Les auditeurs exercent une activité tournée dans une large mesure vers l'intérêt public. Il paraît donc important que la qualité des services qu'ils fournissent soit aussi élevée que possible. La question se pose dès lors de savoir s'il est possible, notamment au moment de leur engagement, de prévoir les performances individuelles futures des auditeurs.

The main scope of this work was to detect (Panicum maximum Jacq.) genotype differences as to morphoagronomic and seed quality indices, and to establish character correlations useful for determining vegetative and reproductive trends. Besides the flowering cycle, eight phenological and two seed quality traits were scored in a greenhouse randomized complete block experiment, as follows: plant height (PH), reproductive tiller number/overall tiller number (RTN/OTN), panicle number/reproductive tillers (PN/RT), leaf length (LL), leaf width (LW), panicle length (PL), fresh weight (FW), dry weight (DW), number of seeds/g (NS/G) and seed sample physical purity (SPP). Very-early and early-flowering hybrids consistently showed the highest correlation values among flowering cycle and RTN/OTN (r = -0.59**), PN/RT (r = -0.48**), NS/G (r = -0.88**) and SPP (r = -0.80**) (reproductive parameters) while intermediate and late-flowering hybrids presented the highest values for LL (r = 0.53**), LW (r = 0.60**), PL (r = 0.77**), FW (r = 0.78**) and DW (r = 0.85**) (vegetative traits). The implications of these results for plant breeding and forage management purposes are discussed.

OBJECTIVE: : Plunging when drilling can be a detrimental factor in patient care. There is, although, a general lack of information regarding the surgeon's performance in this skill. The aim of this study was to determine the effect that using sharp or blunt instruments had on the drill bit's soft tissue penetration, using a simulator. MATERIALS AND METHODS: : Surgeons taking part in an International Trauma Course were invited to participate. Two groups were defined: experienced and inexperienced surgeons. Twelve holes were drilled in the following order: 3 holes with a sharp drill bit in normal bone (SNB), 3 holes with a sharp drill bit in osteoporotic bone (SOB), 3 holes with a blunt drill bit in normal bone, and 3 holes with a blunt drill bit in osteoporotic bone. Mean values and Student t tests were used for statistical analysis. RESULTS: : Thirty-seven surgeons participated, 20 experienced and 17 inexperienced surgeons. Mean plunging depths for SNB, SOB, blunt drill bit in normal bone, and blunt drill bit in osteoporotic bone were, respectively, 5.1, 5.4, 21.1, and 13.9 mm for experienced surgeons and 7.6, 7.7, 22, and 15.9 mm for inexperienced surgeons. Drilling with SNB and with SOB was statistically different, with inexperienced surgeons plunging 2.5 mm (P = 0.31) and 2.6 mm (P = 0.042) deeper, respectively. There was a difference (P < 0.001) between sharp and blunt drill bits in all drilling conditions for both the groups. CONCLUSIONS: : Our study showed a significant difference in plunging depth when sharp or bunt drill bit was being used. Surgeons, regardless of their experience level, penetrate over 20 mm in normal bone and over 10 mm in osteoporotic bone.

 In the drilling processes and especially deep-hole drilling process, the monitoring system and having control on mechanical parameters (e.g. Force, Torque,Vibration and Acoustic emission) are essential. The main focus of this thesis work is to study the characteristics of deep-hole drilling process, and optimize the monitoring system for controlling the process. The vibration is considered as a major defect area of the deep-hole drilling process which often leads to breakage of the drill, therefore by vibration analysis and optimizing the workpiecefixture, this area is studied by finite element method and the suggestions are explained. By study on a present monitoring system, and searching on the new sensor products, the modifications and recommendations are suggested for optimize the present monitoring system for excellent performance in deep-hole drilling process research and measurements.

Dans le cadre de la planification de l'entraînement d'un athlète, l'affûtage précompétitif consiste à réduire les charges d'entraînement et éliminer le stress des séances précédentes afin d'optimiser les performances futures. Il existe des outils pour analyser les changements physiologiques qui se manifestent dans l'organisme des sportifs pendant cette période et qui sont responsables du gain de performance. L'analyse des indices corporels par bioimpédancemétrie pourrait constituer un outil simple et non invasif pour monitorer les performances et l'entraînement des sportifs d'élites. Méthodologie : Treize nageurs élites ont été analysés sur trois affûtages (T1, N=7 ; T2, N=6 et T3, N=8) qui précèdent trois objectifs nationaux majeurs. Un bioimpédancemètre multifréquence, le Z-Métrix, a été utilisé pour mesurer les indices avant et après l'affûtage. Sur le même principe, les performances des sujets ont été comparées entre la compétition qui suit l'affûtage et une compétition précédente sans affûtage. Pour compléter l'analyse, la charge d'entraînement pendant l'affûtage a été quantifiée puis comparée à la charge qui précède. L'évolution des indices corporels pourra donc être mise en relation avec les différences de performance et la variation de la charge d'entraînement.

Este artigo tem por finalidade mapear e descrever algumas práticas relacionadas à produção de uma performatividade do feminino mimetizada em formas de falar, de se apreender e de experienciar os corpos a partir da circulação de imagens na internet, em páginas da Igreja Universal do Reino de Deus (IURD) voltadas para o público feminino. Meu objetivo ao recuperar essa interação é pensar o papel que a mídia, de modo geral, e as tecnologias da internet, de modo particular, têm na formação de tais performatividades, ora por meio de linguagem de gendramento dos gêneros, ora mediante tecnologias de poder que conformam a sujeição e a subjetivação dos sujeitos.
