El artículo se propone a discutir el entrelace entre historia, poesía y ciudad en la obra Taller de arquitectura, de José Agustín Goytisolo, especialmente en su poema 'Bilbao song'. Integrante de la denominada generación de los 50, Goytisolo demostró, frecuentemente, gran preocupación sobre la condición del hombre en la sociedad moderna y su vida en las grandes ciudades. Taller de arquitectura es una obra representativa en el contexto de sus reflexiones sobre el hombre y su entorno. En nuestro texto discutiremos como el poeta articula distintas visiones de la ciudad de Bilbao con los discursos que surgen a lo largo del poema. Para emprender dicha discusión, proponemos un recorrido por la historia política, social y estética del final de los años 60 y principios de los 70 en España, a fin de examinar los procedimientos poéticos utilizados por el autor en la configuración de las relaciones entre historia, poesía y sociedad presentes en 'Bilbao song'. Expondremos como el autor aprehende y modula las voces de 'Bilbao song' utilizándose de la yuxtaposición de imágenes, de historias y de ritmos, para componer un mosaico que revela las diversas caras de la ciudad y de sus gentes bajo el cielo de la dictadura franquista

With full-waveform (FWF) lidar systems becoming increasingly available from different commercial manufacturers, the possibility for extracting physical parameters of the scanned surfaces in an area-wide sense, as addendum to their geometric representation, has risen as well. The mentioned FWF systems digitize the temporal profiles of the transmitted laser pulse and of its backscattered echoes, allowing for a reliable determination of the target distance to the instrument and of physical target quantities by means of radiometric calibration, one of such quantities being the diffuse Lambertian reflectance. The delineation of glaciers is a time-consuming task, commonly performed manually by experts and involving field trips as well as image interpretation of orthophotos, digital terrain models and shaded reliefs. In this study, the diffuse Lambertian reflectance was compared to the glacier outlines mapped by experts. We start the presentation with the workflow for analysis of FWF data, their direct georeferencing and the calculation of the diffuse Lambertian reflectance by radiometric calibration; this workflow is illustrated for a large FWF lidar campaign in the Ötztal Alps (Tyrol, Austria), operated with an Optech ALTM 3100 system. The geometric performance of the presented procedure was evaluated by means of a relative and an absolute accuracy assessment using strip differences and orthophotos, resp. The diffuse Lambertian reflectance was evaluated at two rock glaciers within the mentioned lidar campaign. This feature showed good performance for the delineation of the rock glacier boundaries, especially at their lower parts.

Glacier thickness is an important factor in the course of glacier retreat in a warming climate. Thiese study data presents the results (point data) of GPR surveys on 66 Austrian mountain glaciers carried out between 1995 and 2014. The glacier areas range from 0.001 to 18.4 km**2, and their ice thickness has been surveyed with an average density of 36 points/km**2 . The glacier areas and surface elevations refer to the second Austrian glacier inventory (mapped between 1996 and 2002). According to the glacier state recorded in the second glacier inventory, the 64 glaciers cover an area of 223.3±3.6 km**3. Maps of glacier thickness have been calculated by Fischer and Kuhn (2013) with a mean thickness of 50±3 m and contain an glacier volume of 11.9±1.1 km**3. The mean maximum ice thickness is 119±5 m. The ice thickness measurements have been carried out with the transmitter of Narod and Clarke (1994) combined with restively loaded dipole antennas (Wu and King, 1965; Rose and Vickers, 1974) at central wavelengths of 6.5 (30 m antenna length) and 4.0 MHz (50 m antenna length). The signal was recorded trace by trace with an oscilloscope. 168 m/µs as used by Haeberli et al. (1982), Bauder (2001), and Narod and Clarke (1994), the signal velocity in air is assumed to be 300 m/µs. Details on the method can be are found in Fischer and Kuhn (2013), as well as Span et al. In this article, methods and results are presented for the analysis of the behaviour of an alpine glacier, the Vernagtferner, Oetztal Alps, Austria. Since 1601, the advances and retreats of Vernagtferner are documented and analysed with rising temporal and spa- tial precision. Early pictorial documents (from 1601 to 1844), high-resolution maps since 1889, mass balance investigations with the glaciological method since 1964 and meteorological-hydrological records and models since 1974 deliver, with increasing temporal resolution, a consistent pattern of the continual ice loss of this glacier over more than 30 years.
