Inovações tecnológicas na agropecuária brasileira: um estudo sobre a Embrapa e suas atividades promotoras de inovações

O presente trabalho apresenta uma abordagem teórica sobre o progresso técnico na agropecuária. São discutidos os fatores que limitam o progresso técnico e o diferencia do modo como ocorre na atividade industrial além de ser apresentado os conceitos de apropriacionismo e substitucionismo. Posteriormente, acrescenta-se à discussão o papel da Embrapa (Empresa Brasileira de Pesquisa Agropecuária) de acordo com suas contribuições e formas de atuação. Por fim, é feita uma aproximação teórica daquilo que é discutido inicialmente com a atuação da empresa brasileira, para verificar a validade dos conceitos propostos

A trajetória política e histórico-normativa do ensino técnico da área de agropecuária no Estado de São Paulo: a história política de transição por decretos de 1882 a 2001

This article presents the historical trajectory of agricultural technical education in the State of São Paulo, 1882-2001, with emphasis on regulatory and policy aspects of transition management agencies and disruption in the construction and consolidation of a pedagogical and curricular design of this area of teaching technical and institutional policies of these technical schools. Inovação tecnológica de boas práticas agrícolas e a informática na gestão agropecuária

This study aims to develop innovative proposals for production agriculture management and plans to build a participatory model, through the digital inclusion of members of the family farm gathered in a cooperative venture seeking to establish new environmental management efficiency for household production. The first part of the hypothesis assumes that a major obstacle to the insertion of small family farms into the markets is skilled labor, human capital. A training model has been developed for traceability and tracking activities on family farms, based on the atemoya culture. The second hypothesis predicts that it is possible to create a model that is scientifically supported by widely accepted rules derived from GlobalGAP standard certification, a global benchmark for good agricultural practices. Using these rules the model seeks to achieve the traceability of agricultural products and operations from the preservation of identity information within the production chain. The results obtained by the computerized system confirmed the presented hypotheses by demonstrating that technological innovation through intensive communication and information technologies education as well as other associated forms are important drivers of regional development, especially if implemented through a digital inclusion project using the state program Infocentros Access São Paulo.

Desenvolvimento do Atlas da Questão Agrária Brasileira: análise da dinâmica territorial recente da agropecuária brasileira (2006-2012) e da participação da agricultura camponesa na produção do campo (2006)

This monograph is part of the works developed in the Scientific Initiation aimed at updating and improving the Atlas of Brazilian Agrarian Question - AQAB. For pioneering and scope of work-matrix, the objective this first part focused on the development of issues related to agricultural production, being drawn maps with data from the Municipal Agricultural Production-PAM 2012; Municipal Livestock Research-PPM 2012; Production of Vegetable Extraction and Forestry-2012, all analyzed from bibliographic review and joint interpretation of tables and graphs. Pari passu, this topic allowed the development of studies on peasant farms, because they are correlated subjects. Peasant farmers produce large portion of the food served to the population. Its features are its mode of production in the field, the way in which the activities take place within the family, the struggle for their social reproduction and by the earth, the practice of polyculture, preservation of the environment and the genetic diversity of species. The surplus production is sold on the market to meet other family demands unmet by production on their properties. We understand that both terms; Peasant or Farmer, refer to the same subject, but with different interpretations of their way of social reproduction and market relations...
