As experiências de sucesso na estratégia de motivar as populações locais, organizá-las e treiná-las, para a realização de inovações produtivas, revelam que as comunidades onde os indivíduos interagem mais uns com os outros e em que a rede de relações sociais, em seu conjunto, está bem integrada tendem a superar as suas limitações com mais facilidade, tirando-se maior proveito das oportunidades que favorecem a elaboração de estratégias e táticas coletivas, aumentando o poder de escolha e de decisão dos atores envolvidos.

O presente trabalho apresenta estudos de casos de expressões audiovisuais reunidas por Jan Simons sob a denominação de narrativas complexas, propondo a sua utilização como referência para aplicação de interação na TV Digital. O corpus é constituído das seguintes produções submetidas a essa classificação: forking path narratives e puzzle films com The Butterfly Effect (Erci Bress e J. Mackye Gruber, 2004); mind-game films com Lola Rennt (Tom Tykwer, 1998); modular narratives com Nine Lives (GPS films, 2005), database narratives e modular narratives com Pulp Fiction (Quentin Tarantino, 1994); network narratives com Babel (Alejandro Gonzalez, 2006) e subjectives stories com Being John Malkovich (Spike Jonze, 1999). Compreendida como uma técnica de seleção e articulação de fragmentos de sentidos na composição do discurso audiovisual, aponta-se a montagem como um mecanismo propulsor de interação, manifestada pela transferência da sincronização dos módulos de sentidos que compõe a mensagem ou na construção de discursos audiovisuais com linearidade que se difere do nível dos acontecimentos. A pesquisa gerou um capítulo de livro, duas publicações em revistas científicas, além de integrar anais de diversos eventos acadêmicos

The objective of this study was to find and discuss the possibilities of action of a public relations professional in social media, taking as an example, the most popular, Facebook and Twitter, to work the organizational communication with the public consumer. Social media are gaining more followers, who are seeking information on companies before consuming your products or hire your services, getting attention for any kind of promotion or crisis of this organization. We saw how public relations mediate communication between company and consumer, being responsible for the clear, objective and correct posting of your organization in social media

The web has emerged as an important media. For the first time, people are highly connected, and users start to have lots of possibilities for expression and collaboration. Internet users contribute more and more to influence the preferences of your contact network. Organizations are beginning to discover that the power of influence networks is becoming more efficient than traditional marketing: people believe in what other people say, peers believe in peers. There is a new actor who builds preferences, who is constantly active in communication: the customer who narrates, on social networks, his experiences with a product, and makes his contacts become loyal customers or the most ardent critics of an organization. Transforming followers into disseminators is one of the biggest challenges of organizations in social media. Because of this, more and more companies have to plan communication strategies based in what customers think, desire, understand and discuss in these new places

The profession of public relations presents itself in Brazil currently as a profession in expansion. However, by it’s time of performance, it should already be instated and legitimatized by society like other areas that even though appeared later, are already known and understood. Therefore, this project intends to seek for answers about the current situation, analyzing since it’s appearance in Brazil until now a days. With this analysis of the whole historic trajectory it is possible to understand the many movements that occur today in the area of public relations that are constantly searching for a legitimating and valued profession. However in this context surfaces a paradox: How to value something that is not known? So this project starts up again a campaign of divulgation of public relations promoted by the ABRP (Brazilian Association of Public Relations), now on the internet using the social networks, seeking to have a wider audience, interaction and reach. By this campaign it is possible to show to different publics the existence and relevance of the profession in the Brazilian context in objective and practice way making it more comprehensible in Brazil

Currently with the context of the Internet, especially on online social networks, it is observed that people and companies are establishing relationships both online and offline. The new digital culture and the competitiveness of the market are making companies change the way they communicate with their customers, providing a broader and more participative communication with their stakeholders. This resear chaims to understand the relation of corporate communication and Public Relations and from the conceptualization of the trials will detect the relationship processes of companies and their public in online social networks. Understand this type of relation ship is interesting because that, it is the field of the Public Relations professional. An area that grows in importance in today's market, since Facebook is being used as a channel of communication and relationship with consumers. The methodology used is exploratory research, in which, it aims to familiarize themselves with the subject and the possibility of analyzing three examples of relationships and engagement in the corporate communications field. In this case, the ranking of the top three companies, Coca-Cola, Guaraná Antarctica e Mc Donald's, in the Top Facebook Posts Brazil in January 2015. It is important that to have a Public Relations Professional that is able to create an open channel of communication on social networks with the purpose of detecting the characteristics of the target public and promote the participation of such public in the building of content and the innovative organization process. Introduction: Health indicators tend to be altered due to the participation of people in social networks. Objective: To find out ideas of individuals belonging to Portuguese speaking communities in Toronto, Canada, about the possibility of creating a social support network for women experiencing breast cancer. Method: Nineteen participants of the present ethnographic and critical study answered to questions, providing their opinions regarding to the social support network and its positive and negative aspects. Also, the participants suggested other possible individuals who could participate and help in the creation of such network. Discussions were transcribed, analysed and coded using qualitative software called Atlas ti 6.0. Results: The main components for the creation of the social support network were: the demystification of breast cancer and its prevention, emphasis in health education, dissemination of the need of volunteers and a direct social support to those women. The positive aspects were the participation of oldest women as social leaders and the utilization of schools and religious institutions for publicity. Negative aspects that were perceived as barriers are: the belief that breast cancer is a disease lived by women, the lack of knowledge about its cure and rehabilitation, as well as a collective sensitiveness to it. Also, about the participation of community leaders, the suggestions were: diplomats, priests and pastors, schools directors and communication entrepreneurs. Conclusion: The creation of the social support network should consider the cultural sensitiveness and the inner diversity of the consulted Portuguese speaking communities. Due to the insufficient number of Angolan participants to sustain a major analysis, a special recommendation was that Angolan social leaders and professionals should be invited to design the structure of such network according to their specific cultural traits.

The Participatório: Observatório Participativo da Juventude (Participatory: Observatory on the Youth Participation) is an online platform created in August 2013 as part of the response of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic of Brazil to the protests which took Brazilian streets in the middle of that year. This paper analyses the Participatório against the theoretical context brought by studies of digital activism and social movements. We revise relevant theories and present results of an empirical study indicating parameters to assess whether the apparent goals of the platform would have been reached. The data suggest that the initiative could achieve its purposes as long as it secures the efficacy of future improvements.

The audiovisual market carefully observes a tendency in television consumption habit: viewers are increasingly watching television content while surfing the internet through mobile devices like tablets, smartphones and laptops. Known as second screen, viewers interact simultaneously across these devices, sharing information about the programming on social networks, seeking additional information about the contents well aired, in addition to being likely to purchase products and services on platforms of mobile-commerce persuaded by the scheduling of programming through commercials. Given this, the aim of this article is to propose and prototyping an application visually in second screen with emphasis on business model with possible application on TV Unesp, where the viewer to interact with the programming through the application is exposed to previously scheduled ads, links to mobile-commerce and posts indicating purchase suggestions.

This article analyzes how the Brazilian feminist movements utilize online social networks to expand their sphere of action and mobilization in society through understanding how is the activity of the collective Marcha das Vadias of Rio de Janeiro on your Facebook page and as this group is mobilized in the online environment to organize its annual march, here, specifically the 4th Marcha das Vadias of Rio de Janeiro. Through exploratory, descriptive and analytical qualitative research methodology and analysis of social networks on the Internet, it is concluded that the network generated by the topic "4th Marcha das Vadias of Rio de Janeiro" was central dynamic between a public clear feminist, but weak and little to comprehensive dialogue with society in general positions.
