为了满足对高速变化的偏振态的测量,提出一种能够对偏振态实现高速测量的技术。阐述了利用1/4波片与起偏器测量偏振光的斯托克斯参量常规的原理和方法,根据高速测量的要求推导出了新的斯托克斯参量计算公式,并依据此公式设计了基于多通道偏振态高速测量的方案,设计了具体的方法并编写了控制与算法程序。测试表明,该系统的测量速度达到了每秒700次偏振态测量,测量速度主要由电子线路的性能决定,测得的结果稳定可靠实现了光纤传输偏振态的高速测量。

The findings are presented of a study conducted in Calauag Bay, Quezon Province, Philippines in order to estimate resource rent of mangrove areas converted to fishpond production. The rents were calculated based on the technology practised by the farmers and the prices of inputs and outputs that prevailed during the study period. The major causes of mangrove depletion are cutting of mangroves for fuelwood and charcoal and clearing for fishpond development. It was concluded that there is justification for the government to increase the feed which could be used to rehabilitate the inland-coastal fisheries to improve productivity and ensure sustainability of the ecosystem for future generations.

Georreferenced information has been increasingly required for the planning and decision-making in different sectors of society. New ways of dissemination of data, such as the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) web services, have contributed to the ease of access to this information. Even with all the technological advances in the area of data distribution, there is still low availability of georreferenced data about the Amazon. The goal of the present work is the development of a spatial data infrastructure (SDI), that is, an environment of sharing and use of georreferenced data based on the technology of web services, metadata and interfaces that allow the user easy access to these data. The present work discussess the OGC patterns, the most relevant georeferrenced data servers, the main web clients, and the revolution in the dissemination of georeferrenced data which geobrowsers and web clients offered to regular users. Data to be released for the case study come from the project Exploitation of Non-wooden Forest Products-PFNM-in progress at the National Institute of Research in the Amazon-INPA-as well as from inventories of NGOs and other government bodies. Besides contributing to the enhancement of PFNM, this project aims at encouraging the use of GIS in the state of Amazonas offering tech support for the deployment of geographic databases and sharing between agencies, optimizing the resources applied in this area through the use of free software and integration of diffuse information currently available.

Tratando do tema dos meios de comunicação e de seus usos, esta dissertação discute as possíveis transformações nas práticas de leitura diante do surgimento dos novos suportes textuais baseados na tecnologia digital. O estudo mantém seu escopo de análise nas práticas de leitura por lazer estabelecidas em livros impressos e em livros eletrônicos (e-books) que são consumidos em e-readers. Entre outros, discutem-se a questão da linearidade ou fragmentação da leitura, os hábitos de marcações e anotações, locais de leitura e posturas, preferências de suportes. Os dados analisados foram obtidos através de entrevistas com 16 leitores divididos em dois grupos, um de leitores de e-readers e outro de leitores do impresso. Os resultados foram estudados comparativamente e mostram semelhanças e diferenças nas práticas de leituras dos dois grupos, que podem ser associadas à nova tecnologia e ao leitor eletrônico, tanto quanto às intenções e motivos de leitura, ao formato do texto e às particularidades do leitor.

钾是作物生长发育的必需矿质元素,缺钾对大豆产量和营养品质影响显著。硅是植物的有益元素,在低钾胁迫条件下,硅对大豆生长是否有改善作用还未见相关报道,本研究以对低钾敏感的不同基因型大豆品种(铁丰35和铁丰31)为试验材料,在低钾条件下(1 mmol L-1),施加Na2SiO3,通过大豆生物量、根系形态学、生理学和抗氧化物酶活性等参数的变化,研究硅在大豆缺钾胁迫生长中的作用。主要研究结果如下: 1低钾胁迫对大豆生长发育和生理指标形状的影响 与正常钾生长条件(5 mmol L-1)相比,对低钾敏感的基因型大豆品种铁丰35,低钾胁迫使铁丰35品种主根、侧根,过氧化氢 (H2O2)和丙二醛含量(MDA),根系和叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和光合特性指标等发生显著变化,同样地,铁丰31品种根系的SOD、CAT、POD活性和MDA含量也发生显著变化。相反,铁丰31品种的其它形态学和生理学指标参数受低钾胁迫影响差异不显著。 2 Si和Na+对大豆生长发育和生理过程中低钾胁迫的减缓作用 为探明Si对大豆生长发育和生理过程中低钾胁迫的减缓作用,我们将Na2SiO3分别设立3个浓度处理水平(0.1, 2.0, 5.0 mmol L-1),对照CK0:5.0 mmol/L KNO3+0.0 mmol/L Na2SiO3,副对照CK1:1.0 mmol/L KNO3+4.0mmol/L NaCl,其中以Si2处理是2个品种减缓低钾胁迫效应最好的,对大豆生长发育和促进大豆根、茎和叶内钾浓度含量,低钾胁迫使SOD、POD、CAT活性,H2O2和MDA含量,以及光合特性(Pn, WUE)等指标参数得以显著地改善,但Na2SiO3对低钾敏感品种铁丰35的减缓作用远大于对低钾不敏感的品种铁丰31。为排除Na2SiO3中Na+对低钾大豆的生长作用,用等浓度NaCl进行检验,结果表明,Na+可以部分地减缓低钾胁迫,并且这减缓作用远小于等浓度的Si。本试验结果说明Si通过改变几个关键的生理过程,进而提高低钾胁迫条件下,大豆生长发育的表达活力,以有效地改善低钾对大豆生长的胁迫。 3 Si通过提高抗氧化胁迫进而减缓大豆生长发育中低钾胁迫 低钾胁迫使大豆地上和地下生物产量与对照CK0相比显著减少,增施Na2SiO3前后大豆其根冠比、过氧化氢积累、钾含量、膜质过氧化产物和抗氧化物酶活性变化显著。另外,Na2SiO3显著减缓了低钾胁迫使大豆根冠比、提高了低钾大豆根、茎、叶内钾浓度,Si还减缓了过氧化氢 (H2O2)和丙二醛含量(MDA),这说明Si抑制了低钾的过氧化胁迫,显著地抑制了因低钾胁迫而使超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)等活性的升高,这些酶活性提高效应被施加的Na2SiO3消除,这些结果表明,Si通过提高抗氧化胁迫能力,进而减缓大豆生长发育的低钾胁迫,对低钾胁迫有非常重要的减缓调控作用。

胚胎冷冻保存已广泛用于胚胎移植、动物克隆以及动物资源保护。此技术的应用需保证胚胎在冷冻—解冻后具有较高的成活率。自从1972年小鼠胚胎冷冻保存获得成功以来,许多学者在简化冷冻程序、缩短冷冻时间等方面进行了深入的研究。文章就胚胎冷冻的原理、保护剂、冷冻方法以及解冻方法等方面进行了综述。

Measurement of acceleration in dynamic tests is carried out routinely, and in most cases, piezoelectric accelerometers are used at present. However, a new class of instruments based on MEMS technology have become available and are gaining use in many applications due to their small size, low mass and low-cost. This paper describes a centrifuge lateral spreading experiment in which MEMS and piezoelectric accelerometers were placed at similar depths. Good agreement was obtained when the instruments were located in dense sands, but significant differences were observed in loose, liquefiable soils. It was found that the performance of the piezoelectric accelerometer is poor at low frequency, and that the relative phase difference between the piezoelectric and MEMS accelerometer varies significantly at low frequency. © 2010 Taylor & Francis Group, London.

New space-time trellis codes with four- and eight-level phase-shift keying (PSK) and 16-phase quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) for two transmit antennas in slow-fading channels are presented in this paper. Unlike most of the codes that are reported in the literature, the proposed codes are specifically designed to minimize the frame error probability from a union-bound perspective. The performance of the proposed codes with various memory orders and receive antennas is evaluated by simulation. It is shown that the proposed codes outperform previously known codes in all studied cases.
