O trabalho desenvolvido com adolescentes, pensando na promoo de sua saúde, bem como em seu desenvolvimento saudvel por meio de espaos que atendam suas necessidades, tem sido de responsabilidade tambm de organizações sociais. Em especial, quando se tem o objetivo de prepar- los para o mundo do trabalho, porm com uma proposta mais ampla, ou seja, como uma preparao para suas relaes na vida, pela passagem de um processo de aprendizagem, de amadurecimento, por meio da construo de aes significativas para vida. Esta a proposta do Centro de Orientao ao Adolescente de Campinas COMEC , organizao no governamental, que conta com um Progr ama de Aprendizagem Profissional- PAP . Sendo assim, esse estudo tem como objetivo caracterizar, por meio de pronturios, uma amostra de 280 adolescentes, compreender a percepo deles no processo vivido e identificar as expectativas na admisso, demisso e desligamento do programa - PAP. A pesquisa teve como participantes adolescentes de 14 a 17 anos, do gnero feminino e masculino, do ensino fundamental e mdio (7 srie E.F at 3 srie E.M). Os formulrios foram preenchidos em trs momentos: primeiro quando o adolescente participava da seleo para ingressar no programa, segundo, quando ele iniciava o trabalho na empresa e no trmino do contrato do adolescente com o programa. Os resultados obtidos por meio dos pronturios dos adolescentes mostraram que a percepo que eles tm a respeito do programa positiva. Perceberam-se sentimentos de medo, insegurana, alegrias e desejos a respeito das atividades que os preparam para a insero no mercado formal de trabalho, e o quanto o acompanhamento pelo programa permite outro olhar para esta incluso. Ainda que o trabalho juvenil no seja a soluo para as necessidades econmicas de muitas famlias, o trabalho educativo tem sido visto como uma forma de permitir que o adolescente vivencie sua primeira experincia de trabalho, respeitando sua condio de pessoa em desenvolvimento. Porm, em alguns casos, acabam por contribuir de forma significativa no oramento familiar.(AU)

Nas dcadas de 60 e 70, os olhares de muitos estudiosos se voltaram para os aspectos positivos da vida. Diversos autores ofereceram sustentao para fortalecer uma nova perspectiva de campo cientfico, a Psicologia Positiva. Tendo como base terica o conhecimento de Psicologia Positiva e Psicologia da Saúde, pesquisas esto sendo desenvolvidas para investigar simultaneamente variveis oriundas destes domnios. Um dos temas colocado sob analise so as emoes, investigadas em diferentes contextos e no ambiente organizacional. Importante salientar a existncia de outras variveis no contexto organizacional que tm sido investigadas luz da Psicologia Positiva, tais como otimismo, percepes de suporte social no trabalho e percepes de suporte organizacional, algumas delas reunidas para compor modelos preditivos de bem-estar no trabalho (BET), construto multidimensional composto por dois vnculos afetivos positivos com o trabalho (satisfao no trabalho e envolvimento com o trabalho) e um com a organizao (comprometimento organizacional afetivo). O presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar a capacidade de predio do balano emocional (afetos positivos/negativos), do otimismo e de percepes de suporte (social no trabalho e organizacional) sobre as trs dimenses de BET. Participaram do estudo 110 agentes comunitrios de saúde (ACS), prestadores de servio de uma prefeitura municipal paulista, com idade mdia de 38,84 anos, sendo o grupo constitudo, em sua maioria, por mulheres e por pessoas casadas. Para a coleta de dados, foi aplicado um questionrio contendo sete escalas autoaplicveis que aferiram as variveis do estudo. A anlise dos dados, todos de natureza numrica, foi desenvolvida utilizando-se subprogramas do SPSS, verso 17.0 para Windows, para clculos de estatsticas descritivas (mdias, desvios padro e correlaes) e estatsticas multivariadas (anlises de regresso linear mltipla stepwise). Os resultados do estudo, no que concerne ao seu objetivo principal, que consistiu em submeter a anlise um modelo preditivo para BET, demonstraram que os nveis das trs dimenses de BET poderiam variar sob o impacto de trs preditores: percepo de suporte organizacional, afetos positivos e percepo de suporte instrumental. Como anlise geral dos trs modelos de regresso calculados, seria possvel afirmar que o estado geral de bem-estar dos ACS no contexto de trabalho pode ser fortalecido ou enfraquecido pela atuao de fatores cognitivos que se desenvolvem a partir de percepes da dinmica social presente no ambiente de trabalho (percepes de suporte social e organizacional) e de um fator de cunho estritamente pessoal contido na estrutura emocional do indivduo sob a forma de experincias afetivas e aqui referidas com afetos positivos.(AU)

As reformas propostas pelo modelo da Nova Gesto Pblica tiveram repercusses importantes ao nvel do setor da saúde, levando a que atualmente os prestadores de cuidados de saúde procurem aplicar a melhor prtica clnica a um custo socialmente aceitvel. A despesa do Estado com a Saúde cerca de um quinto do total da despesa pblica e, mais particularmente, a despesa com hospitais representa pouco menos de metade da despesa com saúde (pblica e privada). O elevado peso dos gastos em saúde conduziu a alteraes na gesto das unidades de saúde e a uma preocupao crescente com a gesto e tratamento contabilstico dos custos hospitalares. Nasce, assim, a necessidade de uma contabilidade virada para o interior da organizao, que fornea informao adequada e atempada, destacando-se neste mbito a Contabilidade de Custos. Torna-se pois importante que as organizações hospitalares ajustem a sua contabilidade s necessidades atuais, proporcionando uma sofisticada compreenso dos custos, e faam uso de modernas tcnicas de imputao e controlo desses mesmos custos. Face ao exposto, o principal objetivo do trabalho analisar a forma como so imputados os custos nos hospitais pertencentes ao Servio Nacional de Saúde (SNS) e se existe uniformizao nos critrios de imputao. Para tal, efetuamos uma investigao qualitativa atravs da realizao de um estudo exploratrio com recurso Base de Dados de Elementos Analticos (BDEA) do Ministrio da Saúde e dos relatrios divulgados pelo stio oficial do Ministrio da Saúde Portugus. Observamos que, regra geral, os hospitais portugueses pertencentes ao SNS esto a seguir os requisitos normativos previstos no Plano de Contabilidade Analtica dos Hospitais (PCAH).

In the contemporaneity, due to the implementation of the neoliberal project in which one verifies the withdrawal of the State in regard to the development of social policies, it is observed a new way of responding to the multifaceted expressions of the social issue, which is the emergence and expansion of a supposed "third sector" in society. Thus, the productive restructuring process has led to the deterioration of labor relations, as well as a super exploration of human labor power, also triggering structural unemployment. By being delineated in classist interests, the emergence of the "third sector" brings contradictory aspects to the society, one of these being the very concept of "third sector", more ideological than real. By seeking to answer the expressions of the social issue, demands the intervention of social workers in the institutions that "composes it". This way, arises the interest in researching what are the current conditions and labor relations of the social workers who work in the institutions of the "third sector" in Mossor-RN. Therefore, this study is constituted by a survey for the conclusion of a Master's degree in Social Service at the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte. Therefore, it was listed out as general objective to identify and analyze the conditions and labor relations of the social workers entered in the institutions of the "third sector" in Mossor-RN. And by specific objectives: to map the institutions that are part of the "third sector" in the city of Mossor, which have social workers on its professional staff, in order to profile the same; and, analyze the main challenges presented to the work of the social worker in these institutions. We used the bibliographic and documental research to enlighten the knowledge of the topic approached and the development of the field research, in which for the analysis of the data obtained, through field research, it was used the quantitative and qualitative approach. The search results confirmed that half of the institutions was identified as philanthropics, and most of them are funded by the federal government and that such organizations develop activities in several areas, particularly health and welfare. Concerning the conditions and labor relations, was highlighted the fact that half of the professionals insert themselves within the institutions by appointment; regarding the salary, 57.1% of employees receive between 3 and 4 minimum wages, which is considered relatively low. Was satisfactory the analysis related to the labor rights, because almost all offer a formal contract, which ensures, in great measure, the effectuation of such rights. Now with regard to the workload, 5 of 6 institutions implemented the Law N. 12.317/2010 ensuring 30 hours a week for social workers. However, it were cited many challenges relating the reality of the "third sector" to the conditions and labor relations, among them stands out: the delay of salary and non-salary adjustment; the realization of activities that do not relate to professionals, functions and duties; the development of many activities by a single professional. Two important data are the not incentive to a postgraduate and the charging of the fulfillment of the goals for the professional productivity. Here, it is worth to reflect that, although this study presents elements that provide to identify some aspects of labor relations and conditions of social workers in the "third sector" in Mossor- RN, as well as some challenges that permeate this space of professional insertion, is meant that there is much to be unveiled, and other studies can later do so in an attempt to a better understanding of the complexity of processes that permeate the "third sector"

Innovation has become an increasingly central issue of great reputation, not only in literature but also in management practices, becoming a strategic issue for managers of organizations. Allied to this, there is a high degree of competitiveness on the market, which contributes to the complexity of decision making, since managers need to maintain a continuous cycle of renewal processes and products. Thus, market pressures for new alternatives encourage innovation within organizations as a foundation for culture change in pursuit of survival and increased competitiveness, making it essential to know the factors that promote the advancement of organizational environments targeted innovation. Confirming this view, Bouchikhi and Kimberly (2001) symbolically expressed the idea with two statements: (1) companies need to innovate to survive, otherwise they die; and (2) the wide recognition of this need, as well as the difficulty to encourage and support innovation and entrepreneurship in business, has generated a mini-industry research and consulting in management focused on these topics. This study is characterized as descriptive with qualitative and quantitative methods. As for the planning of the research, it was decided to bibliographical research and the case study. The research, developed here, is meant to examine the organizational environment of a laboratory focused on technological innovation in health, which is a reference in research and technology of Rio Grande do Norte, and ensure that it presents opportunities to develop innovations. Therefore, the technologies developed by the Laboratrio de Inovao Tecnolgica em Saúde - LAIS/UFRN were mapped and then a questionnaire with the stakeholders of LAIS/UFRN was applied. This questionnaire is closed and Likert scale. As a result, it follows that the dimensions 1, 6, 7 and 8 are the most influential to form an innovative environment at LAIS.

Introduo: Na Ateno Primria Saúde, nos contextos internacional e nacional, o trabalho em equipe tem sido reconhecido como estratgia decisiva para a organizao de processos que visam integralidade do cuidado, alm de possibilitar melhorias na satisfao dos usurios com os servios de saúde. Neste sentido, o objetivo, deste estudo, analisar o trabalho em equipe na Ateno Primria Saúde. Mtodo: Trata-se de uma pesquisa em banco de dados secundrios. Realizou-se trs estudos: a) O trabalho em equipe na Ateno Primria Saúde, em Portugal, pesquisa avaliativa, de natureza qualitativa, tipo estudo de caso descritivo, que representou um recorte dos resultados derivados da pesquisa integrada ao projeto Implantao das Unidades de Saúde Familiar em Portugal, que teve como procedimentos entrevistas semiestruturadas, roteiro de coleta de informaes (check list) e anlise documental. Foi realizada a estratgia de triangulao dos dados com anlise de contedo; b) trabalho em equipe, acesso e qualidade na Ateno Primria Saúde, no Brasil, estudo transversal, de abordagem quantitativa, realizado a partir dos dados obtidos da Pesquisa de Avaliao Externa do Programa de Melhoria do Acesso e da Qualidade da Ateno Bsica, no Brasil, em 2013. Amostra composta de 17202 profissionais e 65391 usurios. Utilizou-se entrevista estruturada, com anlise estatstica realizada pelas frequncias absolutas e relativas das variveis atravs do programa Statistical Package for Social Sciences. c) satisfao dos usurios com o trabalho em equipe na Ateno Primria Saúde, no Brasil, estudo transversal, de abordagem quantitativa, realizado a partir dos dados obtidos da Pesquisa de Avaliao Externa do Programa de Melhoria do Acesso e da Qualidade da Ateno Bsica, no Brasil, em 2013. Amostra composta de 65391 usurios. Realizou-se anlise estatstica das frequncias absolutas e relativas das variveis atravs do programa Statistical Package for Social Sciences. Utilizou-se, ainda, o Teste X2 , com nvel de significncia de 5%; anlise de regresso logstica mltipla. O modelo final foi ajustado pelo teste de Hosmer/Lemeshow, o qual indicou um ajuste de 66%. Resultados: Sobre o trabalho em equipe na Ateno Primria Saúde, em Portugal, destacou-se a formao das equipes de forma voluntria, por meio de afinidades pessoais, a existncia de carteira bsica de servios, juntamente com x intervenes de vigilncia, promoo da saúde e preveno de doena, cuidados em situao de doena aguda, acompanhamento clnico de doena crnica e de patologia mltipla, cuidados domiciliares, interligao e colaborao em rede com outros servios (cuidados hospitalares), sistemas informatizados nas unidades de saúde. Os dados revelaram dificuldades quanto ao atendimento domiciliar. No Brasil, foi destaque o processo de trabalho, com avanos relacionados a realizao de planejamento e programao das aes e o apoio da gesto. Existncia de territrio definido e de pronturios familiares. destaque a agenda compartilhada e pactuada entre os profissionais. As equipes realizam acolhimento e reunies, cujos temas, discutidos, giram em torno do processo de trabalho e planejamento. Os desafios, enfrentados, esto relacionados ao agendamento dos usurios; ao nmero de pessoas sob a responsabilidade das equipes; existncia de populao descoberta nas reas adscritas Unidade de Saúde; incipincia na ao intersetorial e ao pouco envolvimento da comunidade pelas equipes. Quanto aos fatores associados satisfao do usurio foi marcante: a faixa etria; a escolaridade; a raa; se a falta de material prejudica o atendimento e se a equipe consegue marcar consulta para outros profissionais. Concluses: Constatou-se o trabalho em equipe como elemento central no processo de mudana na Ateno Primria Saúde, tanto no contexto de Portugal quanto no do Brasil, o qual ampliou o acesso e a qualidade na oferta de servios de saúde e obteve, ainda, o reconhecimento social, mesmo que, em ambas as realidades, no tenha avanado na coordenao do cuidado e no estmulo participao social. Os fatores, associados com a satisfao do usurio, esto relacionados diretamente ao cuidado prestado e refletem a expectativa, por parte do usurio, de resoluo concreta de suas necessidades.

The integrated management of municipal solid waste in Brazil is held legally responsible by the city council administration. This is done since the year 2010 with the publication of the National Solid Waste Policy term. According to the policy and law, each city must encourage the implementation of selective collection and the participation of waste pickers entities aiming social inclusion. However, these actions havent yet reached its legal aims. These workers are considered regarding collection actions but are stripped of certain basic labor rights not in conformation with the Decent Work concept. This type of work, according to International Labour Organization, must be seen as work that is properly paid for and must be done regarding conditions of freedom, equity, security and able to provide workers with a dignified life conditions. Thus, this work aims to investigate the implementation process regarding the Solid Waste National Policy in Natal-Rio Grande do Norte in Brazil. This is done considering socio-productive insertion of recyclable material collectors. The research is substantiated by a qualitative approach as well as documental and bibliographical research. A field research considering the cooperatives as well in locco" observation and semi-structured interviews were carried out between the time span of 2013 and 2014. In order to investigate decent daily working conditions the research emphasized municipal management actions in Natal towards social inclusion that aim to reflect on the progress and difficulties experimented. It is seen that even when these cooperatives receive government support there are still important struggles that need to be overcome. The workers tasks are risky, the work environment in not safe or is adequate in terms of health issues. There is the stigma of it being considered an occupational task, the low individual income distancing the activity regarding parameters of the Green Employment and Decent Work concept. On the other hand, the survey showed potential as the relentless pursuit on behalf of the cooperatives that still search better work condition improvement.

The changes ocurred in the world of capitalist labor, especially from the last decades of the 20th century, accentuated the process of manipulation and domination of the working class, materialized mainly through naturalization and / or trivialization of violence, conducted in the work environment. From this process, emerge the elements of bullying, that is, the embarrassing and humiliating practices which extend through time, degrading human race, and becoming fruitful object for study, debate and the intervention of the professionals of the Social Service area. Thus, we assume the perspective of analyzing the concepts and the work of social workers, whom work at people management area before the bullying in the workplace. We propose the following objectives: apprehend the settings of bullying, in the contemporary context of competitiveness and flexibility of work, as well as its implications for workers' health; characterize the background of this expression of violence at work in the municipality of Natal- RN; and analyze the powers and duties of the social worker in the process of prevention, identification and addressing of bullying in the context of work. This study consisted of a qualitative approach, based on the dialectical-critical method as soon as we adopt methodological procedures such as: theoretical knowledge, documental and field research, and performed using semi-structured interviews. The subjects of this research were nine (09) the Social Service professionals working in personnel management area, in five (5) institutions with legal and branches of different activities, located in Natal-RN. Even interviewed one (01) representative of the Public Ministry of Rio Grande do Norte Office (MPT-RN). The findings of this analysis indicate that bullying is a contemporary expression of "social question", which is presented as a demand for the Social-assistants covered up and / or camuflage under the guise of problems related to workers' health or mere conflicts of interpersonal relationships, that is, without any causal connection with the organization of work. The fear of losing job, not to be inserted in the labor market, and / or suffering reprisals, deepens the subject levels of the victims of bullying. Hence the importance of Social Workers are capable to understand the social reality, by preventing and combating the elements of bullying.

Unfavorable working conditions constitute one of the factors that may contribute to cause psychic suffering and behavioral disorders in workers. This research aimed to characterize the working conditions public servant technical- administrative , specifically the auxiliaries and assistants in administration of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte UFRN, Natal, Brasil, as well to identify the incidence of psychic suffering in this group of public servants. As a strategy, we chose a case study of multi-method type, descriptive with quantitative and qualitative sequential steps. For this, it initially performed desk research by surveying epidemiological data for these public servants working in central campus, to identify the major diseases presented in the period from January 2011 to June 2014. Then, we proceeded to diagnostic step of the aspects related to work, by applying online and in loco of Working Conditions Survey (already validated by Borges et al., 2013a) in 11 sectors selected according to the following criteria: high number of workers public servants and major and minor percentage of absences for health care for ICD-F (according to records of Sector of Workers Health Care - DAS). In the treatment of the data the spreadsheet editor software Microsoft Office Excel and statistical SPSS Statistical Package for Social Sciences were used and made qualifying type of content analysis of open questions. Applied to this study 174 public servants and the results show a predominance of absenteeism due to mental or behavioral disorders (ICD F), musculoskeletal diseases (ICD M) and respiratory system (ICD J). Among the factors that were significant are the working hours (contractual and legal); Physical Effort (M = 2.59) and workspace (M = 2.58) - physical and material conditions; encouraging collaboration (M = 3.5) - processes and characteristics of the work; and participation (M = 1.78) - social-management environment. Therefore, it infers the existence of a relationship between these factors and some of the reasons for absenteeism reported by participants. It is suggested the expansion of this research with studies involving other professionals (including scholarship workers and contractors) and specific sectors.

The Psychology University Services is stablished normatively as an indispensable equipment to the recognition of the graduation courses of psychologists by the Brazilian Education Ministery. The Public Healthcare Policies (Universal Health System/SUS) constitutes itself as a input field of the professional category, but shows huge challenges in the formation of these professionals. The objective of this work is to analyse the functioning of the Psychology University Services (SEP) and the Superior Educational Institutions from Natal, understood as important formation devices to attend the actual demands of the psychologist's work on SUS. For this, it sought a) characterize the psychological practices developed in the SEP; b) relate the National Curricular Lines of Direction of the psychology courses to the skills and competences developed in the SEP to the performance on the public healthcare policies; c) mapping ways of including the SEP in the network designed by the healthcare policy. Interviews were performed with 13 academic supervisors, 8 field supervisors and technicians of superior level (TNC), along with 9 managers, being for of the Psychology University Services and 5 of the graduation programs. Questionnaires were also applied to 57 interns and 24 graduates. Besides that, two conversation circles were performed with the faculty and technician members from two of the Educational Institutions that were participating of the research, as well as a workshop with students and psychologists, promoted by the CRP 17. We observed that most part of the faculty members and managers know the DCN and comprehend that the formation is in process of change in what concerns to the extension of the formation to the performance of the psychologists in various contexts. However, most part of the TNC don't know about them. Moreover, the results point to the predominance of the assisting model based on the traditional clinic psychology, although the articulation with the public healthcare and social assistance networks can already be timidly visualized. Different modalities of practices in theses Psychology University Services were also detected, such as conversation groups, thematic workshops, organizational consultancies, team meetings with the interns and TNS in a daily basis, matriciament in mental health, therapeutic monitoring, among others. Yet, the SEP in Rio Grande do Norte are still isolated from the other courses that perform in the healthcare area and also from the services that compose the public healthcare and public policies.

Em Portugal, cerca de duas centenas de organizações esto empenhadas a criar e implementar Planos para a igualdade de homens e mulheres. Entre elas esto empresas pblicas e privadas, autarquias, associaes empresariais, organizações do setor tercirio, associaes de desenvolvimento, universidades, ministrios e outros departamentos governativos. A pesquisa que aqui se expe inscreveu-se num projeto mais amplo de diagnstico em realizao na Cmara Municipal da Lous, que se encontra a promover um Plano Municipal para a Igualdade. Nesse mbito mostrou-se necessrio fazer um diagnstico interno organizao com uma perspetiva de gnero, quer em termos de desigualdades de gnero na composio e situao dos seus efetivos quer de forma a conhecer as representaes das pessoas que trabalham na autarquia, em torno do fenmeno da (des)igualdade de mulheres e homens. Para a sua realizao foi feita anlise estatstica a dados fornecidos pela organizao, e aplicou-se um inqurito por questionrio ao pessoal ao servio da autarquia. Concluiu-se que estamos na presena do fenmeno da desigualdade em funo do sexo na estrutura da organizao traduzida pela segregao ocupacional e segregao vertical, sendo os homens que apresentam os maiores nveis de antiguidade, que justificaro, de certa forma, as disparidades salariais existentes. Confirmamos uma dualidade entre o ideal de mulher como me e dona-de-casa e o de mulher como pessoa independente, especialmente quando so evocadas as consequncias da sua atividade profissional sobre os/as filhos/as e a vida familiar. O papel de cuidar surge assim como o obstculo a concees menos tradicionalistas e individualizadoras da identidade feminina que nos remete para uma mudana na atribuio do lugar social de homens e mulheres dentro e fora da famlia. Sobressai a valorizao e enfatizao da maternidade e do cuidado das crianas na identidade feminina; ao passo que aos homens se atribui uma maior valorizao da atividade profissional. Esta constatao comprova a ambivalncia e dicotomia de valores e atitudes entre uma fuga convencional polarizao entre papis masculinos e femininos rgida e estereotipadamente definidos. / In Portugal, about two hundred organizations are committed to create and implement plans for men and womens equality. These include public and private companies, local authorities, business associations, third sector organizations, development associations, universities, ministries and other governmental departments. The research exposed here is part of a broader diagnostic project taking placa in the City Hall, of Lous which is promoting a Municipal Plan for Equality. In this context it was necessary to make an internal diagnosis to the organization from a perspective of gender, either in terms of gender inequalities in the composition and status of their workers or in order to know the workers representations around the phenomenon of women and mens equality. To make it passible the organization provided statistical data which was analysed and subsequentaly a questionnaire was applied to the municipality staff. We concluded that there is the phenomenon of gender inequality in the structure of the organization namely occupational/professional segregation and vertical segregation, - men having the highest levels of seniority, which may justify in some way the existing wage gap. The study confirms a duality between the ideal of woman as a mother and housewife and the woman as an independent person, especially when the consequences suggested are related to their professional activity on their children and life family. The role of caring emerges as the obstacle to less traditionalist conceptions of female identity and individualization, which leads us to talk about a change of the social position of men and women within and outside the family. It points out the valuation and emphasizing of motherhood and care in female identity, whereas men are given a greater appreciation of the professional activity. This conclusion confirms the ambivalence and dichotomy of values and attitudes between escape from the conventional polarization between rigid and stereotypically defined roles of "male" and "female".

Em Portugal, as iniciativas no mbito da conciliao trabalho-famlia e a igualdade entre mulheres e homens tm-se fortificado nos ltimos anos. A presente dissertao estuda as Representaes e atitudes sobre igualdade de gnero dos funcionrios e funcionrias de um municpio portugus, tendo partido do desafio de acompanhamento de um processo de planeamento e mudana organizacional - Plano para a igualdade de gnero - para a eliminao da desigualdade de gnero numa Cmara do interior centro do pas. Analisaram-se os dados de um inqurito por questionrio respondido por 206 colaboradores/as da autarquia, dos quais 51,2% so homens e 48,8% mulheres. Com uma escala composta de 34 itens procurmos conhecer a extenso e a expresso dos valores e da estereotipia de gnero, bem como o reconhecimento da desigualdade e o acolhimento de prticas e polticas igualitrias por parte deste universo. Concluiu-se que ao mesmo tempo que j se admite e se aceita cada vez mais o facto de numa famlia, os dois cnjuges trabalharem fora e se dedicarem a uma carreira profissional, ainda est presente nas pessoas inquiridas a ideia de que as tarefas vinculadas ao mbito domstico so responsabilidades das mulheres, ainda que elas j recebam auxlio dos seus companheiros. Assim, percebemos que embora o mundo pblico seja cada vez mais ocupado por mulheres, ainda se vincula o espao profissional aos homens e as responsabilidades ligadas ao lar e aos filhos s mulheres. Foi tambm possvel concluir uma forte estereotipia de gnero que justifica de forma essencialista aquilo que so, na realidade, efeitos da desigualdade de gnero. Este diagnstico permitiu desenhar um plano de formao organizacional com enfoque no combate estereotipia de gnero e seus efeitos nefastos na gesto das pessoas, na igualdade de oportunidades e no desenvolvimento organizacional. / In Portugal, the initiatives in the scope of the bond work-family and the equity between men and women have been strengthened in the last few years. The present thesis studies the Representations and attitudes about gender equity between men and women employees of a Portuguese city, that started with the challenge of overlooking a process of planning and organizational change Plan for gender equity in order to eliminate the gender inequity within a City Hall in the interior of the country. Data collected from a questionnaire was analysed. This questionnaire was answered by 206 City Hall employees, of which 51,2% are men and 48,8% are women. With a scale composed of 34 items we sought to understand the extent and the expression of the values and gender stereotyping, as well as the inequity acknowledgement and the reception of equity practices and policies by this universe of people. It is concluded that although, more and more, it is allowed and accepted that in a family both spouses work and dedicate themselves to a professional career, within the people surveyed the idea that the household chores are of the womens responsibility is still present, the professional field is still linked to the men and the responsibilities related to the home and the children are linked to the women. It was also possible to conclude that a strong gender stereotyping justifies, in an essentialist way, what are, in reality, the effects of gender inequity. This diagnosis enabled the design of an organizational training program, with the emphasis on the battle against gender stereotyping and its adverse effects in people management, in equal opportunities between men and women and in the organizational development.

A presente investigao pretendeu avaliar a motivao para transferir os contedos adquiridos em formao para o local de trabalho. A formao nas empresas assume atualmente uma especial importncia, cumprindo o duplo objetivo de contribuir para o desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional dos colaboradores e, consequentemente, contribuir para a melhoria do desempenho organizacional. Partindo da escolha de uma empresa nacional do setor privado, ligada ao ramo metalrgico, e de uma amostra de 83 colaboradores, utilizou-se como instrumento um questionrio de auto-resposta. O questionrio aplicado permitiu avaliar a perceo de utilidade da formao, as crenas de auto eficcia dos colaboradores, a vinculao afetiva empresa, e a motivao para transferir os contedos formativos. Os principais resultados indicaram que a motivao para transferir est relacionada com a perceo de utilidade e com a vinculao afetiva. Por outro lado, os resultados no permitem afirmar com convico que uma das condies essenciais para se sentir motivado a transferir a formao, resida nas crenas de auto eficcia. A perceo de utilidade da formao surgiu como varivel que mediou a relao entre a motivao para transferir e as crenas de auto eficcia, no se tendo verificado de forma clara, o mesmo resultado para a vinculao afetiva. Os resultados obtidos nesta investigao permitem desenvolver estratgias relevantes para os responsveis da formao nas empresas que pretendam aumentar o grau de motivao para transferir a formao para o local de trabalho. / The present research was intended to evaluate the motivation to transfer the knowledge acquired in training to the workplace. The training in the companies takes nowadays a special importance, fulfilling the double goal of contributing to the collaborators personal and professional development and, consequently, of contributing to the improvement of the organizational performance. Starting from the choice of a national private company, from the metallurgic sector, and from a sample of 83 collaborators, a self-answer quiz was used. The applied quiz allowed to evaluate the perceived usefulness of the training, the beliefs of self-efficacy of the collaborators, the affective commitment with the company, and the motivation to transfer the training knowledge. The main results indicated that the motivation to transfer is related with the perceived usefulness and with the affective commitment. On the other side, the results do not allow to declare convincingly that one of the essential conditions to feel motivated to transfer the training is founded on the beliefs of self-efficacy. The perceived usefulness of the training surged as a variable that mediated the relation between motivation to transfer and the beliefs of self-efficacy, situation that was not verified in a clear way in the case of affective commitment. The results obtained on this research allow the development of relevant strategies for the responsible for the training on the companies that want to increase the motivation degree to transfer the training to the workplace.
