Soccer is the most popular sport in Brazil and one of the most popular in the world. Within this context, the practice of university soccer has increased the number of practitioners. A methodology widely used in the training of high performance teams are games reduced field ( JCR). The objective of this study was to evaluate the intensity of physical effort of football players during a small side game, 4x4, check the correlation between [La], HR PSE and the players and the floater influence on the intensity of the small side game. We analyzed eight players of UNESP in Bauru mean age 21.2+1.5 years, weight 75.8+11.6 kg, height 1.77±8cm, body fat percentage 12.3+5.5%, VO2max 37.1 ml/kg/min. The training was performed in 4 x 6 min with an interval of between one minute for recovery. The [La] and PSE were collected between the second and third time and after the end of training, the HR was measured every five seconds throughout the training through the RS400 heart rate monitor. A training session player floater participation (4x4+1) and the other not (4x4). The results presented showed no correlation with the HR [La] and PSE. HR significantly different, being 157+10 in the game 4x4+1 and 146+13 in the game 4x4. The percentage of HRmax in the game with floater was 81.3% and 75.7% in the game without. The players were most of the time in a higher intensity in the JCR with a floater, 37.8% of playing time over 85% HRmax, and 22.5% of playing time over 85% of HRmax in the JCR without floater, demonstrating that the use of a floater player made the game more intense and efficient to increase the intensity of the game

Futsal is one of the most popular sports in Brazil, played on five continents, in hundreds of countries, but is still a poorly studied sports science. Among the types of training used in the preparation of soccer players, the collective training is one of the most used because it is a simulation game. The application of the training load is often made in large quantities (volume) with exercise duration and intensity greater than what the athlete can handle. Thus, this study aimed to evaluate the intensity of physical exertion of futsal players of basic category during collective training. We evaluated twenty (N=20) soccer players from two teams with different levels of training. There were ten players on a team federated (FED) and ten players on a team for a project extension (EXT). Samples were collected at the respective locations of training. An evaluation of anthropometric and during collective training heart rate was measured and at the end of each training time blood samples were collected for analysis of blood lactate concentration and perceived exertion of the players. There was significant difference between the two teams only in fat percentage (FED=13,4 e EXT=21,2). The average heart rate during training was 174 ± 12.2 bpm, which corresponds to 84% HRmax. There was significant difference between heart rate and the percentage of HRmax in the two parts of training in both teams. The Federated team players remained most of the time in more intense intensity zone (above 85% HRmax), while the EXT players were most of the time zone of moderate intensity (65-85% HRmax). The rating of perceived exertion (FED=3,5 e EXT=3,2) and blood lactate concentration (FED=2.4 mmol/L and EXT=2.9 mmol/L) showed no significant difference between the two teams and between the two times. Introdução: O Kung Fu é um sistema de luta desenvolvida na China por meio de observações dos movimentos dos animais, e principalmente da necessidade dos monges praticarem alguma atividade física. Poucos estudos têm verificado os benefícios do Kung Fu não só como uma arte marcial, mas também como uma opção de exercício físico para quem busca uma boa qualidade de vida e melhora na aptidão cardiovascular através da filosofia de buscar a cada dia o extremo, a perfeição e o equilíbrio. Objetivo: Verificar a influência do treinamento de 12 semanas de Kung Fu estilo garra de águia em praticantes iniciantes adultos na capacidade cardiorrespiratória. Metodologia: Participaram do presente estudo 21 estudantes com idade entre 18 e 25 anos, divididos em grupo controle (n=10) e grupo treinamento (n=11). O grupo treinamento foi submetido a 12 semanas de treino e o grupo controle constituído por participantes que não praticavam atividade física de forma regular e que mantiveram sua rotina de vida normal. O protocolo de esteira rolante do teste de VO2 máximo foi utilizado antes e após 12 semanas. As aulas ocorreram duas vezes por semana na UNESP e tiveram duração de uma hora e meia cada aula, sendo dividida em quatro partes: aquecimento, condicionamento físico, alongamento e técnica. Para análise estatística, os dados foram separados de acordo com grupo e gênero. Devido à natureza paramétrica dos dados, foi realizada análise anova fatorial e adotado um p≤0,05. Todas as análises foram realizadas no programa estatístico SPSS. Resultados: O grupo controle apresentou os seguintes valores de Vo2pico: Masculino (n=6) - pré 38,8±8,0mL.kg−1.min−1 e pós 38,5±7,6mL.kg−1.min−1; Feminino (n=4) - pré 37,5±4,2mL.kg−1.min−1 e pós 38,0±4,1mL.kg−1.min−1. The goal of this study was to assess the alterations in some anthropometric measures of sedentary subjects with spinal cord injury after a swimming interval training program with the use of a lifejacket. The study included 17 male spinal cord injured subjects, divided into two groups: 11 subjects in the training group (TG) and 6 in the control group (CG).The protocol employed a stroke of breaststroke, in work periods of moderate to severe, and stroke in the back stroke in periods of active recovery. An anthropometric evaluation was applied before the application of the training protocol and another (reevaluation) after 8 weeks. In the TG, the results obtained after the swimming program showed a significant change (p < 0.05) in the supra-iliac (SICF) and in the triciptal cutaneous folds (TCF), arm and waist circumference measures, from the first evaluation to the reevaluation. In the CG there were no significant changes observed in any of the variables studied. When comparing the two groups after the swimming training program, the average of the variable SICFT in the TG was significantly lower than the average for the CG. Generally speaking, the out comings showed the swimming protocol efficiency in promoting desirable anthropometric changes in spinal cord injured subjects while a reduction of fatty tissue in the arms and abdominal region and an increase of muscular tissue in the upper limbs of those subjects also occurred.

Objective and closed questions were applied to 15 - 21 years old individuals under regular resistance exercise practice and self-reported nutritional supplements users, approaching training practices, type of substance feed and socioeconomic characteristics. The data were treated by frequency around the mean value. Major difference was observed to the goal of improvement in physical fitness (Guaruja 21% and Bauru 9.6%), close to the muscle hypertrophic enhancements (Guaruja 22% and Bauru 19.2%), and health proposes (17.3%), which was only reported in the country city. The monthly employment with supplements was observed to be close to one hundred Real, in both regions (Guaruja 79% and Bauru 80%). Even, based on different purposes, the supplements feed practice was closed to the goals, showing a reliable referential of use, but done without appropriated professional care.

The frequent characterization about the Physical Education Degree is associated to technical-sport and training aspects and this is the reason of this study. The objective is to understand the motives to the basis of this situation. In this sense, a theoretical study was developed regarding the Physical Education Teaching Training in Brazil; at the same time, an empirical investigation was carried out with first-year students of the cited degree. The register tool to collect the students' understandings was an open question expressed as: "Why did you choose the course of Physical Education Degree?" which was answered in written form by the students. So as to make up an understanding of the data collected, the information was organized in two thematic categories; Category A: no identification with schooling; Category B: reasons in relation to the (lack) of professional vocation. Based on the students' answers, it was possible to comprehend that choosing the mentioned degree it is mostly set up by a lack of option, instead of a real professional identity and thoughtful processes of transformation in society.

You can set the resistance training such as making a move against a resistance by performing a muscle contraction and generating a muscular adaptation. This form of training, was initially used only in training athletes aiming to strengthen and improve fitness. Some coaches did not give proper focus, as the increase in muscle mass would cause loss of flexibility and agility. But over time a huge evolution occurred within this area and the practitioners of resistance training are no longer just athletes, and reached the whole community, from young to elderly, being a physical activity that generates a large caloric expenditure and has several health benefits, improve the cardiovascular system and decreasing the amount of body fat in the body. Cortisol is a hormone secreted from a stressful stimulus to the body, secretion undergoes control of the hypothalamic-pituitary axis, which releases the hormone into the bloodstream andrenocorticotrópico, going to the adrenal cortex responsible for their release. This has catabolic function, acting in the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and lipids, as well as having an important effect antiflamatório. Testosterone is a steroid hormone cholesterol from being produced by the testicles in men, as in women is produced to a lesser extent in ovary and adrenal glands, has functions androgenic and anabolic. Androgen function is responsible for the development of male sexual characteristics, while on anabolic function operates in the growth of muscles and bones, influencing the development of the human body organs. Within the metabolic changes that occur in the resistance training testosterone plays an important role in protein synthesis, influencing the production of strength and / or power during exercise. This study aimed to accomplish a literature review on how the regular and targeted practice of bodybuilding interferes into different groups, among which stands out: obese, diabetics, hypertensive, people with osteoporosis, and elderly, without placing the individuals' health at risk and carrying it to a physical well-being, mental and social, increased expectation and quality of life. This review aimed to demonstrate different training models result in physiological adaptations and can assist in maintaining and improving the quality of life of certain groups when done correctly and targeted way by a professional. Tradicionalmente a prescrição de exercícios físicos é baseada unicamente em relação à carga externa. Entretanto, as adaptações fisiológicas em função do treinamento físico dependem da carga interna. Assim, a carga interna deve ser levada em consideração para uma otimização da prescrição exercícios físicos, principalmente durante exercícios em grupos que normalmente são utilizados para a população idosa. Porém, o envelhecimento parece acarretar em deteriorações na capacidade de interocepção, colocando em questionamento a validade de um dos principais métodos de quantificação da carga interna, o método que utiliza a percepção subjetiva de esforço (PSE). Desse modo, o objetivo do presente estudo foi comparar os métodos de quantificação da carga interna que utilizam a frequência cardíaca (FC), considerado o padrão-ouro para o presente estudo, com o método que utiliza a PSE na população idosa. Quarenta idosos praticantes de ginástica aeróbia (A) ou musculação (M) foram avaliados durante uma sessão de exercícios físicos. A determinação da carga interna pela FC e pela PSE foram realizadas através dos métodos de Edwards e de Foster, respectivamente. Os valores de carga interna (expressos em unidades arbitrárias) calculados pelo método da FC e PSE foram 69,4 ± 40,0 e 151,5 ± 83,5 para o grupo M e 73,3 ± 37,1 e 134,7 ± 41,6 para o grupo A, respectivamente. O valor de carga interna para os dois grupos em conjunto foi de 71,3 ± 38,2 pelo método da FC e de 143,1 ± 65,7 pela PSE. A relação entre os métodos foi determinada usando-se o coeficiente de correlação de Pearson para todos os participantes em conjunto (T), assim como para os grupos M e A. As correlações encontradas foram de r = 0,33 (p < 0,05) para T, r = 0,37 (p = 0,11) para M e r = 0,32 (p = 0,17) para A. A moderada correlação obtida coloca em questão a utilização do método da PSE para a quantificação de carga interna...

Recent research seeking to elucidate the possible effects of different types of physical training on the morphological adaptations of skeletal muscle. Although it is relatively easy to study the effects of exercise training in humans, such research becomes limited due to the invasive nature of the biopsies and the risk inherent in the use of human subjects. Thus, the application of animal models of training has been considered an appropriate strategy for the study of muscular adaptations in response to exercise. Objective: This study used a rodent model to determine the possible effects of aerobic and strength training on the CSA of fibers of the plantaris muscle. Methods: 24 male Wistar rats (80 to 120 days, 250 to 400 g) were randomly divided into 3 groups: aerobic training (TA, n = 8), strength training (ST, n = 8) and control (CO, n = 8). The animals in groups TA and TF were subjected to 8 weeks of training, while the animals of group C remained without any stimulus from start to finish the training period. At the end of the experiment, the animals were sacrificed and right plantar muscles dissected and removed. For morphological and morphometric analysis of muscle fibers was performed staining was performed H.E. Results: There was no significant difference in initial body weight between experimental groups. After 8 weeks of training, the TA group showed a significant reduction in final body weight, compared to CO and TF groups. With respect to the CSA of fibers of the plantaris muscle, no significant difference between the groups CO and TA. On the other hand, the strength training promoted a significant increase in AST of the group TF in compared with the groups CO and TA. Conclusion: Strength training used in this study promoted an increase in CSA of fibers of the plantaris muscle. On the other hand, animals submitted to aerobic training showed no changes in the CSA of the fibers, however, there was reduction in PC animals. The data strongly suggest the use of animal model of strength training used in this study as an appropriate strategy for studying the hypertrophic response of skeletal muscle.

El tema de esta tesis son las elecciones que realizan los docentes de Educación Física de nivel secundario frente a la oferta de capacitación. Las preguntas que orientan esta tesis son: ¿Qué factores inciden en la elección de la oferta de capacitación que realizan los docentes? ¿Qué lugar ocupan estas elecciones de los docentes en el diseño de las políticas de capacitación? Para responder a estas preguntas se retoman las investigaciones que aportan datos y perspectivas sobre el peso de la normativa y el trabajo docente, y sobre la institucionalización de distintas modalidades de capacitación. Se aborda la elección de la capacitación desde la perspectiva de los actores, considerando la incidencia de sus contextos y la interacción con las culturas escolares en la que conviven y crean y desde la cual eligen opciones de capacitación. Para esto considero la perspectiva del saber docente y su desarrollo profesional en interacción con los aportes sobre la relación de los sujetos con el saber, reconociendo la implicancia de los sistemas de sentido que se construyen desde las características y la situación de quien elige. ;La estrategia metodológica se centra en entrevistas a docentes de Educación Física, se complementa con entrevistas a responsables de la gestión de acciones de capacitación en el distrito de La Plata, y con el análisis de los documentos que regulan la capacitación en la provincia de Buenos Aires
