钙调素拮抗剂W_7和FPZ均可抑制葛仙米藻殖段的分化。利用FPZ作为荧光染色剂发现 ,经过钙调素拮抗剂处理的藻体有较低的钙调素分布。在达到一定浓度后 ,金属离子螯合剂EGTA也抑制藻殖段分化。金霉素 (CTC)荧光显示 ,经EGTA处理的藻细胞其膜钙分布大大减少。但实验表明 ,藻殖段得以正常分化却是多种金属离子共同参与的结果。一氧化氮 (NO)可以大大降低葛仙米藻殖段的分化率 ,一氧化氮合成酶 (NOS)的抑制剂NNA也可以抑制藻殖段的分化。外源地加入氧自由基抑制了藻殖段的分化 ,但是氧自由基的清除物过氧

用丙酸睾丸素溶液浸泡行雌核发育的异育银鲫(Allogynogeneticcruciancarp)胚胎10~14天 ,诱导出了11.0 %~13.6 %的雄性鱼和10.5 %~27.3 %的兼性鱼。对50日龄的异育银鲫幼鱼投喂甲基睾丸素4个月 ,再继续饲养182~335天 ,诱导出了20 %以上的雄性鱼。此外 ,部分实验鱼两侧卵巢的大小出现明显差异。

We develop a group-theoretical analysis of slow feature analysis for the case where the input data are generated by applying a set of continuous transformations to static templates. As an application of the theory, we analytically derive nonlinear visual receptive fields and show that their optimal stimuli, as well as the orientation and frequency tuning, are in good agreement with previous simulations of complex cells in primary visual cortex (Berkes and Wiskott, 2005). The theory suggests that side and end stopping can be interpreted as a weak breaking of translation invariance. Direction selectivity is also discussed. © 2011 Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

In this paper, we study the behavior of a network of N agents, each evolving on the circle. We propose a novel algorithm that achieves synchronization or balancing in phase models under mild connectedness assumptions on the (possibly time-varying and unidirectional) communication graphs. The global convergence analysis on the N-torus is a distinctive feature of the present work with respect to previous results that have focused on convergence in the Euclidean space. © 2006 Elsevier B.V. 利用化学诱变法获得了蓝藻聚球藻10%CO2生长需求的突变株N150。突变株N150具较高的无机碳运输速率和无机碳库,表观光合作用对外源无机碳的亲和性与已知的其它高二氧化碳需求突变株有显著区别。突变株N150的突变缺陷主要在不能适应低CO2条件。当有Na+(100mmol/L)存在时,突变株可恢复在较低CO2浓度(1%)下生长的能力。

将凤眼莲茎段培养在含6-BA1~10mg/L的MS培养基上,光照培养,可直接分化出芽.6-BA浓度为3mg/L时,芽分化频率最高,达46.7%.所分化的不定芽必须及时转移到低激素浓度的培养基上,才能进一步生长发育.凤眼莲幼叶和幼根外植体在上述相同培养条件下,仅能形成愈伤组织.凤眼莲再生植株必须生长在高湿度的培养环境中,液体培养明显优于固体培养.

研究了在25℃条件下重铬酸钾对方形网纹涤Ceriodaphniaquadrangula(O,F.Muler)存活、生殖和生长的影响。急性试验求得铬铬酸钾对该僵的24h和48hBc50值分别为1.0179mg/L和0.4127mg/L;其可信限分别为0.4698一1.7180mg/L和0.1980一0.6988mg/L。慢性试验以存活、生殖和生长为毒性指标,未觉察反应浓度(NOEC)为0.0625mg/L,最低觉察反应浓度(LOEO)为0.1250mg/L,其应用系数在0.15一0.30之间。流水试验(NO

兼顾富营养化评价和水生态系统常规监测,提出了以7种常见营养物(NO_3-N,NO_2-N,NH_4-N,TN,PO_4-P,TP,SiO_2)和浮游植物3个常用参数(日平均初级生产量P_G,生物量B,chla)为指标体系的湖泊营养类型评价标准;使用层次分析法,对上述10个因子作出权重分配,从而建立起评价湖泊富营养化程度的一种新方法。评价结果表明:尽管近年来东湖浮游植物的几项指标有所下降,但东湖富营养化程度奉有明显改变,

本项研究工作表明,塔式生物滤池在处理模拟洗涤剂工业废水时,能够适应和克服一般好氧生化法所不能解决的泡沫问题,并对废水中的LAS和COD具有一定的去除效果。根据实验结果,初步认为塔滤可应用于洗涤剂工业废水的生化处理,并向洗涤剂行业首次推荐这种废水生物学净化方法。从塔滤的生物膜中分离出了优势菌,经鉴定为一种气单胞菌(Aeromonas sp.D-4)。

<正> 1976年6月至8月,中国科学院青藏高原综合科学考察队藏北分队对冈底斯山,念青唐古拉山以北,昆仑山以南的广大藏北地区进行了多学科的综合考察。我所陈宜瑜同志参加了这次考察,对该地区各种水体的水生生物进行了广泛地采集,在采得的标本中,藻类是十分丰富的。我们在鉴定该区振泉湖藻类标本时,发现一特殊类型的藻类。通过对液浸标本和固定染色标本的研究,确定它是绿藻门丝藻目的一新属。

Hot-pressed laminates with a [0/90]48 lay-up, consisting of 83% by volume of ultra high molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fibres, and 17% by volume of polyurethane (PU) matrix, were cut into cantilever beams and subjected to transverse end-loading. The collapse mechanisms were observed both visually and by X-ray scans. Short beams deform elastically and collapse plastically in longitudinal shear, with a shear strength comparable to that observed in double notch, interlaminar shear tests. In contrast, long cantilever beams deform in bending and collapse via a plastic hinge at the built-in end of the beam. The plastic hinge is formed by two wedge-shaped microbuckle zones that grow in size and in intensity with increasing hinge rotation. This new mode of microbuckling under macroscopic bending involves both elastic bending and shearing of the plies, and plastic shear of the interface between each ply. The double-wedge pattern contrasts with the more usual parallel-sided plastic microbuckle that occurs in uniaxial compression. Finite element simulations and analytical models give additional insight into the dominant material and geometric parameters that dictate the collapse response of the UHMWPE composite beam in bending. Detailed comparisons between the observed and predicted collapse responses are used in order to construct a constitutive model for laminated UHMWPE composites. © 2013 Elsevier Ltd.
