O presente relatório foca-se na descrição do estágio realizado no Gabinete de Relações Internacionais na Universidad CEU San Pablo em Madrid no âmbito do mestrado em Empreendedorismo e Internacionalização. A primeira parte do relatório visa uma análise geral do Processo de Bolonha, dando especial atenção ao programa Erasmus. Depois disto, consta a descrição das tarefas realizadas durante o estágio internacional. Por último, irá encontrar-se a apreciação final deste trabalho e do estágio.

Entrevista a: Prof. Dña. Manuela Romo: Profesora de la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid y experta en Psicología de la Creatividad

Breve CV de Prof. Manuela Romo: Ha centrado su investigación en la creatividad durante más de treinta años, publicando cuatro libros, entre ellos el libro Psicología de la Creatividad, y numerosos artículos y trabajos de investigación. Es co-autora de un ensayo para evaluar la creatividad en los niños: TCI, Test de Creatividad Infantil (TEA Ediciones, 2008, Madrid). Fue el contribuyente español en los libros Creativity's Global Corresponsales, de 1998 a 2003 publicado por Morris Stein. Winslow Press (N.York) Ha dado más de 60 conferencias y numerosos cursos y talleres por toda España, Portugal, Italia, el Reino Unido y muchos países de América Latina. En 2000 organizó el Primer Encuentro Nacional de Profesores Universitarios e Investigadores de la creatividad en su universidad. Ha sido directora del Doctorado en Creatividad Aplicada de la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid desde que se ofreció por primera vez en el año 2000 hasta la actualidad. También, es directora de un título en Creatividad Aplicada en su universidad (2015-2015). Ha participado en la organización de siete reuniones internacionales sobre la creatividad. Además, fue co-fundadora y actualmente es vicepresidente de la Asociación La Creatividad en España: ASOCREA. Ha contribuido en diversos proyectos de I + D centrados en la creatividad.

Demand and revenue implications of an integrated public transport policy: the case of Madrid

One of the most popular options for promoting public transport use is the provision of an integrated and high quality public transport system. This was the strategy adopted by the regional government in Madrid in 1986 and since then public transport patronage has increased by more than 50%. This paper has two objectives. The first is to identify the factors underlying the significant increase in the demand for public transport in Madrid. To do this we estimate an aggregate demand function for bus and underground trips, which allows us to obtain the demand elasticities with respect to the main attributes of public transport services and also to calculate the long-term impact of changes in those explanatory variables on patronage. The second objective is to evaluate the impact on revenue derived from the introduction of the travel card scheme, and to discuss the consequences on revenue of changes in the relative fare levels of different types of ticket without substantially affecting patronage. This latter issue is addressed by estimating a matrix of own and cross-price elasticities for different ticket types.

La práctica médico-quirúrgica en la primera generación del movimiento "novator" a través de las obras de Juan Bautista Juanini (Milán, 1632 - Madrid, 1691): imagen historiográfica, saberes médicos y prácticas quirúrgicas

El objetivo principal de este trabajo es realizar un nuevo acercamiento a la figura histórica, la obra y, en concreto, la práctica médico-quirúrgica de un autor hispanoitaliano de finales del siglo XVII. Nos referimos concretamente al cirujano cortesano Juan Bautista Juanini (Milán, 1632 – Madrid, 1691). Como objetivo secundario se trataría de intentar realizar una nueva presentación biográfica del autor dentro de una recapitulación más general del papel que representó en el contexto de la revolución científica y médica de los países del sur de Europa, y en concreto entre los miembros de la primera generación de "novatores" hispánicos.

Políticas sociolaborales en las comunidades autónomas de Madrid y Canarias

Aquest Treball de Fi de Carrera (TFC) analitza i avalua les polítiques sociolaborals de dos comunitats autònomes: Madrid i Canàries. Per realitzar-lo s’ ha investigat tant a nivell qualitatiu com quantitatiu, les politiques sociolaborals que es desenvolupant en les dos comunitats per mitja dels plans y programes d’ actuació, realitzats per les seves Consegeries de Govern. Per realitzar l'estudi quantitatiu de cada comunitat autònoma, s’ ha calculat i analitzat a nivell estadístic, les polítiques sociolaborals, per mitjà d'unes variables i ràtios determinats. Els programes que s' analitzen en aquest estudi són el Pla de Formació Professional que ve desenvolupant la Comunitat de Madrid durant els últims anys, i el Pla per a la Dona a Canàries.

How The 1996 Hotel Majestic agreement may explain a future PP/CiU relationship in Madrid

Some historians have argued that 1996 marked a ‘second transition’ for Spain because of the return to power of the political right in Madrid and that the relationship and eventual pact between the Partido Popular (PP) and Convergència i Unió (CiU) meant that the state could finally escape the ghosts of its Francoist past. For this research, face-to-face interviews were conducted with Catalan Members of Parliament who served under either José María Aznar or Jordi Pujol in Madrid or Barcelona. Drawing upon both interviews and other evidence, including the analysis of election results and the 1996 Hotel Majestic Agreement, the research seeks to provide a better understanding of the previous relationships between the PP and CiU and their leaders in order to understand what lessons might be learnt that would contribute to anticipating and explaining possible future negotiations between the two parties. This is attempted by first examining the potential costs and benefits of political pacts between centre (Madrid) and periphery (Barcelona). Secondly, due to many interviewees making reference to Salvador Espriu’s work La Pell de Brau, the three routes of Espriu’s Catalan nationalism are put into the context of the political pacts. Finally, the likelihood of future agreements between PP and CiU are hypothesized, not only how those agreements may (or may not) come about, but also, what might the result of those negotiations be. Ultimately, it is concluded that the benefits of the Hotel Majestic Agreement outweighed the costs, thus leaving the door open for future negotiations, even if some of those interviewed disagreed.
