As desigualdades e demais complexidades produzidas pelo sistema capitalista e a retração do Estado na área social vêm produzindo, e reafirmando, problemas e situações frente aos quais conhecimentos e ações focalizados, fragmentados e setoriais são incapazes de explicar e de enfrentar. Partindo deste entendimento, no presente estudo foi realizada uma investigação acerca das proposições e do debate recente sobre a intersetorialidade e a política social no cenário brasileiro, buscando caracterizar o estado da arte das produções acadêmico-científicas elaboradas no período de 1986 a 2013. Consiste, então, em um estudo baseado em revisão bibliográfica, de cunho qualitativo, cujo recorte se volta para as produções identificadas junto às bases bibliográficas do banco de resumos da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) e da Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SCIELO). Procurou-se identificar os estudos produzidos sobre a intersetorialidade e as políticas sociais, assim como o tratamento teórico-metodológico dado a este tema a partir do exame das produções bibliográficas identificadas e selecionadas. Buscou-se apreender as concepções e dimensões de análise sobre intersetorialidade e política social e a possível heterogeneidade de abordagens, além de elaborar os principais consensos e dissensos teóricos em torno do tema. Por fim, procedeu-se a demarcação dos principais desafios teóricos e práticos postos à implementação da intersetorialidade no campo da política social. Os resultados apontam a presença de uma diversidade de entendimento em relação ao termo intersetorialidade que, por vezes, tem sido relacionada apenas à dimensão técnica, funcional e gerencial no âmbito da gestão e intervenção social, estando esse debate isento, em grande parte, da análise crítica dos processos contraditórios que perpassam as políticas sociais. A pesquisa demonstrou também o avanço do debate crítico sobre a intersetorialidade e políticas sociais, principalmente nos últimos anos, relacionando as dimensões técnica, ético-política, econômica, cultural e social relacionadas ao debate e proposições acerca da intersetorialidade e as políticas sociais.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a prática do assistente social no Sistema Penitenciário do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, a partir dos pressupostos estabelecidos pelo Projeto Ético Político da Profissão. A relevância deste estudo consiste em colocar no centro do debate o desafio que representa para a categoria, com um direcionamento profissional ético e político comprometido com os interesses da classe trabalhadora e com a efetivação dos direitos da mesma, efetivar estes pressupostos num campo de atuação marcado pelo controle e repressão dos indivíduos pertencentes a esta classe. A prisão é uma instituição total, punitiva, vingativa, onde observamos a face mais dura do Estado, onde, muitas vezes, o assistente social se vê sozinho na defesa e efetivação dos direitos do preso. Constitui-se como objetivo central deste estudo analisar se dentro desta instituição, o assistente social consegue efetivar os valores defendidos e consagrados pelo projeto profissional. Para realização do estudo nos debruçamos sobre a produção teórica e a história do sistema penitenciário; sobre a legislação específica da área (Lei de Execução Penal e Regulamento Penitenciário do Estado do Rio de Janeiro) e sobre documentos, relatórios, manuais, etc., elaborados pela Coordenação de Serviço Social da Secretaria de Estado de Administração Penitenciária (SEAP). Devido às limitações impostas pela instituição, os sujeitos de nosso estudo foram os gestores e ex-gestores que aturam na Coordenação de Serviço Social e na antiga Divisão de Serviço Social da SEAP. Procuramos resgatar a trajetória histórica do Serviço Social dentro do Sistema Prisional fluminense, destacando as batalhas e conquistas alcançadas pela categoria, ao longo dos quase sessenta anos de inserção nas unidades prisionais do Rio de Janeiro. Observamos ao longo do estudo que a inserção do assistente social no Sistema Penitenciário encontra-se devidamente institucionalizada, regulamentada e organizada, o que demonstra a relevância do trabalho deste profissional, que muitas vezes ainda é visto como benfeitor do preso. Hoje, a execução penal pode ser considerada uma área consolidada para a atuação profissional dos assistentes sociais, embora apresente uma série de inconsistências e discrepâncias, tais como péssimas condições de trabalho, violação de direitos, entre outras. Procuramos mostrar neste estudo como o profissional de Serviço Social enfrenta essa realidade e contribui para a sua transformação, a partir dos ideais defendidos pelo Projeto Ético Político da profissão.

A number of biological processes, such as embryo development, cancer metastasis or wound healing, rely on cells moving in concert. The mechanisms leading to the emergence of coordinated motion remain however largely unexplored. Although biomolecular signalling is known to be involved in most occurrences of collective migration, the role of physical and mechanical interactions has only been recently investigated. In this paper, a versatile framework for cell motility is implemented in-silico in order to study the minimal requirements for the coordination of a group of epithelial cells. We find that cell motility and cell-cell mechanical interactions are sufficient to generate a broad array of behaviours commonly observed in vitro and in vivo. Cell streaming, sheet migration and susceptibility to leader cells are examples of behaviours spontaneously emerging from these simple assumptions, which might explain why collective effects are so ubiquitous in nature. This analysis provides also new insights into cancer metastasis and cell sorting, suggesting in particular that collective invasion might result from an emerging coordination in a system where single cells are mechanically unable to invade.

This paper addresses a major gap in reported research on open innovation (OI): how do companies implement open innovation? To answer this question a sample of 43 cross-sector firms were reviewed for their OI implementation approaches. The study analyzed how firms moved from practising closed to open innovation, classifying the adoption path according to the impetus for the adoption of the OI paradigm and the coordination of the OI implementation. The way firms adopted OI was found to vary according to (1) their innovation requirements, (2) the timing of the implementation and (3) their organizational culture. © 2011 Elsevier Ltd. Hourly productivity levels in the UK still remain behind those in some competitor countries. The government devotes much policy attention to enhancing productivity and continues to emphasise its five drivers - investment, innovation, skills, enterprise, and competition. This article argues that it is investment broadly defined that is the key to sustained productivity improvement. The emphasis should be on improving productivity simultaneously with improving the quality of production. Only thus will the gains be widely shared. In achieving these aims there are two prerequisites for policy-makers. The first is to ensure better coordination of policy than appears to be currently achieved by the present departmental structures in Whitehall. The second is to recognize fully the long and complex chain of causation that can be triggered by pulling on one policy lever. Such complexity can only be fully understood by more research on what actually goes on inside the black box of the organization. © 2006 Oxford University Press.

At the crossing between motor control neuroscience and robotics system theory, the paper presents a rhythmic experiment that is amenable both to handy laboratory implementation and simple mathematical modeling. The experiment is based on an impact juggling task, requiring the coordination of two upper-limb effectors and some phase-locking with the trajectories of one or several juggled objects. We describe the experiment, its implementation and the mathematical model used for the analysis. Our underlying research focuses on the role of sensory feedback in rhythmic tasks. In a robotic implementation of our experiment, we study the minimum feedback that is required to achieve robust control. A limited source of feedback, measuring only the impact times, is shown to give promising results. A second field of investigation concerns the human behavior in the same impact juggling task. We study how a variation of the tempo induces a transition between two distinct control strategies with different sensory feedback requirements. Analogies and differences between the robotic and human behaviors are obviously of high relevance in such a flexible setup. © 2008 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

Isolated transition metal ions/oxides in molecular sieves and on surfaces are a class of active sites for selective oxidation of hydrocarbons. Identifying the active sites and their coordination structure is vital to understanding their essential role played in catalysis and designing and synthesizing more active and selective catalysts. The isolated transition metal ions in the framework of molecular sieves (e.g., TS-1, Fe-ZSM-5, and V-MCM-41) or on the surface of oxides (e.g., MoO3/Al2O3 and TiO2/SiO2) were successfully identified by UV resonance Raman spectroscopy. The charge transfer transitions between the transition metal ions and the oxygen anions are excited by a UV laser and consequently the UV resonance Raman effect greatly enhances the Raman signals of the isolated transition metal ions. The local coordination of these ions in the rigid framework of molecular sieves or in the relatively flexible structure on the surface can also be differentiated by the shifts of the resonance Raman bands. The relative concentration of the isolated transition metal ion/oxides could be estimated by the intensity ratio of Raman bands. This study demonstrates that the UV resonance Raman spectroscopy is a general technique that can be widely applied to the in-situ characterization of catalyst synthesis and catalytic reactions. Lewis base modification strategy on rare earth ternary catalyst was disclosed to enhance nucleophilic ability of active center during copolymerization of carbon dioxide and propylene oxide (PO), poly(propylene carbonate) (PPC) with H-T linkages over 83%, and number-average molecular weight (M-n) up to 100 kg/mol was synthesized at room temperature using Y(CCl3OO)(3)-ZnEt2-glycerine catalyst and 1,10-phenanthroline (PHEN) cocatalyst. Coordination of PHEN with active Zinc center enhanced the nucleophilic ability of the metal carbonate, which became more regio-specific in attacking carbon in PO, leading to PPC with improved H-T linkages.

A series of titanium phosphinimide complexes [Ph2P(2-RO-C6H4)(2)TiCl2 (7, R = CH3; 8, R = CHMe2) and (PhP(2-Me2CHOC6H4)][THF]TiCl3 (9) have been prepared by reaction of TiCl4 with the corresponding phosphinimines under dehalosilylation. The structure of complex 9 has been determined by X-ray crystallography, and a solvent molecule THF was found to be coordinated with the central metal and the Ti-O bond was consistent with the normal Ti-O (donor) bond length. The complexes 7 and 8 displayed inactive to ethylene polymerization, and the complex 9 displayed moderate activity in the presence of modified methylaluminoxane (MMAO) or i-BU3Al/Ph3CB(C6F5)(4), and this should be partly attributed to coordination of THF with titanium and the steric effect of two iso-propoxyl. And catalytic activity up to 32.2 kg-PE/(mol-Ti h bar) was observed.

In our study, the Eu2+ doped Li2CaSiO4 phosphors were initially synthesized by high temperature solid state method, and their luminescent properties were also investigated. Eu2+ ions occupied 8-coordinatid distorted dodecahedral Ca sites, leading to strong crystal field splitting. The strong crystal field splitting made the broad excitation band extending from UV to visible region. In addition, the high concentration of Li+ ions in the structure constrained the distortion of the emission centers, then resulted in a small stokes shift, similar to 1100 cm(-1). Under excitation, the Li2CaSiO4:Eu2+ phosphors emitted bluish green light with peak of 480 nm, FWHM of 31 nm and color coordination of (0.06, 0.44). The Eu2+ doped Li2CaSiO4 phosphor would be suitable for bluish green phosphor of white LEDs due to its excellent excitation profile and chromaticity.

轮腿复合移动机器人具有很好的地面适应能力和越障能力。本文通过对机器人系统结构的分析和其越障高度的静态分析,计算出机器人能够越障的最大高度,并提出了针对典型地形环境(沟、坎、台)越障问题的机器人构型优化以及轮腿运动协调控制算法,而且通过实验验证了算法的有效性。

针对Internet多机器人系统中存在的操作指令延迟、工作效率低、协作能力差等问题,提出了多机器人神经元群网络控制模型。在学习过程中,来自不同功能区域的多类型神经元连接形成动态神经元群集,来描述各机器人的运动行为与外部条件、内部状态之间复杂的映射关系,通过对内部权值连接的评价选择,以实现最佳的多机器人运动行为协调。以互联网足球机器人系统为实验平台,给出了学习算法描述。仿真结果表明,己方机器人成功实现了配合射门的任务要求,所提模型和方法提高了多机器人的协作能力,并满足系统稳定性和实时性要求。

This report mainly focused on methodology of spatiotemporal patterns (STP) of cognitive potentials or event-related potentials (ERP). The representation of STP of brain wave is an important issue in the research of neural assemblies. This paper described methods of parametric 3D head or brain modeling and its corresponding interpolation for functional imaging based on brain waves. The 3D interpolation method is an extension of cortical imaging technique. It can be used with transformed domain features of brain wave on realistic head or brain models. The simulating results suggests that it is a better method in comparison with the global nearest neighbor technique. A stable and definite STP of brainwave referred as microstate may become basic element for comprehending sophisticated cognitive processes. Fuzzy c-mean algorithm was applied to segmentation STPs of ERP into microstates and corresponding membership functions. The optimal microstate number was estimated with both the trends of objective function against increasing clustering number and the decorrelation technique base don microstate shape similarity. Comparable spatial patterns may occur at different moments in time with fuzzy indices and thus the serial processing limit generated from behavioral methods has been break through. High-resolution frequency domain analysis was carried out with multivariate autoregressive model. Bases on a 3D interpolation mentioned above, visualization of dynamical coordination of cerebral network was realized with magnitude-squared partial coherence. Those technique illustrated with multichannel ERP of 9 subjects when they undertook Strop task. Stroop effects involves several regions during post-perception stage with technique of statistical parameter mapping based F-test [SPM(F)]. As SPM(F) suggested task effects occurred within 100 ms after stimuli presentation involved several sensory regions, it may reflect the top-down processing effect.
