Conteúdos estruturantes de um programa de estimulação essencial: investigação em uma APAE paranaense

This study aimed to investigate the structural content of an essential stimulation program at one APAE from Parana State. his institution has been working for 43 years and it has 420 students enrolled. It was a documentary analysis of the pedagogical project of this institution, whose collection started after the approval of a local ethics committee, held with a previously developed protocol for this purpose. After the content analysis, it was possible to establish three categories related to this program operation, the conception of development present in it and place illed by language and by inclusion. he results indicated that, in order to be enrolled, children must present prenatal, neonatal and postnatal antecedents that entail problems of intellectual, motor, sensorial and language nature. he program is considered as a stage in early childhood education, but the language is not a structural content of this phase. It is a subarea of the development to be crafted with interventions directed to motor aspects of speech, breathing and communication. Finally, the concept of child development is complemented with other areas, also disjointed: sensory-perceptive; self-care; motor and social-emotional. We conclude that, although it is presented as an educational stage, in the essential stimulation of the analyzed institution, a clinical-specialized character predominates, consistent with the conceptions of development present in the document, but not with advances in relation to the concept of human development in the context of Inclusive Education and diversity.

Um Modelo de Inovação Bottom Up: Museu de Favela

This article aims to present, describe and discuss the innovation model of the first territorial open-air museum, designed in a favela in Rio de Janeiro, the Favela Museum (MUF). The concepts of slums, traditional museum and ecomuseums differentials are introduced in order to contextualize the universe MUF is inserted. Moreover, the paper discusses the concept of territorial open-air museum collection and how curatorship takes place this context, as well as the possible forms of interaction with the diversity of individuals served by a museum such as MUF. Furthermore, the role of this new museum typology in society is discussed, entities created by bottom up innovation initiative undertaken by MUF into the new museology of action. It concludes with considerations about the shift of focus on the role played by MUF as agent of social and cultural development.

Reflexões sobre a educação infantil: contribuições da teoria histórico-cultural

Este texto apresenta nossos olhares sobre a criança e a educação infantil sob o ponto de vista de Vigotski e seus colaboradores, a partir de pesquisas em nível de mestrado e de doutorado com foco na infância entre zero e seis anos. Nele trazemos parte dos resultados de estudos bibliográficos: ainda hoje permanecem idéias de criança e de educação embasando um processo sistemático de antecipação da escolaridade, transformando a criança em escolar, como se o ensino forçado respondesse às reais necessidades de desenvolvimento humano neste momento da vida. Em lugar disso, a perspectiva histórico-cultural anuncia uma nova compreensão de criança, de educação infantil, de infância e de professor/a, como alicerce teórico para a organização de uma nova escola da infância.

This paper is part of a larger research entitled: “On Kant’s concept of innate”. Here I discuss Kant’s concept of the innate, as well as the interpretation of some scholars on the subject. The aim of the paper is to explain to what extent the notion of the innate is a central problem for the explanation of the origin of the elementary representations of knowledge and for the philosophico-epistemological bases of the entire criticism.

O ambiente educativo e o desenvolvimento do indivíduo portador do transtorno do déficit de atenção e hiperatividade (TDAH)

The pedagogical context can become a mediator between teaching and learning process. In a research conducted to obtain a Master’s degree, I could see how intentional organized environment refl ects in the knowledge appropriation and internalization historically produced. The objective of this study is to raise hypothesis about the favoring of the potentiating context of learning in the development of the individual with the Attention Defi cit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) as well as on the organization of pedagogic environment to mediate the actions of teaching and reading learning. It is the concern to meet children with behavior considered inappropriate for the classroom environment and failure before situations that involve them. The hypothesis is that when the teaching and learning environment provides motivation to the student and awakens in him the desire to produce knowledge and take ownership of it, it is possible that it may have a potentiating development of learning. As theoretical support, I used texts from Luria (1987, 1994), Vygotsky (1994), Vigotskii, Luria and Leontiev (1998), Beaton (2005),Graeff and Vaz (2008), Pastura, Mattos and Araujo (2005). The bibliographic research was the methodology used for the study.

Cultura, diferença e (des)igualdade

What for some is cultural difference, can be expression of social inequality for others. The disputes and confusions over this question do not occur accidentally and have, obviously, serious political consequences. Based on two examples – Candomblé and the racial relations in Brazil –, this essay proposes to deepen the theoretical reflection on three concepts – culture, difference and (in)equality – which is, according to the author, fundamental if we want to comprehend some of the crucial current problems of our world and thus take position in it hopefully more competently.

Evaluation of the Capillary Blood Glucose Self-monitoringProgram

OBJECTIVE: to evaluate the structure, process and results of the Capillary Blood Glucose Self-monitoring Program in a Brazilian city. METHOD: epidemiological, cross-sectional study. The methodological framework of Donabedian was used to construct indicators of structure, process and outcome. A random sample (n = 288) of users enrolled and 96 health professionals who worked in the program was studied. Two questionnaires were used that were constructed for this study, one for professionals and one for users, both containing data for the evaluation of structure, process and outcome. Anthropometric measures and laboratory results were collected by consulting the patients' health records. The analysis involved descriptive statistics. RESULTS: most of the professionals were not qualified to work in the program and were not knowledgeable about the set of criteria for patient registration. None of the patients received complete and correct orientations about the program and the percentage with skills to perform conducts autonomously was 10%. As regards the result indicators, 86.4% of the patients and 81.3% of the professionals evaluated the program positively. CONCLUSION: the evaluation indicators designed revealed that one of the main objectives of the program, self-care skills, has not been achieved.

Interface com o AEDROMO (Ambiente experimental e didático com robôs móveis) utilizando sistema Android

The AEDROMO (Experimental and Didactic Environment with Mobile Robots) is a versatile, user friendly and scalable environment that supports a wide range of experiments. In it there is an area that is similar to a desk where objects can interact with each other, including robots and other objects, and thus can perform numerous activities. In it's current state, AEDROMO has client computers that interact with the system through an interface, and thus realize the communication between the user and AEDROMO. This project offer support to create a new form of interface for AEDROMO and can therefore be used for devices running Android, the app developed in this project will serve as a basis for future work on this new interface

O eterno feminino: arquétipos literários em Mujeres de Eduardo Galeano

Le champ littéraire est plein d’oeuvres qui remettent à des mythes. L’ensemble de récits Mujeres, de Eduardo Galeano, a comme thématique la femme et il est composé par des micro-contes, genre narratif qui promeut une condensation maximale d’eléments thématiques et structuraux. Il s’agit des descriptions littéraires où la synthèse est placée ou même niveau que le lyrisme. Ayant pour objectif d’analiser la nature archétypique des mythes sur la féminité, nous avons travaillé spécifiquement les contes de Mujeres où se reconstruisent poétiquement des mythes de la féminité. Méthodologiquement, notre notre étude a pour base la mythocritique et la théorie des structures anthropologiques de l’imaginaire ídéalisées par Gilbert Durand. En partant de ces bases, nous avons réalisé l’analyse des récits qui s’articulent en notre corpus, ayant pour but, celui d’identifier les divers artifices narratifs spécifiques qui y opèrent. Par le moyen des mythèmes présents dans les récits, nous avons révélé les structures archétypiques du texte et nous avons constaté comment elles s’édifient littérairement. En outre, nous avons élucidé la teneur de la représentativité archétypique de la feminité inhérente aux récits et finalement, nous avons rassemblé les situations et les combinatoires qui existent dans l’ensemble de microrécits, traçant les connexions possibles qui y existent. Increasingly, people searches for an efficient and economic way for transporting bulk materials. Transport through belts is now the most widely used mean for transporting bulk materials, used by companies from various sectors such as mining, quarrying, agribusiness, etc. There are many advantages of using a conveyor belt as compared to rail or by truck. Trucks needs a driver, have a high risk of accidents as well as a high cost for maintenance and as well as trains, after making the downloading of the material, return empty to the next load. The cost for the construction of a railway is very high, making it often impossible. The conveyor belt have a high cost of installation, but it works 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The upper side of the belt is always loaded, the maintenance cost is average and the risk of accidents is low, causing it to be the ideal way to transport bulk materials. Cálculo das funções de anisotropia e radial de dose para braquiterapia com semente de 192Ir em diferentes materiais de interesse em radiologia com o auxílio do programa baseado no método de Monte Carlo MCNPX

The brachytherapy braquiterapia is an x-ray modality radiotherapy in which stamped or halfstamped radioactive sources in format of seeds are used, wires or to one short distance, in contact or implanted to the fabric to be treated. All the treatment modalities require a previous planning. The formalism recommended for calculation of dose was considered by the AAPM for the first TG-43 Report. In it distributions of dose of isolated seeds measured and calculated by Monte Carlo method in water instead of with models half-empiricists. In this work we in accordance with present some preliminary results of the calculation of functions of radial anisotropy and of dose in the distance for seed of 192Ir, wide used in brachytherapy treatments of high tax of dose (HDR), with the aid of the program based on the Monte Carlo method MCNPX v2.50 (Mount Carlo N ParticleeXtended).
