Resumen: Este aporte intenta lograr una mirada sincrónica de la tragedia que se llevó de este mundo a Mons. Enrique Angelelli. La trama humana en su conjunto se desarrolla entre tristezas y alegrías y, también, lógicamente, la historia de la Iglesia posee los mismos condimentos. Pero, la clave está en la luz con la cual miramos estos acontecimientos que, en este caso, no sólo será científica o meramente sociológica sino, fundamentalmente, teológica. Así, al recoger los testimonios del pueblo de Dios, presentamos un hecho histórico reflejado a través del prisma de la fe.

Influence of starvation on selected temperatures in the young of bream, roach and perch [Translation from: Informatsionnyi Byulleten Biologiya Vnutrennikh Vod No.50, 45-47, 1981]

Works devoted to the influence of starvation on temperature selection by fishes are few and their conclusions are contradictory. This study determined the influence of brief, up to 14 days, starvation on temperature selection by young fishes. The experiments were carried out in August-September 1976 on fingerling bream (Abramis brama L.), roach (Rutilus rutilus L.) and perch (Perca fluviatilis L.) with body lengths of 3-5 cm and weight 0.5-1.2 g. The young fish were caught in the littoral by seine-nets or small drag-nets. Immediately after catching the fish they were put in acclimatization boxes. The period of acclimatization did not exceed 2 days for bream and roach at a temperature of 20 °C and 6 days for perch at 17 °C. Before the start of the experiment and for the first 10 days of the experiment the fish were fed with oligochaetes, earthworms and daphnia, after that feeding discontinued. At the end of a 10-14 day period the giving of food was resumed. The study concludes that the experiments have shown that in the summer season the factor of starvation significantly changes the reaction to the gradient of temperature in young cyprihids - roach and bream.

South Lancashire Fisheries Advisory Committee 14th January, 1976.

This is the report from the South Lancashire Fisheries Advisory Committee meeting, which was held on the 14th January 1976. The report contains information on land drainage representation on local committees, fisheries activities report, pollution on Colne water and Trawden water, oil pollution of the feeder stream to Scotman’s flash (Wigan), water bank releases at River Hodder, the progress made in implementing the recommendations contained in the 'Taking Stock' publication and a planning study for the post 1981 period. The section on fisheries activities reported by area fisheries officers looks at fish mortalities, feral mink, fish passing through counting stations at River Ribble and Hodder, and fish propagation plans for Langcliffe and Middleton hatcheries. The Fisheries Advisory Committee was part of the Regional Water Authorities, in this case the North West Water Authority. This preceded the Environment Agency which came into existence in 1996.

Lune, Wyre & Furness Fisheries Advisory Committee 19th January, 1976.

This is the report from the Lune, Wyre and Furness Fisheries Advisory Committee meeting, which was held on the 19th January 1976. The report contains information on land drainage representation on local committees, fisheries activities report, Heysham and Lancaster sewage disposal, planning study for the post 1981 period and progress made in implementing the recommendations contained in the 'Taking Stock' publication. The section on fisheries activities reported by area fisheries officers looks at fish taken for stripping at River Lune Broadraine and Northern area, the presence of feral mink, fish mortalities at Killington Beck and number of fish counted through the fish monitoring stations at River Leven and River Lune. The Fisheries Advisory Committee was part of the Regional Water Authorities, in this case the North West Water Authority. This preceded the Environment Agency which came into existence in 1996.

Bettelheim, Tinbergen and Hall fonds, 1972-1981

Elizabeth Hall was a managing editor of Psychology Today, who on separate occasions interviewed Oxford ethologist Nikolaas Tinbergen (1907-1988) and psychologist Bruno Bettelheim (1903-1990). Her 1973 interview with Tinbergen, conducted at his vacation home in the Cumberland region of northern England, was published later that year in Psychology Today. She left the magazine in 1976 to run the journal Human Nature, but left this position in 1979. She continued to contribute articles to various magazines, but most notably to Psychology Today. Her interview with Bruno Bettelheim appeared in that magazine in 1981.

Problemas y consecuencias del resurgir del pragmatismo norteamericano: 1952-1976

Revisión crítica de la ‘versión heredada’ sobre el resurgir del pragmatismo norteamericano. Aquí sostengo que ésta es una narrativa sobre la historia de la filosofía que puede ser usada para “reivindicar” la continuidad o para “añorar” la pérdida de esa tradición. Presento tres argumentos a favor de mi tesis sobre la versión heredada: i) es insuficiente para explicar el surgimiento del pragmatismo; ii) es un tipo de narrativa que hace plausible una imagen de la filosofía; iii) impide apreciar que la formación del canon obedece a los propósitos de los seguidores del movimiento.

Estudio bibliométrico de la Literatura Española en Ciencias de la Educación (1940-1976).

Analizar las fuentes impresas, que incluyen producciones de diferente nivel, desde las que sistematizan o divulgan el conocimiento, hasta las que exponen los resultados de la investigación científico-pedagógica. Estudiar algunos aspectos de la recepción en nuestro país de las corrientes pedagógicas procedentes de otras áreas culturales que han influído en la configuración de nuestras propias tradiciones científicas. Se aborda el estudio bibliométrico de la literatura de Ciencias de la Educación circulante en España entre 1940-1976. Se estudia la productividad científico-pedagógica y su crecimiento, tanto en España como fuera de nuestras fronteras. Se analiza la literatura pedagógica por áreas temáticas. Se analizan también las Ciencias de la Educación en las publicaciones periódicas y su dependencia científica a través de las traducciones bibliográficas. Las publicaciones sobre Educación constituyen a nivel internacional un sector en proceso de expansión dinámica, aunque relativamente joven. Las publicaciones españolas, aunque también se desarrollan siguiendo pautas de crecimiento exponencial, no logran alcanzar las tasas de expansión de la producción mundial. La producción bibliopedagógica española mantiene un elevado grado de dependencia científica respecto de otros medios culturales, que desempeñan una función de hegemonía e influencia. Frente a las tendencias dominantes en otras áreas científicas, que se vinculan a los medios culturales de lengua inglesa, nuestras traducciones pedagógicas siguen teniendo un origen mayoritariamente francés. El análisis constata que las publicaciones pedagógicas españolas tienden progresivamente a adoptar un sesgo cada vez más empiricista. Se constatan también, en el caso de la pedagogía española e incluso en el plano internacional, ciertas tendencias reductivistas y polarización hacia el análisis de la educación institucionalizada. Se comprueba la existencia de actitudes reductivistas en los criterios económicos, sociológicos y culturales.
