This research analyses the positives and/or negatives of external reviews to work's organization developed at the/and by the school. It should be noted that it's a qualitative case of empirical research, and it takes the pattern of case's study, because we held the investigation just in one school, which in turn, belongs to the education's public network by the state, and is located at the São Paulo northwest. The tools employed at this research for the data's collect were the observation, restricted to times of Pedagogical Work Activities Collective from the school, and the semi structured interviews with educational coordinators and the teachers too. We choose educational coordinators and teachers because they are closer with the education and learning methods, as well as their activities have more responsibility in relation to the main function developed by school, that is to teach, in other words, educational processes. This research also concerns an investigation about the educational coordinators and teachers conceptions, in relation to system's implantation external reviews at the schools. The results indicate to incidence of significant interference of the external reviews to/in the organization school's work, as, a teaching practice reorientation from results arising these reviews, or, modifications in the internal rating, since they have followed a tendency towards becoming more similar with their own external reviews. In what concerns the subjects investigated, we can emphasize that mostly submitted alienation with respect to negative effects of the external reviews for school. They showed that are conformed with the reality that they are inserted and in your mostly they proved perceive the positive effects by the implantation of external reviews. Com o propósito de se obter um conhecimento aprofundado sobre DNAs repetitivos e sua organização nos cromossomos de gafanhotos, nós utilizamos a técnica citogenética de Hibridização in situ fluorescente (FISH) para o mapeamento da distribuição de dezesseis sequências de microssatélites, incluindo mono-, di-, tri- e tetra-nucleotídeos, nos cromossomos da espécie Abracris flavolineata (Acrididae), que comporta um cromossomo B (supranumerário). A FISH (Hibridização in situ fluorescente) revelou pelo menos dois padrões distintos: (i) sinais exclusivamente espalhados, e (ii) sinais espalhados e específicos, formando blocos evidentes. O enriquecimento foi observado em ambas áreas de eucromatina e heterocromatina e também apenas o motivo (C)30 apresentou ausência na heterocromatina. Os cromossomos A e B se apresentaram enriquecidos com todos os elementos mapeados, sendo observado para o cromossomo a presença de blocos mais distintivos para (GA)15 e (GAG)10. Para o complemento A blocos distintos foram observados para (A)30, (CA)15, (CG)15, (GA)15, (CAC)10, (CAA)10, (CGG)10, (GAA)10, (GAC)10 e (GATA)8. Estes resultados revelaram um intenso espalhamento dos microssatélites no genoma de Abracris flavolineata independentemente de enriquecimento de A+T ou G+C de cada uma das sequências. Os dados indicam que os microssatélites compõem o cromossomo B e que poderiam estar envolvidos na evolução deste elemento na espécie em estudo, embora nenhuma relação específica com qualquer cromossomo A tenha sido observado para discutir sobre sua origem. A análise sistemática apresentada neste trabalho contribui para o conhecimento sobre DNAs repetitivos e sua organização nos cromossomos dos gafanhotos, incluindo os cromossomos B

Introduction: Secondary care in oral health in Brazil is still a little researched topic. Objective: The aim of this study was to analyze the resolution of dental services in SUS based on the referral to secondary attention and backreferral to primary attention. Methodology: It’s a descriptive, quantitative study that used secondary data collected from dental records of patients seen at Centre of Dental Specialties (Ceo) in a city of São Paulo State. Result: It was analyzed 1030 dental records. Just 1236 proceedings received referral to Ceo and among then, 86.4% showed the first attendance on Basic Health Unity (UBS) through spontaneous demand and 50.4% (n=623) received referral to endodontic treatment. There was evasion of 2.27% of studied population (n=28) on the first specialized consultation. Among 1208 proceedings that started the treatment in Ceo, 62.6% (n=757) were finalized and received back-referral to primary attention, that finalized 61.1% (n=463) of proceedings. To conclude the treatment, considering the time spent in Ceo and primary attention, there was variation according to specialty: periodontics – 62 days (sd ±68) and endodontics – 71 days (sd ±51.8), requiring 3 consultations in average, regardless specialty. Conclusion: The Centre of Dental Specialties gave referral and attention to the majority of demand, regardless specialty. However, there are many cases of evasion during dental treatment, alerting managers to develop methods to entice these patients, reducing service expenses and raising solvability of dental procedures previously initiated.

This article aims to analyze the use of human resource practices in a public organization in Sao Paulo. In this paper we try to answer the question: is the human resource management in the organization Y compatible with the new strategic issues this area? We adopted a qualitative approach, through case study. The primary data were obtained through interviews and secondary data were obtained through analysis of information and documents provided by the studied organization as well as direct observation of organizational routine. The results indicate that, despite the organization uses the term strategic human resources management, it is focused on legal and operational issues. The human resource practices are not integrated and some practices do not exist (career plan and training). Thus, it is believed that if the organization adopts some of the improvements suggested in this article, it will be walking toward a more strategic human resource management entering in the new public management.

In this paper, we aim to understand the discourses of public school teachers who were former students of an Undergraduate Physics Education course, when they are perceived as actors speakers a public sphere concerned about teacher eduaction. So, we focused virtual dialogues occurred between these former students and a professor of the same course during the organization of the First Meeting of Ex-students inserted in an annual event called Meeting of the Teaching Practice in Physics of Ilha Solteira (ENPEFIS). Thus, we analyze these dialogues according to concepts of public sphere, communicative action and teachers as intellectuals according to elements of the content analysis of these virtual dialogues. Therefore, we envision in this work an important discussion for science teaching , since it reflects briefly on Physics Education committed to discussing science teaching in order to overcome the dogmatic and instrumental science education.
