Um estudo sobre a influência do sistema de gestão ambiental ISO 14001 sobre a imagem de organizações industriais e o papel das relações públicas

The consumers' requirements are constantly growing, as well as the concern for the environment. Considering this change of scenario, industrial companies started paying more attention to environmental issues and decided to resort to solutions such as the adoption of the Environmental Management System based on the ISO 14001 model. It is believed that the adoption of this model changes the organizational image, both internally and externally. This possible change was the focus of this research, considering that many publics related to certified companies may have the wrong idea about what being a green company really means. The objective of this study is to verify, through a survey research, the relation between the Environmental Management System based on ISO 14001 with organizational image of Brazilian firms. At first, this paper presents a theoretical review on Environmental Management System, IS0 14001, Organizational image, green Marketing, Greenwashing and Public Relations. Next, the research method is presented, as well as the results obtained through theoretical study, the research application and data analysis, and a brief analysis of the Public Relations' role in the organizational environment at issue. O controle da exposição em câmeras digitais e o sistema de zonas

Neste trabalho será comprovado que esta técnica utilizada na fotografia impressa, pode ser utilizada na prática na filmagem. Se utilizando apenas de termos técnicos utilizados em Direção de Fotografia, no seu nível avançado, aqui serão explicadas as relações matemáticas que irão clarear o funcionamento, relacionados a exposição, das ferramentas que uma câmera possui, como íris, o shutter, o ISO e o Filtro ND exemplificando suas relações com a medida de luz denominada Stop. Posteriormente, serão apresentadas ferramentas que auxiliam a monitoração da captação da imagem, como Waveform, cartão cinza 18% e Fotômetro. Todas estas informações serão utilizadas para a construção do conhecimento do Sistema de Zonas, criado por Ansel Adams, que será comprovado por exemplos reais na última parte do terceiro capítulo

The perception of modern society regarding the nature and indigenous peoples came to be shaped in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, with two major events, the invasion of Europeans in America and the scientific revolution. These events symbolize the cultural overlap and European thinking about the rest of the world. The current scenario is industrialism, consumism and cultural standardization driven by Cartesian thought. This work demonstrates, through literature research and data analysis, that this dominant model has caused the crisis of modernity, focusing especially on the environmental crisis that threatens human life. The solutions are present in the modern society the knowledge of indigenous peoples that is inherently ecological and sustainable by tradition. From the union of diverse cultures and knowledge dialog you can find solutions for today's problems and provide a renewal of relationships between modern society, indigenous peoples and nature. This article evaluates the influence of culture and elements from organizational bonds in the perception of communicative process between a public teaching hospital and its users, and the strategies used to overcome difficulties in this dialogue. It was possible to evaluate how the dialogue is perceived in a scenario marked by organizational bonds such as identification, belonging feeling, idealization of the organization and solidarity.

A regulação constitucional da Comunicação Social e a efetivação de suas normas

The media received from Brazilian Constitution an extensive regulatory role, however, despite the constitutional requirement, until these days, over twenty years after its promulgation, the Brazilian Congress hasn’t regulated all constitutional rules for the sector. In addition, some rules related to the media that were produced before and after the Constitution were expurgated by Brazilian Supreme Court decisions. This text is part of ongoing research that aims to present the constitutional regulation of the media and the development/implementation of these legal standards through decisions of the Supreme Court.

Uma plataforma aberta e de baixo custo de robô móvel para propósito geral

Pesquisas na robótica móvel tem sido impulsionadas pelos avanços tecnológicos. Existem frentes de pesquisas que abordam diferentes aspectos e desafios da robótica móvel, dentre os quais é possível citar tópicos como locomoção, navegação e arquitetura de controle. Esse crescimento em pesquisas acarreta uma maior necessidade por plataformas de robôs que possam ser destinadas à pesquisa e também para fins educacionais. Este trabalho propõe uma alternativa de plataforma de robô móvel de baixo custo, de arquitetura de hardware, software e controle aberta, destinada a atividades de propósitos gerais. A plataforma almeja a facilitação e flexibilização do processo de desenvolvimento de estudos e aplicações robóticas por meio de uma interface de comunicação simplificada e pela abstração da heterogeneidade dos dispositivos periféricos de hardware, sendo assim, capaz de oferecer maior liberdade em relação às linguagens de programação, paradigmas de controle e tecnologias de controle.

Detecção de regiões em cenários naturais utilizando um sistema de visão catadioptrico

Esse trabalho utiliza um sistema de visão catadióptrico para capturar imagens de um cenário natural agrícola e realizar o levantamento de regiões que possam auxiliar diversas aplicações na área da Robótica Móvel Agrícola. Os sistemas de visão catadióptricos buscam capturar uma imagem 360° do ambiente a partir da combinação de lentes e espelhos. A imagem omnidirecional é retificada e seus quadrantes são extraídos, originando quatro novas imagens que representam lados de visão do veículo. Uma etapa de segmentação por cor é proposta utilizando como base o algoritmo Otsu Thresholding. No final do processo, é possível visualizar as regiões de interesse de cada quadrante.

Interdependência entre os níveis de atenção do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS): significado de integralidade apresentado por trabalhadores da Atenção Primária

Integrality constitutes an important principle of the SUS, achieved through the struggles of the Brazilian health movement. It represents an expansion of the concepts of health and illness, to include the social determinants of healthcare needs. Intending to investigate the meanings of integrality reported by primary care workers, a study was developed in a medium-sized municipality in the state of São Paulo, concerning distinct technological work organization models in primary healthcare units. Among the results, the dimension of system integrality appeared with greatest frequency, according to analysis on focus groups. The workers pointed out difficulties in integration and communication between the healthcare levels, determined by selective social policies and medium/high-technology services delegated to the private market. The theoretical-philosophical framework of this study was based on cultural-historical psychology, taking into consideration the categories of work/activity, consciousness, mediation and totality.

Sistema informatizado para dispositivos móveis de coleta dos dados referentes à cesta básica do município de Botucatu/SP

The collection of prices for basic goods supply is very important for the population, based on the collection and processing of these data the CLI (Cost Living Index) is calculated among others, helping consumers to shop more rationally and with a clearer view of each product impact of each product on their household budget, not only food, but also cleaning products and personal hygiene ones. Nowadays, the project of collection of prices for basic goods supply is conducted weekly in Botucatu - SP through a spreadsheet. The aim of this work was to develop a software which utilized mobile devices in the data collection and storage phase, concerning the basic goods supply in Botucatu -SP. This was created in order to eliminate the need of taking notes in paper spreadsheets, increasing efficiency and accelerating the data processing. This work utilized the world of mobile technology and development tools, through the platform".NET" - Compact Framework and programming language Visual Basic".NET" was used in the handheld phase, enabling to develop a system using techniques of object oriented programming, with higher speed and reliability in the codes writing. A HP Pavilion dv3 personal computer and an Eten glofish x500+ handheld computer were used. At the end of the software development, collection, data storing and processing in a report, the phase of in loco paper spreadsheets were eliminated and it was possible to verify that the whole process was faster, more consistent, safer, more efficient and the data were more available.
