Introduction: This paper presents preliminary results of the research project "Information access: actions and strategies of the Chamber of Deputies to meet 12.527/2011 Law”. Finally some considerations about the implementation of the Law within the Chamber of Deputies are presented. Objectives: Discuss the matter of public information access after the new Brazilian information access law and his relationship between the theories information policy, information regime and informational state. Methodology: Bibliographic research about several theoretical topics related to information access were raised, for example: the concept of information, information policy, informational state, information regime, electronic government and information asymmetry. Results: The preliminaries data shows a convergence of information policies from many countries, for example, Finland, Canada and South Africa, to a same point, which indicates an increase of transparency and a bigger active disclosure of information public. Conclusion: In Brazilian case, in the relationship between State and citizen, the new information access law means a materialization paradigm change or the concretization de other information regime. The sanction of this law can be interpreted as another step to increase the transparency and the affirmation of democratic relationship between State and society.

The Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) can be combined with the acquisition of academic knowledge and cultural development of students, as they improve their information literacy, and why not say, also digital. Weaim in this research seek references and present experiences that encourage a new concept of school library with the use of ICT in teaching and learning in individual and collective development of the student community. To complement this study we prioritized the following objectives: to insert the technology into the routine of a school library; identify the informational and technological profile of adolescents; understand the needs and technological resources they use to obtain information in daily life and also analyze the importance the effective participation of the school library in the educational context of the school, through greater interaction between the librarian, teacher and pedagogical coordination seeking a cooperative and informal ICT teaching and learning for along with the students, sharing the search for information and knowledge, in a conscious and responsible way. Chosen as theoretical foundation the cognitive studies of Jean Piaget, witch explains how the stages of assimilation and accommodation of knowledge in cooperative practices work. As a methodology was developed a participatory-action research, to learn the behavioral state of young people and adolescents, based on the model of information search for the everyday life (Everyday Life Information Seeking) – ELIS, developed by Finnish researcher Savoleinen (2006), as well as identify the informational and technological profile of adolescents from two selected approaches in the scientific literature (HUGUES-HASSEL; AGOSTO, 2007; UCL, 2008). Thus, came up the initiative to create a Confraternity of the Library in a collaborative digital environment, providing the participants discussion and learning technologies as well as digital information literacy enhancement.

The professional archivist must be able to acquire apprenticeship and to pass his team of work, fulfilling so in satisfactory way his to do inside the institution which works, making possible, the use, the dissemination, organization, recuperation of the information. Since an enabled, well prepared professional develops of doing his efficient way inside the organization (or institution), and it bears in mind what must always be updated and prepared so the new technologies of the information and communication changes are in constant, therefore the professional of the information (archivist) must be constantly looking for apprenticeship, to be enabled through the continued education.

In recent decades the rise of the tools of information and communication technology (ICT) has been notorious. Currently ICTs are an important educational tool and is associated with the development of teaching methods courses in basic and higher education. Given the influence that these tools are currently engaged in several sectors, this project aimed to assess the frequency and manifestations of ICT that have been employed in the teaching of histology in the Schools of Dentistry of São Paulo. The virtual page of 43 Higher Education Institutions (HEI) was analyzed to search for links to sites of histology. With this assessment only 4 virtual domains were found which was present a narrow range of virtual tools such as hypertext, graphics, quizzes and lessons in electronic formats. Later, by sending a questionnaire to 46 teachers of histology of the Universities of São Paulo, were analyzed for the presence or absence of a site of discipline, mode and frequency of use of ICTs in education, and the value that teacher attaches to these tools. From the responses obtained were concluded that teachers who have websites in general have no interactivite tools and many seem to ignore the real representation of interactivity in teaching and the possibilities of applications of ICTs. However most teachers recognize the importance of education mediated by virtual tools

In this work were studied associations of ZnO with the natural products caffeic and feluric acids. Two preparation methods were used, that is, the sol-gel and a reflux procedure. In the sol-gel method, ZnO is produced by the basics hydrolysis of precursors in the presence of the organic filters (caffeic and feluric acids), which results in 30 nm (or less) ZnO particles with the organic filters (in dissociated form) bonded to the surface of ZnO. In the reflux method, a dispersion of ZnO in a water/ethanol mixture was kept under reflux (50oC/4h) in the presence of the organic acids. The ZnO particles used in the reflux method have a higher diameter than sol-gel ZnO particles, but the prepared associated product ZnO/Organic acids were similar. Despite of the difference in relation to crystallinity between the products, the preparation methods resulted in analogous associations with respect to the interaction of the organic filters with the ZnO surface. The caffeic/ZnO associations presented low photostability, which lead to the degradation of the organic filter. The other associations (feluric acid/ZnO) presented satisfactory results. The FT-IR spectroscopy confirmed the formation of the association, and the nature of the bond formed compared with the Zn-O bond in Zn2+/Felutic acid complexes. The isolated organic and inorganic filters, along with the associations were analyzed by diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and Uv-vis spectroscopy. The absorption edges and the critical wavelengths were analyzed and the effects of Zn-O bonds in feluric acid/ZnO associations described as a function of the relative position of the π/π* system of the organic filter. Finally the performance of the hybrid filters were investigated in terms of the absorption of UVA and UVB radiations, with the UVA/UVB ratio, an efficiency parameter largely used in the description of solar filters, sunscreen and suncare products

This research work aims to analyze and understand the teaching of geography in the perspective of historical and critical pedagogy, with the object of analysis, the Center for Integrated Natural Disaster Alerts (CIADEN) for students in Cycle I of the Elementary School, located in Etec “Astor de Mattos Carvalho”, in Cabrália Paulista-SP. Deepening the knowledge of geography teaching in a critical and controversial about the bad weather and the use of new technologies to transform the social order and its relationship with the environment. Contributing to the students and the community have a new proposal for action from the content learned, capable of solving the present and future with respect to weather, climate and natural disasters. Introdução: Atualmente a Educação Física Escolar vem passando por grandes mudanças como, por exemplo, a implementação de uma proposta curricular para as escolas da rede estadual de ensino. No entanto, a falta conhecimentos sob os temas abordados, faz com que os professores trabalhem apenas conteúdos que apresentam um maior domínio o que torna, muitas vezes, as aulas de Educação Física em aulas exclusivamente de esportes coletivos (futsal, basquetebol, voleibol e handebol), deixando de lado outros componentes da cultura corporal. Diante disso, esse trabalho propõe apresentar algumas possibilidades para o atletismo na escola, de modo a buscar a responder as seguintes questões. O que os alunos devem saber sobre o atletismo na escola? Quais valores o atletismo pode acrescentar para estes alunos? O que os alunos devem saber fazer do atletismo? Objetivo: O objetivo do presente trabalho foi apresentar uma proposta curricular de atletismo para as aulas de Educação Física na escola do 6°, 7°, 8° e 9° ano do Ensino Fundamental (3º ciclo). Essas informações foram extraídas de entrevistas realizadas com professores especialistas em Atletismo e Educação Física escolar. Além disso, buscou-se construir um vídeo didático, para o 6°ano, sobre a apresentação das provas do atletismo. Metodologia: A metodologia de pesquisa utilizada para este estudo foi do tipo qualitativa e descritiva, pois consistiu na entrevista com docentes especialistas em Educação Física escolar e/ou Atletismo, e na elaboração de material didático e audiovisual. Conclusão: Todos os entrevistados bem como as propostas curriculares, enfatizaram a importância se reconhecer todas as provas do Atletismo

Due to the great impact caused by construction, the university has a major role in the development of alternative projects and studies aimed at sustainable development. This project presents the advantages and importance of building in a sustainable manner from the beginning to end of the Center of Experiences at UNESP, Rio Claro / SP. It will be presented alternative building materials that have high environmental performance and that bring the least negative impacts as possible. Providing a Center of Experiences through a sustainable building is in need of the university to renovate the new trends of society in which the construction is in harmony with the environment in which it is inserted. This sustainable building will serve as a model for students and residents of Rio Claro, since the building itself will serve as a way of learning to the audience goer, as well as for the other campuses of UNESP. Thus, this project will serve as a guide for decision makers facing the huge amount of building materials available in the market

Through the data acquisition system of the instrument Brazilian Solar Spectroscope (BSS) at INPE, solar observations in the decimetric radio wave band (1000-2500 MHz) are regularly made. This data is showed as dynamic spectra using the software BSSView created for this purpose. The process of data acquisition can be influenced by various sources, dificulting the resulting dynamic spectrum analysis. The objective of this work is to create a computational routine that eliminates dynamic components of the spectrum attributed to interfering signals and integrate it into BSSView. It was done a preliminary study on the programming language Interactive Data Language (IDL), in which the BSSView was developed, and the Fourier transform, that is required for the application of the filter

This paper aims to discuss the influence of new technologies in the field of media, more specifically, within the press. The discussion will contribute on concepts that emerge from new technologies in the environment of cyberspace, acceleration time; cyberculture, besides raising discussions on the social sphere in relation to the democratization of information via the Internet and the interests of political and marketing, which permeates the universe of the press professional. The intention of this work is to create an agenda for discussion around new technologies and their influence in changing the paradigm of communication and its impact cibersocial. Este trabalho é de natureza qualitativa e consiste em um estudo bibliográfico referente à interação entre jovens, educação musical e novas tecnologias. A partir da análise dos textos levantados, procura-se compreender como educadores musicais posicionam-se frente às tecnologias em suas aulas; e o quão significativas elas podem ser quando utilizadas. Inicialmente, o procedimento metodológico se deu através da definição de TICs e de uma contextualização sobre a presença das tecnologias na escuta, na educação e nas práticas musicais. Em seguida, utilizou-se quatro artigos publicados na Associação Brasileira de Educação Musical (ABEM), os quais foram analisados e discutidos de acordo com o pensamento vigente na bibliografia estudada, procurando verificar o estado da produção e aplicação de conhecimentos sobre o tema nesta área. Por fim, constata-se que a presença das tecnologias no ensino musical implica em mudanças no papel do professor e na matriz curricular dos cursos de Licenciatura em Música.

The goal of this paper is to critically analyze the practices developed by Solidarity Economy and to merge them with social technologies, aiming to achieve social transformation of popular groups. This transformation consists in the empowerment of those groups in means of work organization, considering their self-management and also the development of techniques and technologies utilized. Based on the understanding that technical development has no neutral character and it follows linearity within society, a discussion around the forms and uses of technology is conducted here, aiming at the perspective of changes in technologies’ development and also assigning social character to them. To think of social technology requires us to consider the space in which it is inserted, once it refers to a collective demand that belongs to self-managed groups. Therefore, to intent beyond self-management work, new productive forces are discussed here, and also the analysis and adhesion of an alternative technology for popular cooperatives

One of society concerns are preserving the environment and the growing energy demand. These two issues are in conflict since most of the energy used today in some way harms the environment. Then is essential to develop and implement ways to clean and renewable energy. In this way, solar energy stands out as a source of clean energy, renewable, abundant and acessible. Solar energy can be harnessed by photovoltaic cells or by solar collectors. The aim of this article is analysethe yield of the solar heather assembled with hydraulic conductive and plastic bottles using three different materials for hydraulic conductors, in order to compare these efficiences and analyze material which has the best cost-benefit in this type of application. The materials analyzed in this study were copper, aluminum and PVC. For this analysis were assembled three alike solar heaters using each one of these materials, and were done several series of measurements of the temperature water output to each heat with flow between 10 and 30 liters per hour. With these data we can analyze the yield and the performance of copper, aluminum and PVC in this application. So we can conclude that aluminum has a higher efficiency, followed by PVC, and the copper had the lowest efficiency. This behavior kept for all values of flow rates examined
