ANKE谱仪是位于冷却储存环COSY上的一个内靶实验终端,在它的针对物理目标中,研究靠近 产生阈的共振态a0(980)/f0(980)是一个主要的内容。在通过强相互作用反应对a0/f0进行测量时,初态会选择使用不同的同位旋组合,也就是使用pp、 pn、pd和dd反应。本实验完成于2006年的4、5月间,是一个使用COSY所能提供的最大束流动能Td = 2.273 GeV的dd道反应,它比 产生阈高Q = 39 MeV。在实验中探测了αK+符合事件,结合使用丢失质量分析方法就可以对反应链dd → αf0 → αK+K- 以及其中的f0(980)共振态进行研究。 作为本文的主要内容这个实验,是在Monte - Carlo模拟的帮助下准备后,在4个星期的束流时间里完成的。在实验完成后,数据分析主要集中在对稀有的αK+事件进行鉴别。 ANKE的射程望远镜阵列针对K+介子的鉴别做过优化,在它的帮助下K+就可以通过飞行时间、能量损失方法,以及探测延迟发射的K+衰变产物而被挑选出来。而与之关联的α粒子则是通过它们相对于K+介子的定时点进行鉴别的,α和K+的动量及轨迹由在相应多丝正比室上测量到的径迹信息重建。由此,就可以通过使用丢失质量方法鉴别出实验中没有测量的K-介子。最终所得的αK+丢失质量谱在K-介子质量区域内呈现一个峰,其中包含大约15个事件。由这些αK+K-事件可以得到总的反应截面σtot = (9 ± 3sta ± 5sys) pb。 同位旋破缺反应dd → α(π0η) 的截面由测量得到的σtot (dd → αK+K-)值推出,进而它也给出了在WASA-at-COSY上观察这个过程所要求的最短束流时间。因为这个反应被认为主要是源于通过KK中间态的f0 → a0转化,所以它对于确定出轻标量介子a0(980)/f0(980)的结构扮演着格外重要的角色

Among various mutation detection methods, constant denaturant capillary electrophoresis (CDCE) is one of the most common techniques for rapid identification of known or unknown mutations. In this report, a CDCE analysis method with homemade linear polyacrylamide (LPA) kit was developed on ABI 310 genetic analyzer, the effect and relationship of various denaturing factors in CDCE analysis were investigated and K-ras gene mutations of 31 coloerctal cancer patients were detected. Results indicate that, with the increase of chemical danaturant concentration, the optimum temperature was lowered, and when the concentration of urea (formamide) was higher than 7 M (40%), the homoduplex and heteroduplex of mutant samples were separated with difficulty. Detection results of K-ras gene in colorectal samples indicated that mutations were present in eight (26%) of 31 patients; most mutations were localized in codon 12, which is thought to be a critical step and plays an important role in human colorectal carcinogenesisas. Accurate and fast genotyping of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) is important in the human genome project. Here an automated fluorescent method that can rapidly and accurately genotype multiplex known SNPs was developed by using a homemade kit, which has lower cost but higher resolution than commercial kit. With this method, oncogene K-ras was investigated, four known SNPs of K-ras gene exon 1 in 31 coloerctal cancer patients were detected. Results indicate that mutations were present in 8(26%) of 31 patients, and most mutations were localized in codon 12. The presence of these mutations is thought to be a critical step and plays an important role in human colorectal carcinogenesisas. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

以阜蒙县建设镇为研究区域,采用传统统计学和地统计学相结合的方法,对该区域内粮田土壤中土壤养分的含量和空间变异特征进行研究,通过克吕格方法进行空间插值作图。结果表明,不同土壤养分的变异情况各不相同,P的变异系数最大;土壤各养分与高程呈负相关趋势,随高度的增加,其含量减少;各元素呈高度空间相关性,具有一定的渐变性分布规律,这一基本趋势对土壤养分分区管理是有利的。

为了解决利用空间技术(RS、GIS)以及数量化方法进行森林蓄积估测预报精度较低或是应用范围有限等问题,提出了一种新的森林蓄积估测方法以提高估测精度,即基于遥感(RS)及地理信息系统(GIS)技术提取光谱信息及地形信息作为估测的自变量,利用k-近邻法进行估测。通过在白河林业局调查取样,进行实例分析,方法精度达到90%以上。最后对于使用该方法应该注意的条件及问题进行了说明。

skyline查询是数据挖掘一个重要的研究方向,在基于数据的决策支持等应用中有着重要的作用.由于现实应用中存在着大量的不完整数据流,但大多数现有的skyline查询算法都依赖于如下的假设:1)任意数据点的所有维度值都是已知的;2)数据集是稳定、有界的并且可以随意访问.此外,随着数据维度的增加,skyline数据点的个数会变得过多,因此引入了k-支配skyline的概念,但是不完整数据的k-支配关系并不具有传递性,现有的skyline查询算法都无法适用.基于这些问题,考虑到数据流高维、无界、顺序性的特点,并且在某些维度上可能具有缺失值的特性,提出了一种新的基于滑动窗口的不完整数据流的k-支配skyline查询算法,实验结果表明,算法不仅可以支持不完整数据流上的k-支配skyline计算,并能够保证效率和性能.

黄芪是我国重要的传统大宗药材,以豆科紫云英属植物膜荚黄芪Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)或蒙古黄芪A.membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.Var.mongolicusBge.Hsiao.的干燥根系入药[1],具有补中益气、降压利尿、排脓消痈、脱毒生肌、滋养肌肤等多种功效,现代临床及药理研究证明,黄芪还有增强肌体免疫功能,促进抗体合成等作用,有关黄芪的药理活性及其有效成分已得到了较为深入的研究[2-4],随着黄芪市场需求量的增加,野生黄芪资源已难以满足需求,人工栽培黄芪受到重视,并且初具规模。田间栽培黄芪的营养特性和施肥管理是人工栽培质量和产量的理论基础。有关氮磷钾化肥用量及其比例对黄芪生长及产量的影响已有一些研究[5,6],但由于黄芪生长中的营养元素比例不平衡现象时常发生,至于某一种营养元素缺乏时黄芪的外观特征表现,目前尚未见报道,出现缺素症状时难以判断,限制对黄芪及时进行营养调控,对人工栽培黄芪的质量与产量产生影响。本研究的目的是研究黄芪生长中的营养缺乏时的外观表现特征和生理特性变化。本试验采用溶液培养的方法,在氮、磷、钾营养元素缺乏条件下,对黄芪的生长发育状况、营...

证明了极大周期FCSR序列的任意采样序列在一个周期内0,1元素分布几乎平衡,利用这一分布性质研究了连接数为强2-素数的l-序列的k-错线性复杂度,结果显示这类l-序列具有非常稳定的线性复杂度。

Na+-K+ ATPases have been observed and located by in situ AFM and single molecule recognition technique, topography and recognition imaging (TREC) that is a unique technique to specifically identify single protein in complex during AFM imaging. Na+-K+ ATPases were well distributed in the inner leaflet of cell membranes with about 10% aggregations in total recognized proteins. The height of Na+-K+ ATPases measured by AFM is in the range of 12-14 nm, which is very consistent with the cryoelectron microscopy result. The unbinding force between Na+-K+ ATPases in the membrane and anti-ATPases on the AFM tip is about 80 pN with the apparent loading rate at 40 nN/s.
