El blog y otras herramientas comunicativas de la biblioteca del Área de Gestión Sanitaria Este de Málaga - Axarquía

In 2006 the Library of the Andalusian Public Health System (BVSSPA) is constituted as a Virtual Library which provides Resources and Services that are accessed through inter-hospital local area network (corporate intranet) and Internet. On the other hand, the Hospital de la Axarquia still did not have any institutional or self-presence on the Internet and the librarian ask the need to create a space for communication with the "digital users" of the Library of the area through a website. MATERIALS AND METHODS. The reasons why we opted for a blog were: -It was necessary to make no financial outlay for its establishment. It allowed for great versatility, both in its administration and in its management by users. -The ability to compile on the same platform different Web 2.0 communication tools. Between different options available we chose Blogger Google Inc. The blog allowed entry to the 2.0 services or Social Web in the library. The benefits offered were many, especially the visibility of the service and communication with the user. 2.0 tools that have been incorporated into the library are: content syndication (RSS) which allowed users to stay informed about updates to the blog. Share documents and other multimedia as presentations through SlideShare, images through Flickr or Picasa, or videos (YouTube). And the presence on social network like Facebook and Twitter. RESULTS. The analysis of the activity we has been traking by Google Analytics tool, helping to determine the number of blog visits. Since its stablishment, on November 17th 2006, until November 29th 2010 the blog has received 15,787 visitors, 38,422 page views were consulted, at each visit on average 2.4 pages were consulted and each visit has an average stay at the site of 4'31''. DISCUSSION. The blog has served as a communication and information tool with the user. Since the creation of the blog we have incorporated technologies and tools to interact with the user. With all the tools used we have applied the concept of "open source" and the contents were generated from the activities organized in the Knowledge Management Unit from the anatomo-clinical sessions, the training activities, dissemination events, etc. The result has been the customization of library services, contextualized in the Knowledge Management Unit - Axarquia. In social networks we have shared information and files with the professionals and the community. CONCLUSIONS. The blog has allowed us to explore technologies that allow us to communicate with the user and the community, disseminate information and documents with the participation of users and become the "Interactive Library" we aspire to be.

Proposta de consolidació d'un talús a l'estadi municipal de futbol de Montilivi (Girona)

L’estudi pretén comprovar que el talús adjacent a la grada est de l’Estadimunicipal de Montilivi no és estable i posteriorment proposar una mesura correctora, dimensionar-la i comprovar-la amb un programa d’ordinador específic Els antecedents al problema són els següents: A la ciutat de Girona, concretament al barri de Montilivi existeix un problemàtica que es va reiterant any rere any. Degut a les característiques geomecàniques del seu subsòl, argiles expansives, quan s’augmenta les condicions d’humitat del terreny, es produeix una solifluxió del terreny i desencadena en esllavissades. S’hi ha intentat posar solució però el fet és que només s’ha apedaçat el problema. A l’any 1996 es produeix la primera esllavissada del talús. S’ensorra la grada preferent del camp del Girona. El 7 de maig de 2004. Un nou esfondrament a la grada est de l’estadi que afecta al nou vial d’accés a la Universitat de Girona. Finalment, i després de la gran nevada del 2010, es produeix una nova esllavissada en elrecinte de l’obra d’ampliació de l’estadi de Montilivi

Projecte d'una indústria càrnia elaboradora d'embotits cuits seguint criteris d'eficiència energètica, situada al polígon industrial del Terme Municipal de Riudellots de la Selva, província de Girona

Disseny i posada en marxa d’una indústria càrnia elaboradora d’embotits cuits on es segueixen criteris d’eficiència energètica en tot el procés. La indústria s’ubicarà al polígon industrial Girona, sector Ponent, del terme municipal de Riudellots de la Selva a la comarca de la Selva, en una propietat del promotor, dotada amb bones comunicacions per carretera, ferrocarril i avió, i a més es trova situada a prop de nuclis urbans importants com Girona i Barcelona. Per tant, per la seva localització i les bones infraestructures existents podem assegurar que tindrà un bon accés per la recepció de les matèries primeres i per la distribució dels productes acabats. Es dissenyen les instal•lacions de la indústria per garantir una capacitat productiva de 1.000 tones de producte acabat a l’any. La comercialització dels seus productes es preveu que sigui bàsicament a nivell de la província de Girona, abraçant una quota de mercat del sector carni en aquesta zona d’un 10%, i podent ampliar el seu mercat objectiu en un futur a d’altres províncies o a l’estranger si fos viable. Del volum anual de producció, es decideix que el 45% de la producció vagi destinada a envasos llescats, ja que la venda d’un producte llescat fa que el consumidor final compri l’estrictament necessari, per tant aquest fet assegura que elmercat sigui més estable. El 55% restant es destina a la presentació a l’engròs, per poder servir el producte a carnisseries o al sector restauració

Princípios da gestão orientada para resultados na esfera municipal: o caso da prefeitura de Curitiba

O interesse em estudar o tema gestão para resultados (GpR) tem sido pauta de discussão, debate e pesquisa nas prefeituras e universidades. Neste artigo, o objetivo é analisar como se manifestam os princípios da gestão para resultados, identificando sua presença no planejamento e gestão municipal de Curitiba. Como metodologia da pesquisa, optou-se por um estudo de caso na gestão da Prefeitura Municipal de Curitiba no período de 1997 a 2010. O protocolo de pesquisa contemplou as variáveis que se caracterizaram como qualitativas e quantitativas, orientadas em quatro períodos distintos do tempo. Os resultados auferidos demonstraram a evidência, as características e as influências diferenciadas das variáveis nos períodos observados, reiterando que a administração municipal apresenta um processo evolutivo e contínuo, decorrente dos movimentos de planejamento de várias décadas. Identificou-se como forte a presença dos princípios de uma GpR, tanto no recorte por período como no recorte por variável, tendo-se constatado a média de 87% de presença das variáveis nos períodos estudados. As contribuições do presente estudo podem ser direcionadas à comunidade acadêmica, à administração municipal pesquisada, aos gestores, a outras prefeituras e à sociedade. Como conclusão do estudo, observa-se que essa temática pode trazer contribuições no âmbito de formulações e definição de estratégias adequadas ao atendimento de uma gestão municipal que priorize resultados à sociedade.

La Biblioteca Virtual del Sistema Sanitario Público de Andalucía: 10 años de servicio y un futuro viable

Les habilitats Informacionals a la Biblioteca de la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya

In this paper the initiatives carried out by the Biblioteca Virtual UOC in relation to the information skills, in the UOC curricula as well as in the context of new European higher education area, are presented. Looking forward the catalogue of generic skills to be defined by the UOC, in relation to which the Virtual Library has submitted a proposal to introduce a course on information skills to be offered during the first semester, the Library has chosen to develop and carry out two complementary initiatives. On the one hand, to offer a course of information skills for teachers within the program of training courses for teachers organized by the Teaching Action Management Area. On the other, the Library participates in the presential meetings organized by the University by means of workshops to guide students in finding information.
