咖啡旋皮天牛与咖啡灭字虎天牛发生危害比较研究

咖啡旋皮天牛、咖啡灭字虎天牛均为云南省思茅热区咖啡树的重要蛀干害虫之一。通过对该2 种害虫各虫态形 态特征、发生危害规律、生物生态学习性、幼虫取食危害特性系统比较研究,综合二者发生代次、时空、危害特性异同, 抓住主要代次和关键时机开展综合防治,连续3 年在云南思茅热区联合开发办公室所属的茶树林、曼歇坝2 咖啡场有 效控制了该2 种虫的发生危害,其危害株率分别由原来的10 %～15 % ,5 %～10. 5 %降为现在1. 2 ‰～2. 1 ‰,1. 5 ‰～ 3. 3 ‰。

鲤科鱼类系统进化过程中SINEs的插入事件

短散在核重复序列(SINEs)是真核生物基因组内的移动元件,已被广泛应用于系统发育研究。文中报道了用SINE的插入事件和细胞色素b基因来研究鲤科鱼类的进化.结果显示:细胞色素b基因和SINEs插入事件在大的鲤科鱼类分类上都支持形态学的分类结果,将整个鲤科鱼类分为雅罗鱼系和鲃系;两种分子标记所获结果的不同之处在于野鲮亚科的进化地位.SINEs插入事件的分析结果显示该亚科的进化地位比较原始,而细胞色素b序列的结果则显示其相对较晚的进化起源.尽管在该研究中分析的物种较少,但为SINEs在鲤科鱼类插入事件的研究提

Modelling of submarine landslides and generated water waves

The slide of unstable sedimentary bodies and their hydraulic effects are studied by numerical means. A two-dimensional fluid mechanics model based on Navier-Stokes equations has been developed considering the sediments and water as a mixture. Viscoplastic and diffusion laws for the sediments have been introduced into the model. The numerical model is validated with an analytical solution for a Bingham flow. Laboratory experiments consisting in the slide of gravel mass have been carried out. The results of these experiments have shown the importance of the sediment rheology and the diffusion. The model parameters are adjusted by trial and error to match the observed “sandflow”.

广东省丰顺县的地热资源及地热电站

广东省丰顺县地热资源丰富，水温较高（60—92℃），储量大，水质好，埋藏浅，易开采，地理位置优越。1970年建成我国第一座地热电站（86kW），1978年建成第二座地热电站（200kW）。1984年第三座地热电站（300kW）建成投产，并网供电，10年来运行正常，为我国地热发电提供了科学数据，积累了宝贵经验。

A High Speed, 12-Channel Parallel, Monolithic Integrated CMOS OEIC Receiver

The design and fabrication of a high speed, 12-channel monolithic integrated CMOS optoelectronic integrated circuit(OEIC) receiver are reported.Each channel of the receiver consists of a photodetector,a transimpedance amplifier,and a post-amplifier.The double photodiode structure speeds up the receiver but hinders responsivity.The adoption of active inductors in the TIA circuit extends the-3dB bandwidth to a higher level.The receiver has been realized in a CSMC 0.6μm standard CMOS process.The measured results show that a single channel of the receiver is able to work at bit rates of 0.8～1.4Gb/s. Altogether, the 12-channel OEIC receiver chip can be operated at 15Gb/s.
