Impacto de la ayuda oficial al desarrollo de donantes de OCDE-CAD en el proceso de reconciliación nacional en Perú (2000-2010)

La cooperación internacional en el Perú ha tenido un rol importante durante la reconciliación nacional y transición democrática en el Perú luego del terrorismo. El presente trabajo se centrará en la denominada ayuda oficial al desarrollo (AOD) de fuentes bilaterales del 2000 al 2010, pues es la que ha tenido un protagonismo decisivo en el país, sobre todo en las políticas relativas a construcción de paz (peace building) y reconstrucción democrática y porque existe información y registros más fiables tales como los de la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económico (OCDE) así como de las agencias gubernamentales.

A erosividade das chuvas em Fortaleza (CE): II - correlação com o coeficiente de chuva e atualização do fator R no período de 1962 a 2000

A correlação entre o índice de erosividade EI30 e o coeficiente de chuva (Rc) no período de 1962 a 1981, em Fortaleza (CE), foi avaliada com o objetivo não só de analisar a viabilidade de utilização do Rc na atualização dos valores da erosividade no período de 1982 a 2000 nesse município, mas também de identificar uma equação que pudesse ser empregada para estimar a erosividade em outras localidades da zona litorânea do estado do Ceará onde não existem diagramas de pluviógrafos. Um alto coeficiente de correlação (r = 0,99**) foi encontrado entre os valores mensais do índice EI30 e o Rc. O melhor ajuste na regressão entre essas variáveis foi encontrado na equação EI30 = 73,989Rc0,7387. O emprego dessa equação permitiu atualizar o fator R em Fortaleza no período de 1962 a 2000, estendendo, dessa forma, a computação de dados de erosividade para uma série contínua de 39 anos. O fator R atualizado para essa série foi de 6.900 MJ mm (ha h ano)-1 , com 69,5 % desse valor anual distribuído nos meses de janeiro a abril. Este trabalho também forneceu informações úteis para planejar o controle da erosão e para estimar, com precisão razoável, a erosividade em outros locais do litoral cearense, desprovidos de diagramas de pluviógrafos.

State of Iowa Space Utilization and Building Study, October 9, 2000

Executive Summary Purposes of this Report: • Recommend the most logical and economical options to address state governmental space needs in the Polk County metropolitan area to the year 2010. • Include building size, location, phasing, financing, method of project delivery and estimated cost. • Develop a software tool to compare costs of leasing vs. ownership of space. Methodology: Identify: 1. Current amount and location of owned and leased space, by agency; 2. Types of space and whether best located on or off of the Capitol Complex; 3. Utilization of space, noting over-crowding and under-utilization; 4. Current number of workstations for full and part time employees, Personnel Employment Organization (PEO) workers, contractors, interns, etc.; and, 5. History of staff levels to assist in the prediction of staff growth. Scope: This report focuses on 10 state-owned buildings located on the Capitol Complex and 48 leased spaces in the Polk County metropolitan area. (See Figures 1 and 2.) • Due to a separate space study under way by the Legislature, implications of area and staff for the State Capitol building are included only for the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Treasurer, Secretary of State, Auditor and the Department of Management. • Because it is largely a museum building that does not have office space available for other agencies, the area and staff of the Historical Building are not fully addressed. • Only the parking implications of the new Judicial Building are included in this study because the building space is under the jurisdiction of the Judicial Branch and not available for other agencies. Several state-owned buildings are not included in the scope of this report, generally because they have highly focused purposes, and their space is not available for assignment to other agencies. Several leased locations are not included for similar reasons, including leases that do not fall within the authority of the Department of General Services.
