O Leão do Norte vai voltar a rugir?: um estudo de caso sobre as mudanças na Administração do Comercial Futebol Clube da cidade de Ribeirão Preto - SP

From the informations collected on the Commercial Football Club, the city of Ribeirao Preto, there was a case study in order to identify and describe the management model adopted by the club, to overcome the financial and administrative crisis. It was used as reference to analyze the concepts of social capital and historic capital, considered decisive for the choice of the management model adopted. In addition, we also used the proposals contained in sports management studies to identify the business model chosen by the Commercial Club Football Club. In the final considerations argued that the adopted model already includes some results, as the club qualified to participate the Series A-1 League football Paulista, one of the targets set by the new management of the club

The expansion of the electrical system is currently a subject of great importance to the development of Brazil. For its realization, large projects are needed, requiring large-scale investment and realization processes of great complexity. Thus, this type of project has a high strategic importance for the performance of companies that conduct. Seeking a way to determine a method to align traditional practices for measuring quality to the corporate strategic needs, this work is the study of the use of the balanced scorecard methodology, applying quality management and operational excellence, with a focus on projects in power systems. We analyzed some cases of successful application of the methodology in business segments in the next study, culminating in a proposed model of the method

PGCP - Plataforma para Gerenciamento Colaborativo de Projetos

Collaborative Systems are designed to support individuals in order to solve a problem together, or cooperatively (or collaboratively). Such systems have the advantage of not requiring the presence in the same location of the participants. The basis of any Collaborative System is communication, where users interact with each other in order to exchange information. Communication among individuals is accomplished through collaborative tools such as chat, email, document repository, etc.. Using these tools, companies can reduce operational costs, saving on travel and accommodation of its employees to attend meetings. The project members only need a computer with internet access to use collaborative tools. Project management is essential to the quality of the nal product. To perform a proper management, methodologies must be applied using methods, tools and procedures. There are some phases that are considered generic for all software process models, they are: de nition, development, maintenance and activity to support the software process. In this paper is described a platform for project management using the concepts and features of Collaborative Systems. The goal of this platform is to unify various collaborative tools (such as chat and document repository) in a project management system. Using the system, it becomes possible to manage projects, and the ability to maintain an active constant communication between members of each project

Desenvolvimento e caracterização de sistemas nanoestruturados para administração cutânea de metotrexato

A psoríase é uma doença inflamatória de pele e das articulações, e por acometer um órgão visível como a pele, resulta em transtornos psicológicos relacionados à auto-estima do paciente. Dentre os fármacos empregados no tratamento, destaca-se o metotrexato para uso sistêmico que, embora eficiente, possui a desvantagem de causar efeitos colaterais tóxicos como a hepatotoxicidade e a mielotoxicidade. Para minimizar tais efeitos e aumentar a eficácia do fármaco, o trabalho teve por objetivo desenvolver e caracterizar sistemas nanoestruturados para administração cutânea do metotrexato. Para realizar esse estudo, inicialmente foram preparadas diferentes formulações constituídas por silicone fluido de copolímero glicol (DC® 193), poliéter funcional siloxano (DC® 5329) e água destilada. O metotrexato foi incorporado numa concentração de 1,25% (p/v), com auxílio de solução de hidróxido de sódio 1M, sendo ajustado o pH final da formulação para 7,0 com ácido clorídrico 0,1M. Foram selecionadas algumas regiões do diagrama para serem submetidas a testes de estabilidade, empregando o teste de centrifugação, determinação do pH, condutividade iônica, índice de refração e avaliação das características organolépticas. Foi realizada a análise reológica empregando reômetro, modelo RS-1 (HaakeRheostress). As estruturas das formulações foram analisadas por microscopia de luz polarizada. As amostras com maior concentração de tensoativo apresentaram aspecto transparente, sendo submetidas à análise com microscópio de luz polarizada, onde evidenciou-se estruturas conhecidas como “cruzes de malta”, indicativas de fase lamelar. Foram selecionadas 3 formulações com concentração de 40% de tensoativo, variando-se as proporções de água e óleo, nas quais foram incorporadas o metotrexato... The objective of this study was to develop a model that allows testing in the wind tunnel at high angles of attack and validates its most critical components by analyzing the results of simulations in finite element software. During the project this structure suffered major loads identified during the flight conditions and, from these, we calculated the stresses in critical regions defined as the parts of the model that have higher failure probabilities. All aspects associated with Load methods, mesh refining and stress analysis were taken into account in this approach. The selection of the analysis software was based on project needs, seeking greater ease of modeling and simulation. We opted for the software ANSYS® since the entire project is being developed in CAD platforms enabling a friendly integration between software's modeling and analysis
