Les Attitudes des élèves concernant le travail sur les textes

Pour apprendre le français à l’école, en classe, on peut choisir plusieurs méthodes et stratégies différentes. Dans ce mémoire quatre différentes méthodes de travailler avec un texte en classe ont été examinées. Les attitudes des élèves concernant ces quatre méthodes ont été observées. Les élèves qui ont répondu aux questions ont fait des études de français au niveau 3 (steg 3), dans un lycée en Dalécarlie, en Suède. Dans leur manuel scolaire quatre textes courts ont été choisis. Les élèves ont lu les textes à la maison et en classe, pour ensuite travailler en classe avec le contenu. Pour le premier texte chaque élève a écrit un petit résumé, pour le deuxième texte ils ont répondu aux questions deux à deux, pour le troisième texte ils ont discuté le texte en petits groupes de quatre ou cinq personnes, et pour le quatrième et dernier texte ils ont répondu individuellement aux questions portant sur le texte.    L’aspect le plus intéressant de l'étude a été de prendre connaissance de ce qui était perçu comme positif ou négatif concernant les quatre méthodes. Il semble qu'il soit difficile pour certains élèves de concentrer leur attention sur le travail s’ils travaillent en groupe. Certains élèves parlent d’autres choses et ne prennent pas leur responsabilité pour le travail. Parfois les élèves les plus compétents dans le groupe font le travail très vite sans faire attention aux élèves moins compétents. Ainsi les élèves moins compétents ne participent pas au travail et n’apprennent rien. 

Efeitos de um extrato aquoso de buzhong yi qi wan (fórmula magistral chinesa) na marcação de constituintes sanguíneos com tecnécio-99m, na morfologia e na fragilidade osmótica de hemácias de ratos Wistar

Technetium-99m (99mTc) has been used to obtain several radiobiocomplexes utilized to aid in the diagnosis of diseases. Blood constituents, as red blood cells (RBC) and plasma proteins, have been labeled with 99mTc. Natural and synthetic drugs can alter the labeling of these constituents. The aim of this work was to investigate the possibility of a Buzhong YiQi Wan extract to alter (i) the labeling of blood constituents with 99mTc, (ii) the RBC morphology, and (iii) osmotic fragility of RBC withdrawn from Wistar rats. The data showed that the BYQW extract (i) could affect labeling of blood constituintes with 99mTc, (ii) could affect the membrane integrity decreasing the osmotic resistance and (iii) could not alter the shape of RBC. Probably, these findings would be associated with properties of the substances present in the aqueous extract of BYQW. Maria Lúcia Medeiros, entreatos, o fato e a ficção

Este trabalho é uma Biografia Literária, e tem como objetivo o de traçar um panorama da vida e da obra da escritora Maria Lúcia Medeiros, apoiado nos pressupostos teóricos de uma nova vertente da crítica literária: a crítica biográfica. Com base na leitura dos textos - literários e não literários - de Maria Lúcia Medeiros (contos, fotos, anotações, rascunhos e bilhetes, Diário, documentos e vida), esta dissertação - construída em Atos, a exemplo de uma peça de teatro, com Prólogo e Remate -, procura estabelecer uma leitura interpretativa da vida e da obra da mulher e escritora (como se sua vida fosse um texto a mais entre os outros textos). No prólogo, destacamos como se iniciou este estudo e comentamos as teorias que sustentam a interpretação da vida e da obra de Maria Lúcia Medeiros, reafirmando o seu prazer de lidar com a palavra e sua contribuição para a Literatura Paraense. Ao traçar a sua trajetória nos "atos" da sua peça-vida, acompanhamos seu percurso como ser humano e como escritora - a criança e adolescente, a mulher, a professora de Literatura Brasileira e Literatura Infanto-Juvenil, a leitora, a escritora, tentando descobrir o quantum de sua vida tornou-se obra e em que medida a literatura enriqueceu sua vida. Em seus textos, a autora de Horizonte silencioso funde realidades e gêneros literários. No texto deste trabalho, também se unem domínios, que antes se encontravam separados: ler conjuntamente textos e vidas é o que a nova crítica biográfica propõe, fusionando obra e existência. Diante disso, a construção do trabalho mostra o fascínio das biografias literárias, ao permitir a criação de um novo texto que entrelaça o contexto histórico-social com a história da vida e da obra de um autor, neste caso, de Maria Lúcia Medeiros.

Observation of the rare B-s(0)->mu(+)mu(-) decay from the combined analysis of CMS and LHCb data

Permanent Genetic Resources added to Molecular Ecology Resources Database 1 December 2011-31 January 2012

This article documents the addition of 473 microsatellite marker loci and 71 pairs of single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) sequencing primers to the Molecular Ecology Resources Database. Loci were developed for the following species: Barteria fistulosa, Bombus morio, Galaxias platei, Hematodinium perezi, Macrocentrus cingulum Brischke (a.k.a. M.abdominalis Fab., M.grandii Goidanich or M.gifuensis Ashmead), Micropogonias furnieri, Nerita melanotragus, Nilaparvata lugens Stal, Sciaenops ocellatus, Scomber scombrus, Spodoptera frugiperda and Turdus lherminieri. These loci were cross-tested on the following species: Barteria dewevrei, Barteria nigritana, Barteria solida, Cynoscion acoupa, Cynoscion jamaicensis, Cynoscion leiarchus, Cynoscion nebulosus, Cynoscion striatus, Cynoscion virescens, Macrodon ancylodon, Menticirrhus americanus, Nilaparvata muiri and Umbrina canosai. This article also documents the addition of 116 sequencing primer pairs for Dicentrarchus labrax.

La traduction des textes de théatre. Analyse comparée des réalités contemporaines française et italienne

The aim of the present study is to address contemporary drama translation by comparing two different scenarios, namely France and Italy. For each country, the following areas are described: publications of translated drama texts, their promotion and dissemination, the legal framework concerning copyright in publication and performance contracts. Moreover, the analysis highlights that the translation process of drama texts is part of a working cycle networking different professional figures, such as dramatic authors, directors, actors and publishers. Within this cycle, the translator is in a middle and central position at the same time, a sort of border zone between different contexts, i.e. the source language and culture and the target language and culture. As regards translation-related issues, on the basis of theoretical approaches that can be applied to drama translation, a number of translators’ opinions, statements, positions and practices are compared, thus highlighting an idea of drama translation wavering between translation and adaptation. Drama translators seem to follow these two orientations simultaneously, in compliance with translation ethics and the functional needs of target texts. Such ambivalence is due to the desire and difficulty of translating the specific nature of drama texts, i.e. translating textual elements that are linked, eventually, to stage performance. Indeed, the notion of text or form fidelity is replaced by the notion of fidelity to the theatrical value of a text, in terms of fidelity to its theatrical nature and rhythmical tension. The analysis reveals that drama translators work together with theatre operators, and that in many cases translators are authors, directors or actors themselves. These drama skills enable translators to apply relevant strategies when translating elements that generate rhythm, thus choosing from deleting, reproducing or recreating.

Butor et le livre-installation: montage de textes, œuvre plurielle, transits entre univers culturels

La complétude des Œuvres complètes de Butor est problématique, car elle ne prend pas en compte les collaborations de toutes sortes et les œuvres inscrites sur d’autres supports que du papier. Pour avoir une véritable idée de cette complétude, il faudrait donc imaginer une installation qui réunirait à la fois, entre autres, les codex habituels de Butor, les livres d’artistes, les œuvres numériques. On se rendrait compte que cette installation est fondée sur des passages de frontières entre les genres artistiques, l’assemblage et le collage permettant de passer des frontières entre univers culturels différents.
