População e áreas de risco: o caso das inundações na área central de São José do Rio Preto-SP

The problem of flooding in urban areas exist in many cities and their causes are as varied as the areas of occupancy or Valley weatherproofing Fund areas of infiltration in the drainage basin. The anthropic activity come triggering changes and impacts on the environment for a long time, and there is a growing need to come up with solutions and strategies that minimize and reverse the effects caused these risk areas. Thus, the present work will address the case study in São José do Rio Preto-SP that is an exception, since the area that is considered of risk lies in the Centre, unlike most lying on the outskirts. This will also analyze the processes of urban expansion and the situations of social and environmental vulnerability, including their interrelations in urban scale. The physical study of the area will serve as an important basis for the work, but it will focus mainly on the population and the problems which this is being in hazardous areas. We will not join a single methodology, wharever, we will follow our knowledge to adapt what we feel that fits better, every time. The importance of this study is that in addition to identifying the problems which the local population suffers with floods, lists measures that minimize the environmental impacts arising through the fostering of public policies

CABARET Casa Noturna e Restaurante

O presente trabalho consiste na elaboração de um projeto de uma casa noturna e restaurante, com uma temática, na cidade de Presidente Prudente. Ele é caracterizado por tratar-se de questões relativas à Arquitetura e Urbanismo, envolvendo os confortos ambientais, especialmente o acústico, e sua implantação em uma cidade média com uma grande população universitária, e que polariza várias cidades da sua região. Além disso, a construção de tal edificação tem como objetivo impulsionar o setor e contribuir para a consolidação do circuito de lazer noturno na cidade. O projeto apresenta dois serviços diferenciados que, no entanto se complementam – os serviços alimentícios e a danceteria. Em um primeiro momento mostram-se integrados, mas podendo funcionar separadamente. Levando em consideração a efemeridade e o dinamismo deste tipo de empreendimento, busca-se, através da arquitetura, solucionar os problemas técnicos referentes à acústica; buscando também atender os anseios e desejos de seus frequentadores, criando espaços de convívio e proporcionando diferentes sensações

Arquitetura e utopia: o contexto histórico e o urbanismo no século XXI

O objetivo principal desta pesquisa é analisar projetos contemporâneos de urbanismo futurista, estudar representantes anteriores desse pensamento e realizar uma comparação entre eles, buscando possíveis semelhanças e diferenças. Análise geomorfológica e de impactos ambientais da microbacia do Córrego Wenzel - Rio Claro/SP

This study aimed to survey and analyze the geomorphological aspects of watershed stream Wenzel in Rio Claro, as well as anthropogenic incidents about which he eventually causing serious environmental impacts. All these changes in the natural environment are generated from the constant development of the urban environment, which ends up leaving aside factors relevant to the natural order and that over time they become problems to humans. As various forms of environmental degradation occurring on some form of relief, geomorphology can make a major contribution in this field, since the analysis of the hydrographic network can lead to understanding and explanation of numerous geomorphological issues because the waterways are process morphogenetic the most active in the terrestrial landscape sculpture. The research with a systems approach and vision interrelated aspects in question may even serve as a basis for practical planning and urban management, in addition to detailed study of the area, which is of paramount importance to the local society

Avaliação da degradação da mata ciliar no entorno do rio Corumbataí causada pela expansão urbana de Rio Claro/SP

In most brazilian cities, urban growth has occurred without adequate planning. Consequently, portions of the city were being occupied, often areas unfit for use and occupation of land, causing risks to local residents and decline of urban environmental quality. One of the most frequent problems is the riverbank occupation, causing the deforestation of the riparian vegetation. Given the above, this paper aimed to map the urban sprawl of Rio Claro/SP, as well as riparian vegetation in the vicinity of Corumbataí in the area including the urban area. For this purpose, GIS techniques were used in order to prepare the thematic map of urban expansion, as well as a map of the riparian vegetation through interpretation of aerial photographs in the environment of ARCGIS. From the maps, an analysis of “Plano Diretor” was made in order to verify if the current occupation of urban land meets the stipulations of this legal instrument

This work proposes a wildlife center in the city of Presidente Prudente, offering a diversity of activities as part of a wildlife clinic, rehabilitation nurseries, parazoológico and a visitor center. This project will benefit both the people like animals, because in the same area is the rehabilitation of animals and environmental education, showing the importance of animals in the conservation and preservation of their natural habitats. The principle of the Wildlife Center is receiving wild animals, assess their status, provide veterinary care and give the best destination. The differential design is that people can follow all these procedures, encouraging reporting on contact with animals

Casa da Mulher Centro de Referência às Mulheres que sofrem violência em Presidente Prudente

The Casa da Mulher is a proposal for a final work for graduation to a public facility that brings together key services for the treatment of women victims of violence, integrated to the therapeutic activities in the municipality of Presidente Prudente. The project considered the current attendance, also the dynamics and the professionals who make up the Rede da Mulher, to create a welcoming environment that complements the treatment of the patients. Therefore the Casa da Mulher responds to the needs of users for an appropriate space of care, respecting the municipal laws, in order to host the victim, accompany the patient´s treat till leave the facility

Conjunto arte técnica

Tendo em vista a falta de espaços com infraestrutura apropriada para abrigar as atividades acadêmicas relacionadas ao curso de Arquitetura e Urbanismo da Universidade Estadual Paulista “Júlio de Mesquita Filho” – F.C.T Presidente Prudente - SP, este trabalho propõe a construção de um conjunto de equipamentos com o objetivo de criar uma solução espacial que atenda, a partir das suas formas e funções, as necessidades dos seus usuários, propiciando a convivência dos mesmos e a integração com a sociedade. O conjunto será implantado dentro do campus da FCT Presidente Prudente, e a proposta vai ao encontro com o conceito de revitalização da área escolhida através da integração da mesma com o restante do campus. O objeto em questão trata-se de um conjunto formado por salas de aula, ateliers de arquitetura, atelier plástico, espaços de exposições, auditório, laboratórios, salas de pesquisa e salas dotadas de infraestrutura básica, aptas a receber os mais variados tipos de atividades. A pretensão do projeto é prover espaços adequados ao ensino e aprendizagem das matérias de arquitetura e urbanismo, mas ao mesmo tempo beneficiar todos os cursos do campus e sem deixar de considerar o potencial de expansão de cursos da FCT-Unesp

Habitação de interesse social: uma proposta de requalificação de uma área central subutilizada

Este trabalho final de graduação apresenta uma proposta de requalificação de uma área central subutilizada da cidade de Presidente Prudente –SP, por meio da implantação de habitação de interesse social. Essa proposta vem sendo apontada como uma possível solução para essas áreas centrais, as quais estão consolidadas, considerando a presença de equipamentos públicos, infraestrutura e transporte

Nandi Hotel – Fernandópolis

Este trabalho trata da elaboração de um projeto arquitetônico para um hotel em Fernandópolis, cidade de aproximadamente 65 mil habitantes, localizada no interior de São Paulo e constituída como a Zona de Processamento de Exportação (ZPE) do estado. O sistema hoteleiro da cidade é pequeno, são apenas três hotéis, os quais não são voltados diretamente para o público de negócios. A partir dessa compreensão e do diagnóstico levantado, apresenta-se neste trabalho uma proposta de projeto de um hotel voltado diretamente a esse recente ramo da hotelaria, o turismo de negócios

Estudo da malha urbana e proposta de implantação de um parque tecnológico na cidade de Jacareí

The city of Jacareí above average presents a economic growth of the State of São Paulo, fact that comes if reflecting in the quality of life of the citizens, due to lack of infrastructure to hold the growth rhythm. Today the commercial center of the city, presents diverse urban conflicts with its narrow streets and sidewalk making it difficult to the locomotion and the access the areas and building of public interest gifts in this region. Aiming at the arrival of four multinationals that already make gratings investments in the city and the promise of growth and dinamização of the still bigger economy for the next years, this work studies the urban mesh of the city for a possible implantation of a Technological Park that serves of inductive element of the development of the region north of the city of Jacareí. Place, in which, they are being constructed the multinationals and where, according to Managing Plan of the city, the city hall intends to urbanizar in the next years, with the objective to minimize the areas of urban conflict in the commercial center and of form to absorb the growth of the city. From the study of old experiences, of works carried through on the subject, interviews with city planners of the e region after visits to the place, we will go to argue the possibility of implantation of the Technological Park in Jacareí and optimum place for its installation

Aplicação de técnicas de geoprocessamento para a avaliação da expansão urbana no municípo de Duque de Caxias (RJ) como subsídio ao monitoramento de dutos: trecho da faixa de dutos Rio de Janeiro - Belo Horizonte

Different forms of human pressure may occur in the pipeline ranges, due to the large extensions and various configurations of land use, which can pass through the pipelines. Due to the dynamics of these pressures, it is necessary to monitor temporal changes of land use and cover the surface. Under this theme, appears as extremely important to use products and techniques of remote sensing, as they allow the identification of objects of the land surface that may compromise the security and monitoring of the pipeline, and allows the extraction of information conditions on land use at different periods of time. Based on the above, this paper aims to examine in a temporal approach, the process of urban expansion in the municipality of Duque de Caxias, located on the outskirts of the metropolitan area of the state of Rio de Janeiro, as well as settlement patterns characteristic of areas that the changes occurred in the period 1987 to 2010. We used the technique of visual analysis to perform the change detection and the technique of image classification, aimed at monitoring human pressure over a stretch of track pipeline Rio de Janeiro - Belo Horizonte, located in the state of Rio de Janeiro. The stages of work involved the characterization of the study area, urban sprawl and the existing settlement patterns, through the analysis of bibliographic data. The processing of Landsat 5 images and the application of the technique of change detection were performed in three scenes for the years 1987, 1998 and 2010, while the classification process was performed on the image RapidEye for the year 2010. Can be noted an increase in urban area of approximately 22.38% and the change of land cover from natural to built. This growth is concentrated outside to the area of direct influence of the duct, occurring in the area of indirect influence of the enterprise. Centro de Formação de Atletas de Futebol

Devido à falta de intalações para o treinamento e desenvolvimento de equipes locais, Presidente Prudente está novamente perdendo oportunidades de uma evolução, um destaque no cenário do futebol. Com isto, a criação do Centro de Formação de Atletas de Futebol tem como finalidade de melhor atender e aperfeiçoar as habilidades dos atletas com instalações esportivas, mas também tendo estruturas de suporte visando atingir a sua proposta social com a preocupação com o bem estar dos mesmos, ensinamento de valores, áreas de ensino e cuidados médicos. Também, pretende-se desenvolver um trabalho com a comunidade carente, no sentido de proporcionar a prática de futebol recreativo através de projetos sociais atendendo centenas de crianças de diversos municípios da região... Instalações para o Curso de Arquitetura e Urbanismo da FCT/UNESP

A necessidade de se ter profissionais capacitados para pensar a questão urbana e propor soluções inovadoras é o ponto de partida para a criação do curso de Arquitetura e Urbanismo na Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Estadual Paulista “Júlio de Mesquita Filho”. Quando da sua criação, toda a estruturação foi baseada na infraestrutura já existente no campus para que posteriormente novas instalações, adequadas às especificidades do curso, fossem pleiteadas. Com apenas oito anos de funcionamento, alunos e professores enfrentam dificuldades no desenvolvimento das atividades em função da falta de infraestrutura adequada. Dessa forma, o presente trabalho é dedicado ao desenvolvimento de um projeto que atenda de forma satisfatória as demandas existentes no curso. A partir da elaboração de estudos de projetos análogos e de analises das necessidades do campus e suas necessidades obtém‐se as diretrizes que encaminham para a escolha da uma área apropriada para implantação nesta unidade universitária e pautam o desenvolvimento do projeto, que busca inserir‐se de forma adequada ao contexto préexistente
