This publication gives the results of the bottom trawlings made during the cruises Togo 5 and Togo 6 by the oceanographic research vessel "Andre Nizery" on the continental shelf of Togo during the estimation program of halieutic resources. The report includes: 1 - the report of the cruises Togo 5 and Togo 6; 2 - Some information on the presentation of the results; 3 - the trawl recording maps for the 2 cruises; 4 - The length frequency distributions of the measured samples.

下载PDF阅读器甲状旁腺激素(Parathyroid Hormone,PTH)是治疗骨质疏松症的药物之一.将人工合成全长人PTH(hPTH(1-84))的核苷酸序列插入pThioHis A载体中,然后转化大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli.),在IPTG的诱导下,成功实现了rhPTH(1-84)的原核表达.通过发酵条件的优化,初步确定1:40接种.LB+30% M9盐溶液的发酵培养基,37℃培养至OD600nm=0.8时,加入终浓度为0.6 mmol/L的IPTG,诱导8 h的较优发酵程序.

测量了ZnSe,Zn_(0.84)Mn_(0.16)Se合金和ZnSe/Zn_(0.84)Mn_(0.16)Se超晶格的10~300K的变温光致发光谱。发现ZnSe的带隙在10K时比Zn_(0.84)Mn_(0.16)Se合金的带隙小,而在300K时比合金的带隙大。预计ZnSe/Zn_(0.84)Mn_(0.16)Se超晶格中在130K附近会发生势阱层和势垒层的反转。在ZnSe/Zn_(0.84)Mn_(0.16)Se超晶格中观测到了这种反转但发生在80K附近。超晶格中Zn_(0.84)Mn_(0.16)Se层的应变可能是反转温度变低的原因。

本实验是在中国科学院兰州近代物理研究所,国家实验室的重离子加速器上完成的.实验用OR-TEC公司生产的HPGe X射线探测器测量了84.5 MeV的12C4+离子轰击Cu,Mo,Ag,Cd,In,Sn,W和Au金属靶产生的K壳层特征X射线谱,计算了Kβ与Kα-X射线强度的比值,并将结果与Scofield用Hartree-Fock-Slater模型计算出的理论值与用其它方法(如:衰变幅射,用光子,电子,质子等粒子与靶相互作用)得到的实验值进行了比较.比较结果表明用84.5 MeV的12C4+离子轰击Cu,Mo,Ag,Cd,In,Sn,W和Au金属靶产生的Kβ与K-αX射线强度比值比理论值和其它实验值要大许多.

This paper presents holistic design of a novel four-way differential power-combining transformer for use in millimeter-wave power-amplifier (PA). The combiner with an inner radius of 25 µm exhibits a record low insertion loss of 1.25 dB at 83.5 GHz. It is designed to simultaneously act as a balanced-to-unbalanced converter, removing the need for additional BALUNs typically required in differential circuits. A complete circuit comprised of a power splitter, two-stage differential cascode PA array, a power combiner as well as input and output matching elements was designed and realized in SiGe technology with f/f 170/250 GHz. Measured small-signal gain of at least 16.8 dB was obtained from 76.4 to 85.3 GHz with a peak 19.5 dB at 83 GHz. The prototype delivered 12.5 dBm output referred 1 dB compression point and 14 dBm saturated output power when operated from a 3.2 V dc supply voltage at 78 GHz.
