Principais modificações na pós-graduação no Brasil e suas implicações na qualidade de vida dos professores universitários

This work aimed to point out the major changes in post-graduation and their implications on professor's well-being. For this proposal, exploratory research was carried out using books and periodicals, indexed in SciELO and Web of Science. We tried to emphasize research published in the last decade. The subject is difficult to bound, as the definition of quality of life itself depends on geographical and cultural aspects. Thus, the main aspects that surround this controversial issue were selected, with no claim to exhaust it. It is pretty clean that university managers believe that the university must meet the productivist requirements. Therefore, university and undergraduate, which in the recent past were spaces of thinking, became a series production space. In this scenario it is not enough pure research and long-term, but the rapid and direct research. Also, some studies already show the relationship between the work of public universities and health issues. It is believed that the deleterious relationship between the productivist pressure and the teacher's quality of life will be quite evident in a near future

A universidade no contexto internacional: o relações públicas como mediador intercultural no projeto Brasil de Todo Mundo

The following dissertation aims to propose an institutional and intercultural projecy of reception and integration of foreign students from academic mobility programs for the campus unit of Bauru. Such action is necessary because of the absence of a reception program of these students, the reception and integration into the social and cultural reality of the place in which they live is a fundamental part of international experience. As an example for this institutional proposal, we discuss the extension of project experience Brasil de Todo Mundo, which aims to deepen the reflections on the Brazilian cultural universe for foreign students who are in Brazil over a period, while taking academic mobility in the Universidade Estadual Paulista, Bauru campus. Student leadership project, Brasil de Todo Mundo emerged from the international experience in mobility programs offered by UNESP, from students of campus Bauru, when in the back of their experiences, they realized that they could continue being tourists your own country with the reception of foreign students. In addition, the identification of expectations in social and intercultural skills, in addition to reasons connected with the increase academic and language skills are a form of very strong approach, which helps in creating intercultural dialogue spaces between the students, the main objective of the project

Revista Rolling Stone Brasil: em busca do perfil ideal do leitor do site

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo buscar características que ajudem a definir quem é o público leitor do site da Rolling Stone Brasil, levantando a questão da migração de revistas que surgiram antes da internet para o ciberespaço. Para isso, com base em revisão bibliográfica, retornamos na história para resgatar as origens da versão impressa da publicação e das origens do próprio jornalismo de revista. Com base em uma pesquisa sobre o que se chamou de Perfis Digigraficos e com realização de entrevistas com os editores do site e da revista Rolling Stone Brasil, concluímos que este perfil, aqui chamado de ideal, não está relacionado com idade, gênero e gosto musical

Análise da produção acadêmica sobre o esporte educacional no Brasil: contribuições para a educação física escolar

Este trabalho objetivou investigar a produção acadêmica sobre o esporte educacional no contexto brasileiro nas principais revistas cientificas da área da educação física, buscando analisar as principais contribuições sobre este campo de pesquisa para o contexto pedagógico da educação física escolar. Para isso foram analisadas as revistas cientificas indexadas na base de dados da CAPES entre os extratos A2 a B2 na área de Educação Física, buscando avaliar quantitativamente o número de trabalhos publicados nos últimos onze anos (2003 á 2014). Além disso, os trabalhos encontrados passaram por uma analise qualitativa, buscando estabelecer categorias temáticas que possam trazer à tona um quadro do delineamento do estado da arte desse campo de investigação no Brasil, na ultima década. Diante disso, o estudo procurou contribuir para um maior entendimento da atual perspectiva relacionada a produção cientifica sobre esporte educacional no Brasil, onde foram encontrados 15 artigos, o que nos permitiu delinear um quadro da educação física escolar atualmente, fazendo alguns apontamentos em relação a direções futuras neste campo de pesquisa. Ainda são necessários muitos estudos para dar subsídios para os professores, porém este é mais um passo pequeno em direção a um futuro com mais possibilidades e reconhecimentos na área

Imagem corporal e ginastas: pesquisas e publicações no Brasil. -

The present study emerged from discussions of the Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas Pedagógicos em Ginástica (GEPPEGIN), from UNESP/RC, and had the intention to understand and analyze the existence and discussions on Body Image and Gymnasts in researches and publications over the last decade (2003-2013) in Brazil. Body image refers to the mental representation of the body, structured according to the world. It is known that cultural and social pressures have been imposing an ideal body model and generating consequences as body dissatisfaction. Therefore, this study aims discuss the body image of Artistic and Rhythmic gymnastics' athletes. The choice of these modalities is justified by the fact that they are directly related to body image, especially the issue of the necessity of low body weight, beyond the relationship of complex movements and the need of good body awareness (BERRY; HOWE, 2000; KERR et al., 2006). For the development of this qualitative research, a documentary survey were conducted over the last decade (2003-2013) on Body Image and Gymnasts, focusing on researches of strictosensu postgraduate programs, recognized by CAPES, and scientific papers published in journals indexed in Brazil and classified in Physical Education Qualis. For categorization of information related to the theme, was used the organization by the units of analysis proposed by Laville and Dionne (1999). Based on the studies analyzed, perceive a dissatisfaction with body image to most participants from all studies, being athlete or nonathlete. The organization and dynamics of the energetic-sugarcane sector in Brazil have suffered the impacts of the “deregulation” process that took place in the 1990s, since when it is no longer monitored by the State. In this scenario, the agribusiness enterprises, in order to survive, act over production, marketing and management of their activities, among others areas, demanding financial investments. The credit lines offered by BNDES (National Bank for Economic and Social Development) are one of the factors that enable the implementation of these actions. In this context, the aim of this study is to assess the connections between BNDES's outlays for the sugarcane sector in Brazil from 2001 to 2008, and the activities of this sector, according to the federation unity and the region in the country. The work is based on: i) literature review and ii) secondary selected data collection aimed at the composition of data series. The organization and analysis of data indicates that the largest amount of money is destined to the south-central region, specifically the state of São Paulo. This is the only state that receives almost all types of financings, an equivalent to 68% of the receptions in the period. The concentration of BNDES's outlays in the south-central region may be linked to the dominance of the sector in this region, either in terms of harvested area, amount of production, employment contracts or number of enterprises.

A pesquisa em televisão digital no Brasil: apontamento sobre o levantamento bibliográfico realizado de 1995-2008 sobre o assunto

In Brazil, the discussion about thereplacement of analog television signals to digitaland its impact on society, in media companies andgovernment began in the 90s. Embryonic steps towardsdigitalisation of the television signal ground were thegovernment of Fernando Collor de Mello (1990-1992),with advances during the government of FernandoHenrique Cardoso (1994-2001) and in the governmentof Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (2002). The academy startsthe discussion in 1996. This article aims to bring to lightthe results obtained from the survey Digital television:a historical perspective , which received the supportof CNPq for funding of two scholarships for scientifi cinitiation between August 2008 and July 2009. Theproject sought to identify what has been published onthe subject in the fi eld of Social Sciences and from threemacrodescritores (information management, publicpolicy and value chain), providing the li ing of a virtualcollection Zotero bibliographic innovative platform.The mapping serves to show the growing interest anddevelopment of research in the country during theperiod - when the number jumped to three works inthe fi rst seven years (1995-2001) to 198 in the last sevenyears (2002-2008). The research sought to identify themajor authors and works related to digital televisionand published in the country. The survey took intoaccount books, articles published in books, journals,Annals of Compós and Intercom, and dissertations andtheses. Data and refl ections on the survey are containedin this communication.

El conflictivo nacimiento de la Universid de São Paulo en la década de 1930

The creation of the University of São Paulo in the early 1930’s brought about arguments in the projects about its organization. The idea was to establish the Polytechnic School of São Paulo as the core of the future institution. However, the option adopted in 1934 allocated this position to the newly created Faculty of Philosophy, Science and Letters. This caused a strong reaction by both former professional schools that were incorporated into the university, above all the Polytechnic School. This article sets out to describe the conflicts between the Polytechnic School and the Faculty of Philosophy, Science and Letters during the tumultuous beginnings of the University of São Paulo.
