La introducció del torn a la plana occidental catalana (segles VII-VI a.n.e.)

Les influències mediterrànies portades per fenicis i grecs al llarg dels segles VIII-VI a.n.e. varen arrelar en les comunitats indígenes peninsulars en el període de transició del bronze final a la primera edat del ferro. Aquestes influències són patents en el repertori ceràmic del moment, on a part de la introducció de peces foranes, trobem la creació d’un nou repertori ceràmic amb un nou sistema, el torn, en base a la suma de les influències mediterrànies i la tradició indígena. La difusió de les peces de caràcter exogen i del nou repertori ceràmic indígena no va tenir la mateixa intensitat a tots els indrets. En la plana occidental catalana, en el trànsit del bronze final cap a l’horitzó ibèric antic, aquests impulsos mediterranis ens arriben representats d’una forma menys intensa que no pas als indrets costaners. El present treball intenta, a partir de l’anàlisi i el repàs dels materials ceràmics importats trobats a diversos jaciments de la plana occidental, entendre quin grau d’influència tingueren aquestes noves idees mediterrànies en les comunitats de la Catalunya interior i quines foren les vies d’introducció d’aquests materials.

This work expect to prove relations between the bookbinding of two manuscripts conserved in the Library of the University of Barcelona and the bookbinding to realise in the workshop of bookbinding of the Library of Alfonso el Magnanimous in this court Neapolitan, across over the study of this elements and architecture, and give the denomination of bookbinding mudejar neapolitan, because they are to make in this workshop or in this defect in Italy in the middle of the XV century.

A vueltas con la Crónica del rey don Rodrigo

The paper discusses the problem of the literary genre of the Crónica sarracina from a peninsular and european points of view. It is considerer through the prism of a new kind of fiction, related to history and an incipient realism, which grows up along the 15th century. Moreover, it reveals new fragments inspired by Pedro de Corral from the catalan version of Seneca’s tragedies and from the Libro de los doce sabios
