HQtrônica: atividade programada e curso de extensão

This Final Course Work’s main subject comes from a study made on my previous Final Course Work titled “Artemídia Preferente: Fenômeno ‘Jogar&Ler’ nas Histórias em Quadrinhos Interativas (HQI) com os games do RPG”, and it is fed by the shortage of Electronical Comic publications, classes, courses and activities that could suit for educational purposes and experiences for a capable kind of audience to learn it and do it. Specific issues about Electronic Comic will be presented, based on Célestin Freinet’s Pedagogy, on some books about Methodology and on the Brazilian Curriculum Guidelines required for graduation. After that, a Lesson Plan will be developed for a 14 year-old-or-older kind of audience where they will be capable of making their own Electronic Comic, being it educational-themed or not. This study also cares about the participants’ influences on their lives to be completed. Furthermore, this work is inserted in the line of the research “Artistic Processes and Procedures” of the Department of Fine Arts from the Art Institute of UNESP, whose methodology used was the Freinet Educational Cybernetics, developed in the research group “Media Arts and Videoclip” leaded by the leading advisor for this Final Course Work. The result and discussion of artistic and scientific research were reported in monographs such as this that I present, with the following versions: PDF version for dissemination in the virtual repository of the Institute of Art’s Library; hardcover version for physical collection at the Institute of Art’s Library; the printed version for the board of examiners, and an appropriated template version for submission to the International Scientific Congress in the area of Arts.

A internet como ferramenta de mediação no acervo artístico-cultural dos Palácios do Governo do Estado de São Paulo

This research focuses on methods and strategies for educational-based digital tools, aimed at the public school. Thus, we present possibilities, and the main actions of the national museum institutions in several online educational services that exemplify some forms of virtual mediation in order to verify the relevance of using these tools. The study discusses the need for museums to follow the advance of new technologies to engage and retain the public school, consisting of a highly connected generation with new technologies. It also brings a brief overview of the evolution of the museum in the Western world and presents the formation and nature of art collections that comprise the Artistic-Cultural Collection of the Governmental Palaces of the State of São Paulo, focusing on the management policy of each period, highlighting the educational program and the relationship with the website. As a practical exercise, the research presented suggests applying a form of mediation for the virtual site of Artistic-Cultural Collection of the Governmental Palaces to extend relations sector educational institution for the virtual context

O Grupo Sobrevento de teatro de formas animadas

Since prehistoric man seeks to dominate play scenes and images of their daily lives, to understand them or dominate. In the theater, the man tried to represent hunting scenes and deities. Since the first creation material representative of the gods, these objects acquire magical powers. After a long time, came the Puppet Theater, which through the use of various materials, the man concocted dolls in his image and likeness, as well as representations of animals. Subsequently, the Theater of Animated FormsVisual involved various props, like the mask, the shadow and the object. Thus, these elements can appear all together or not in the same show and are, therefore, the Theater of Animated Forms. How important human need to understand the world and events around them, the arts were needed to explain the divine and unreachable. Clumping the four languages of art: music, plastic arts, dance and theater, the Theater of Animated Forms of so characteristic of the man in search of the divine and sublime sentiments or not. In Brazil, faced with a multitude of excellent groups Theater of Animated Forms, the Sobrevento Group stands to monitor on an extensive repertoire theoretical foundation for the themes of the pieces created, and the high level of aesthetic sensitivity and artistic creation through is the dummies used in your repertoire. Ecologia de estradas em regiões neotropicais: revisão

The human development requires that urban and industrial centers to be interconnected, with different modes of transport, among which the land transport is the most important. The roads may cross sections of remnant forests, which contain considerable diversity of species. Besides habitat fragmentation, the roads can also hinder connectivity between different patches. This kind of impact is not very well known. We reviewed the literature on Road Ecology in the Neotropics, and its relation to conservation of the biodiversity. We considered 32 papers on this issue. We compiled what is known and what the direction to take, as well as failures to be avoid in the samples, for future studies involving Road Ecology. Despite the growing trend of this subject, flaws in the methods for this type of studies show that there is no standardization of sampling effort or of experimental design for these studies. We also found that there is a lack of study of some taxonomic classes. The simple animal roadkills records do not make clear the impacts of the roads. The necessity of different designs for specific taxonomic classes must be considered, in order to produce better quality data and reliable results. Animals can avoid roads, getting isolated and limited to smaller areas of life. The dispersal and colonization of exotic flora species are facilitated by roads. Nevertheless, it is not known how or at which scale, these invasions impact the local communities. Finally, we proposed a flowchart as a conceptual model illustrating the potential impacts of roads on biodiversity and ecology interactions

Falling Man: A Literatura em busca de possíveis significados para um espaço vazio

September 11 has originated a wide range of artistic manifestations which have not only searched for plausible explanations for the tragedy, but also tried to review the events. In this sense, this paper aims at showing how a novel reevaluates this episode. The attacks made the United States experience a strong sense of vulnerability, triggering reactions from the American government, whose quick action was translated into a new national security strategy, associated with the war on terror. This paper analyzes the narrative strategies employed by the American author Don DeLillo in his novel Falling Man (2007) in order to reevaluate that tragedy. The debate of the topics is based on texts concerning the relationship between literature and history, postmodern fiction and issues on terrorism. This study contributes to enrich the discussion related to the events that led to the catastrophe and its aftermath, examining characters and groups linked to the September 11 terrorist attacks, revealing multiple truths subjected to social, ideological and historical conditions.

Photoelasticity in Dentistry: a literature review

Introduction and Objective: Photoelasticity consists of an experimental technique of stress analysis. This technique is very used in most different areas including Dentistry. This literature review presents the several applications of photoelastic technique in Dentistry the several applications of photoelastic technique in Dentistry as well as its advantages and disadvantages. Literature review: Based on this method of analysis, it is possible the verification of the stress distribution and deformation in structures with complex geometry as maxilla and mandible. It can be used to evaluate the distribution of stress on several types of prosthesis as removable partial denture systems with different retention systems, conventional implant prosthesis, overdentures and Brånemark protocols. Moreover, photoelasticity can be used to assess the stress generated by various by various orthodontic movements, different orthodontic systems and different materials (orthodontic wires). In addition, it is used to analyze different defects of maxillectomy, splint types on traumatized tooth and post-core restoration methods. This technique can also be used to assess dental instruments such as evaluation of different designs of periodontal probe. Conclusion: The photoelastic analysis has been a technique of great importance in health area studies, more specifically in Dentistry. Based on this method of analysis, it is possible to measure the stress distribution and deformation in structures with complex geometry as maxilla and mandible.

Entre a individualização e a multiplicidade: possibilidades de rupturas com os modos de gestão e administração dos corpos infantis

Placing the management of childhood forms considered at risk, we discuss the operation of a welfare institution and its effects on the subjective process. Created to manage the virtues of the poor behavior of children, makes visible to the way technology features disciplinary policies: surveillance is evident of cameras, high walls, electric fences and in the eyes of educators, the penalty stands normalizing practices corrective aimed at standardization bodies, educational meetings are compared to the examination, as they produce dossiers of individual behavior, emphasizing characteristics that are considered dangerous anticipates the administration and production of docile individuals, useful, productive, applying identity models. Following the lines of knowledge and power relations that constitute this space, we used the genealogy in the analysis of discursive practices that cross society in its historical construction, the genealogy allows us to achieve these movements in the consolidation process of the government of life, and also, the deconstruction of hegemonic practices. In an attempt to escape the set, we propose the realization of artistic and cultural activities within a process of collective construction as a strategy of resistance and confrontation with the dominant logic, consolidating practices that favor the enhancement of life in its manifold possibilities.

Imagem corporal e ginastas: pesquisas e publicações no Brasil. -

The present study emerged from discussions of the Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas Pedagógicos em Ginástica (GEPPEGIN), from UNESP/RC, and had the intention to understand and analyze the existence and discussions on Body Image and Gymnasts in researches and publications over the last decade (2003-2013) in Brazil. Body image refers to the mental representation of the body, structured according to the world. It is known that cultural and social pressures have been imposing an ideal body model and generating consequences as body dissatisfaction. Therefore, this study aims discuss the body image of Artistic and Rhythmic gymnastics' athletes. The choice of these modalities is justified by the fact that they are directly related to body image, especially the issue of the necessity of low body weight, beyond the relationship of complex movements and the need of good body awareness (BERRY; HOWE, 2000; KERR et al., 2006). For the development of this qualitative research, a documentary survey were conducted over the last decade (2003-2013) on Body Image and Gymnasts, focusing on researches of strictosensu postgraduate programs, recognized by CAPES, and scientific papers published in journals indexed in Brazil and classified in Physical Education Qualis. For categorization of information related to the theme, was used the organization by the units of analysis proposed by Laville and Dionne (1999). Based on the studies analyzed, perceive a dissatisfaction with body image to most participants from all studies, being athlete or nonathlete. A busca de linguagens contemporâneas em artes: reflexões na universidade a partir de Centro de Pesquisa Plástica

This work is about the extension project “Plastic Research Centre”, developed at Unesp (Bauru/São Paulo/Brasil) by the author along with the students of Artistic Education (Plastic Arts). Aiming to encourage the students on supports and alternative techniques, the Audiovisual and Visual Arts Study Group - GRAVA was created as a place for reflexion and creation. The group has been seeking a personal language, improving it as the means to communicate its interpretation of the world are investigated, being it in the urban space or in cultural and virtual centres. By extending the university knowledge to the local community, it is intended to motivate the student’s research along with the professoriate and promote the creation process and artistic works focusing the group’s view on the context it is inserted.
