecilia Bartolomé. En este artículo repasamos sus anteriores cortometrajes para desgranar los primeros matices de protesta así como la utilización de la expresión musical como vehículo del discurso feminista en Margarita y el lobo. A través de los planteamientos de la musicóloga Susan McClary que abordan sexualidad, género y feminismo concluimos con una visión del análisis de género en las obras musicales, al vincular sus es­tudios al film de Bartolomé. Del mismo modo, analizamos la función que cumple la música en el medio­metraje. Para ello, examinamos el repertorio de canciones presente en Margarita y el lobo para terminar reconociendo la función discursiva y referencial como piezas claves en la película de la directora.

Tony Soprano(The Sopranos, David Chase, HBO: 1999-2007) desperately grasps the wreckage of that ideal imageof effort and self-improvement which is not only disappearing but was actually never coherent or real.This article does a comparative textual, sociological, and discursive analysis these two characters as arepresentation of the evolution of the discourse of capitalism in the second half of the 20th century, that is,the artificiality of the hegemonic discourse of “pursuit of happiness” as the main myth in post-war NorthAmerican neoliberalism.

The purpose of this article has been made through a Marxist analysis of the US film "Captain Phillips" (PaulGreengrass, 2013), based on a true story. I have found how the evolution of capitalism in the West continuesto consolidate the belief reified in a historical and geographical superiority of the political and socioeconomicwestern models regarding Africa and Asia lowers models. At the same time, through categories like dialecticalmaterialism, criticism of diffusionist theory and application of cognitive mapping to large geopoliticalspaces located in most poor areas of the world, I have realized a remark about currently being articulatingthe political unconscious of working class in rich countries and the poor in poor countries, establishing arelationship between the ideological representation that takes an individual from his historical reality (ona scale that moves from local to global), and how he has developed a mental ability to escape of the responsibilityto make a critical review of what's happening around him in all areas. Finally, through physicalspace captured in the film, I have realized a materialist critique of globalized business process that takesplace through the carriage of goods, outlining spatial and cognitively limits of the mentality of our time, bothamong "winners"as among the "losers", based on the spatial movement of capital.

Production processes and work organization in the cultural industries have been little discussed. For this reason, the study focuses on the production phases and the division of labor in technical and artistic branches in Argentine soap operas. There are six branches: production, direction, photography, art, sound and edition. We explain the branches, the workers involved and their function and activities. This research is based on a communicational perspective, the Political Economy of Communication and recovers contributions of the Sociology of Labour. From this combination, we attempt to provide elements of analysis to understand the functioning and organisation of daily television series. In the same way, we examine the creative work, the types of work redundant or random, the division of labour and the economies of time. The methodological approach is qualitative. In this way, the examination is based on the production of interviews with key actors of the sector and the documentary and bibliographical survey so as to systematize the data for the research.

The growing interest in quantifying the cultural and creative industries, visualize the economic contribution of activities related to culture demands first of all the construction of internationally comparable analysis frameworks. Currently there are three major bodies which address this issue and whose comparative study is the focus of this article: the UNESCO Framework for Cultural Statistics (FCS-2009), the European Framework for Cultural Statistics (ESSnet-Culture 2012) and the methodological resource of the “Convenio Andrés Bello” group for working with the Satellite Accounts on Culture in Ibero-America (CAB-2015). Cultural sector measurements provide the information necessary for correct planning of cultural policies which in turn leads to sustaining industries and promoting cultural diversity. The text identifies the existing differences in the three models and three levels of analysis, the sectors, the cultural activities and the criteria that each one uses in order to determine the distribution of the activities by sector. The end result leaves the impossibility of comparing cultural statistics of countries that implement different frameworks.

This article presents a methodological proposition to map the diversity of the audiovisual industry in the digital scenario by portraying the most important interactions between those who create, produce, distribute and disseminate audiovisual productions on line, paying special attention to powerful intermediaries and to small and medium independent agents. Taking as a point of departure a flexible understanding of social network analysis, the aim is to understand the structure of the audiovisual industry on the internet so that, taking into consideration a given sector, agents, their relations and the networks they give place to – as well as the structural conditions under which they operate – are studied. The aim is to answer questions such as: what is mapping, what is of interesting to map, how can it be done and what advantages and disadvantages the results will present.

Innovation is a fundamental part of social work. In recent years there has been a shift in the innovation paradigm, making it easier to accept this relationship. National and supranational policies aimed at promoting innovation appear to be specifically guided by this idea. To be able to affirm this hypothesis, it is necessary to review the perception that social workers have of their duties. It is also useful to examine particular cases that show how such social innovation arises.

This article intends to study the evolution of the European Union foreign policy in the Southern Caucasus and Central Area throughout the Post-Cold War era. The aim is to analyze Brussels’ fundamental interests and limitations in the area, the strategies it has implemented in the last few years, and the extent to which the EU has been able to undermine the regional hegemons’ traditional supremacy. As will be highlighted, the Community’s chronic weaknesses, the local determination to preserve sovereignty and an increasing international geopolitical competition undermine any European aspiration to become a pre-eminent actor at the heart of the Eurasian continent in the near future.
