The objective of this work is to compare how manifests the ideological positioning in the hegemonic media productions, according to Gramsci's conception, in relation to the radical alternative media, proposed by John Downing. The research has as opinionated content sample printed newspaper O Estado de s. Paulo, contrasting with the expressions of NON-PROFIT bauruense environmental “Instituto Ambiental Vidágua on the proposals of the new Brazilian forest Code. The analysis will hold in an interval between the adoption of the code by the Chamber of deputies in April 2012, and the provisional measure of President Dilma Rousseff with 32 modifications, after vetoing 12 articles proposed initially in may 2012. Educação ambiental e contexto escolar: questões para um programa de pesquisas

In this paper are systematized the discussions conducted by GDP "Research in EA and School Context", in VII EPEA, which have had, as its main axis, themes, authors and theoretical perspectives privileged in research presented at the event and declared themselves affiliated to this GDP. The dialogue with researches from previous meetings and other, aims to deepen the questions posed by the research group. The discussions allowed to identify themes and issues that present themselves as significant and challenging for research in EA in the school context, namely the conversion of schools into sustainable educational spaces; public-private partnerships, with great interest from companies and NGOs in school spaces, waving kits with educational materials produced for the school; lack of investment in public policies for teacher training in EA; tendency to an adherence to critical environmental education, without, however, have clear theoretical and methodological commitments under this option.

Participação política no Brasil: ação coletiva e interfaces socioestatais

Essa coletânea reúne alguns trabalhos apresentados e discutidos no “Encontro internacional participação, democracia e políticas públicas: aproximando agendas e agentes”, realizado na Faculdade de Ciências e Letras da Unesp de Araraquara em abril de 2013. O encontro foi organizado pelo Grupo de Pesquisa Participação, Democracia e Políticas Públicas, formado por docentes e pesquisadores ligados ao Departamento de Antropologia, Política e Filosofia e também ao Departamento de Administração Pública desta faculdade. A proposta do encontro partiu do diagnóstico de ambos os departamentos da necessidade de se ampliar os debates que relacionem as temáticas da participação, das políticas públicas e da democracia no Brasil e na América Latina, no atual contexto de insuficiência das instituições políticas calcadas no âmbito da democracia liberal e de uma notória “crise da representação”. O livro foi dividido em três partes, “Ação coletiva e institucionalização: interfaces socioestatais”, que trata dos processos de institucionalização dos movimentos sociais; “Instituições participativas da teoria à implementação: dilemas e desafios”, sobre estratégias de governança; e “Participação como política e a política da participação: difusão, impactos, poder”, sobre políticas públicas e o trabalho das ONGs nas ações governamentais.

Análise do processo formativo de professores para a educação não formal realizada em organizações não governamentais

This article presents research academic-scientific aimed to examine the definition and theoretical approach or model curriculum that organizes and guides the training of teachers to work in the field of non-formal education made in non-governmental organizations (NGOs). We chose to adopt the perspective of qualitative research was conducted and the case study course called Teacher Training for NGOs, developed by an NGO based in the city of São Paulo. The research instruments were used: document analysis course, semi-directive interviews with their trainers and coordinator and literature review. Examined in the course curriculum is defined as a path to be followed by students and instructors and as organizer of the subjects studied. Adopts the approach named Integrated Curriculum, in which teaching occurs through the study of problem situations and integration projects of learning. At the end of the study, it is suggested that the improvement of the course and follow information that, hopefully, support the production of further comparative research.

Estudo exploratório sobre a delimitação e práticas contemporâneas da educação não formal

This paper presents the survey, demarcation and discussion of different forms of education, which are education unintentional or intentional informal education, which unfolds in formal and non-formal education. The study of the proposed theme was carried through the review, critical analysis and synthesis of academic and scientific literature relevant to different forms of education. It approaches so prominent non-formal education, due to the significant rise of the practices related to it and increase the visibility of the professionals who took teaching as craft specifically in this educational modality. The main sub-areas of non-formal education presented in the article are: corporate education, non-formal education in social held on nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), non-formal education aimed at prevention and health promotion, formation of free courses to people in different areas of knowledge and practice. At the end, pointing to the importance of considering the non-formal education records within its ambit the existence of political and pedagogical rationales different, even opposite, which requires teachers and researchers in the educational field constant vigilance epistemological, so to contribute to the construction and consolidation of a critical education, creative and emancipatory.

As tecnologias de informação e comunicação na produção de um material didático digital para profissionais de atletismo

Nesta pesquisa, buscamos aproximar o atletismo das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TIC). Entre a variedade de recursos que constituem as Novas Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação, escolhemos aqui, utilizar os vídeos disponíveis no Youtube, visto sua popularidade e por ser uma ferramenta de fácil acesso hoje em dia. Para interligar o atletismo vivenciado em Centros de Treinamento das Prefeituras Municipais, ONGs, Clubes e Projetos Sociais tivemos como objetivo investigar, na internet, os recursos didáticos disponíveis relacionados ao atletismo, especificamente vídeos do Youtube, produzindo um material didático digital que possa auxiliar profissionais de Educação Física que trabalham com o atletismo para crianças. Para estruturar esse material, utilizamos a Pedagogia do Esporte em seus três referenciais: Técnico-tático; Socioeducativo e Histórico-cultural como forma de incentivar técnicos e praticantes para vivenciar o esporte para além dos gestos motores, integrando valores afetivos, sociais e cognitivos a sua prática. Sendo assim, foram selecionados, através do Youtube, 171 vídeos relacionados com o ensino do atletismo pautado na Pedagogia do Esporte. Desses 171 vídeos: 75 estão relacionados ao Referencial Técnico-tático, 29 ao Referencial Socioeducativo e 67 ao Referencial Histórico-cultural. Desta forma, os vídeos foram organizados em banco de dados, separados pelas suas características. Avaliação da orientação motivacional de metas na modalidade do futebol

This study aimed to evaluate and compare the motivational goals orientation of task and ego for students belonging to two distinct environments sports football, a Private School of Sport and Non-Governmental Organization (ONG), both located in the city of Osasco - SP. Through a descriptive research we applied a scale TEOSQ to a sample of 196 subjects of both sexes aged between 7 and 17 years (mean 11.16 +2.09) and the data were treated with the calculation of Alpha´s coefficient, mean, standard deviation, median, and the averages compared with the Mann-Whitney test. The results showed stability in the instrument with alpha of 0.78 and 0.68 for the task of self in school´s sport with an average of 4.28 of task and 2.40 of ego, since the ONG´s Alpha task was 0.74 and 0.60 of Alpha´s ego with an average of task and ego of 4.40 and 2.75 respectively. We conclude the tendency for task-oriented with students predisposed to overeat constantly, and reliability of the instrument.

Social Watch: espaço alternativo para a comunicação da sociedade civil global

The text aims to show how Social Watch alternative site contributes to the construction of world citizenship to publish proposals for non-governmental organizations (NGOs), identified with groups excluded from traditional means of mass communication. The structure of the site is analyzed and studied in depth one of its publications, the Bulletin of August 2014, using some resources from the methodology of the framing and content analysis. The analysis shows that, in fact, the site is presented as place where civil society can express themselves and collect public power projects and proposals to increase the global citizenship.

O papel das organizações não-governamentais na cooperação internacional em saúde pública

O presente artigo pergunta pela possibilidade de as ONGs atuarem na cooperação internacional sanitária e pelo modo como essa atuação é regulada. Primeiramente se apresenta a cooperação internacional e sua relação com a saúde pública. Então são referidos dados sobre a cooperação bilateral sanitária brasileira, nos quais se pode verificar o reconhecimento formal das ONGs como parceiras dos Estados. Isso permite refletir sobre o papel das ONGs na cooperação e se percebe que, embora o direito internacional legitime a atuação das ONGs, ele regula essa atuação de modo incipiente. Isso sugere importantes aspectos a serem aperfeiçoados na relação jurídica que as ONGs travam com Estados no campo da saúde pública.

Gestão ambiental e interesses corporativos: imagem ambiental ou novas relações com o ambiente?

Este artigo trata da emergência de um novo sistema de comunicação ambiental a serviço das grandes corporações. Este sistema agrega novos agentes entre os quais podemos destacar: ONGs supostamente ambientalistas, empresas de certificação ambiental, instituições que promovem premiações ambientais. Argumenta-se que esta situação transformou as condições em que ocorre o embate sobre as questões ambientais e sobre as potenciais soluções para estas questões. A pesquisa funda-se em uma revisão da literatura sobre o assunto e em uma análise qualitativa de um conjunto de publicidades brasileiras que se utiliza de temas ambientais. Neste conjunto de publicidades, aparecem elementos para construirmos hipóteses sobre as articulações realizadas pelo setor corporativo para responder ao desafio ambientalista.

Das Internet als Forschungsinstrument für die Afrikanistik

L’internet est reconnue de manière générale comme un instrument de recherche valable. Bien que les langues africaines ne soient pas bien représentées sur internet il y a assez d’informations qui peuvent être découvertes dans la recherche sur terrain virtuel. Des petits vocabulaires et des descriptions de plusieurs langues africaines sont écrits par des auteurs individuels, des départements d’universités et des agences de voyages. Des textes en langues africaines sont en majorité publiés par des missionaries ou des ONGs. Ces données tendent à refléter les variantes standards des langues utilisées. Ce sont des contributions dans des forums qui sont témoins d’un langage proche de la langue parlée. On recherche les données linguistiques en utilisant les noms des langues respectives combinés avec des termes tels que “langue”, “grammaire”, “cours” ou le nom d’un auteur comme terme de recherche. Des chaînes de mots (en guillemets) qui sont très courantes dans le langage parlé et/ou écrit peuvent constituer de bons termes de recherche pour trouver des textes ou des contributions dans des forums.
