Entre el estigma y la ley. La interrupción legal del embarazo en el DF

Este artículo se origina en una investigación llevada a cabo mediante metodologías cualitativas de las ciencias sociales. Su objetivo es compartir algunos de los avances del estudio realizado en una clínica del Gobierno del Distrito Federal para explorar los efectos de la implantación de la interrupción legal del embarazo (ILE) en el personal que proporciona este servicio sanitario. Se subraya que además de disminuir los riesgos en la salud de las mujeres, la ILE con misoprostol impulsó un cambio de actitud de muchas usuarias, lo que expresa una disminución de los efectos negativos provocados por el estigma, aunque se sigue detectando la persistencia del estigma en las opiniones del personal sanitario. El fortalecimiento personal de las mujeres que se someten a este procedimiento legal se debe a que llevan a cabo el ejercicio pleno de un derecho.

Tramas argumentales en el debate legislativo sobre el aborto

Este artículo expone las tramas argumentales construidas por los legisladores del Distrito Federal en los debates que tuvieron lugar de noviembre de 2006 a abril de 2007 en la Asamblea Legislativa, a propósito de las reformas al Código Penal local propuestas para despenalizar el aborto. Después del análisis argumentativo de los debates en el pleno, en este trabajo intentan recrearse las interacciones discursivas entre los hablantes como parte de sus estrategias políticas, personales y colectivas. Se muestra cómo a partir del entramado argumentativo se justifican posturas y puntos de vista sobre el problema a discusión y cómo se establecen alianzas y confrontaciones entre los grupos parlamentarios.

Migrações para assentamentos rurais : Analisando as trajetórias de assentados no município de Padre Bernardo no Estado de Goiás Brasil

This work is the result of a case study that analyzes the trajectories of migrants to rural settlements located in the municipality of Padre Bernardo, the region surrounding the Federal District, Goiás State in this region several settlements created in the late 90's, were consisting of workers of rural origin who migrated from various regions of Brazil to work, especially in services and construction in Brasilia before reaching settlements. Thus, the text aims to give some reflections on understanding the dynamics of migration to rural settlements in Brazil trajectories with rural-city-settlements. As consideration, it was noticed that after many years or even decades living in the city, these migrants decide to join the struggle for land and depart for land occupation in the region. In the settlement, the settlers are facing a new challenge that will be built collectively and individually
