The Information Access law, sanctioned in November 18, 2011, regulates the constitutional right of access to public information by Brazilian citizens. Although this law requires the provision of information of public interest, it does not define how such information should be made available. Ideally, information should be in an open format, allowing its use in an efficient and fast way. In the official sites of the federal government the way information is currently available does not allow its reuse as they are presented in dynamic pages from the selection parameters and filters. The objective aim of this paper is to present the system called MDDIR Tool, which proposes ways to persist, represent and retrieve digital information resources generated by the Federal Government official sites. Although this system had been designed for a specific purpose, it may be applied to other fields with similar characteristics. The purpose is to facilitate the access to open data, allowing such data to be consolidated and organized , generating new knowledge and information easy to be interpreted by the general population.

Infância, arte de governo pedagógica e cuidado de si

This assay recoups the original direction of infantia to question the modern ambitions of its full government by means of the pedagogical art, in modernity, and to analyze its potential of resistance, in the present time, arguing the possibilities of this if to reconvert into praxis that the care of itself requires and of that assumed being as a debt on the part of the educators. For this, we will appeal to the Foucault concepts of governmentalization and of care of itself and to the Lyotard notion of debt it stops with infancy. Of this theoretician-conceptual perspective, we wait to offer some tracks so that, as educators, let us think the care with this another one, in the pedagogical art, from critical the philosophical one to the abuses of the power and the socratics recommendation on the on the care of itself.

Das virtualidades do cuidado da infância em Rousseau ao seu pleno governo na arte pedagógica

This article discusses the genesis and development of the relationship between art education and childhood. To address this issue, we highlight the virtualities of the care with childhood postulated by Rousseau and Kant, also in its genesis, as opposed to an extreme government or to the domain that has on it or from it, in its subsequent development in contemporary times. Discussed, in this way, how these virtues have been abandoned by the practices included by art pedagogical, in order to find a place for thought of Rousseau and think it in its actuality.

Biologia: da natureza à cultura. Da cultura para onde?

Vivemos um momento do mundo no qual o meio foi denominado pelo geógrafo Milton Santos, como Técnico-científico-informacional. Nesse meio, a produção científica está dominada por estruturas político-mercadológicas, que para sua manutenção e existência, enxergam e tratam os elementos naturais do planeta, como recursos ou instrumentos de uso e, as pessoas, como mão-de-obra e consumidores. O abismo que separa a humanidade da natureza, é um equívoco de percepção e tem criado conseqüências sócio-ambientais que passam a ameaçar as perspectivas de futuro, não só das gerações futuras, mas das gerações atuais. A ciência moderna, ainda orientada pelo pensamento cartesiano do século XVII, a ciência que tem como marca mais forte o “só acredito, vendo”, não vê que perdeu a objetividade e não está apta a responder aos problemas do mundo contemporâneo. Até mesmo porque, muitos deles são criados e perpetuados por esse instrumento de poder manipulado pela lógica capitalista. O título desse trabalho tem como intuito incitar uma reflexão séria a respeito do rumo que estamos dando à nossa existência no Planeta Terra enquanto seres biológico-culturais, com o objetivo de inspirar mudanças interiores capazes de gerar mudanças significativas em nossa cultura. Mudanças que ao menos cheirem a esperança no que se refere às possibilidades de melhorias em nosso quadro socioambiental. Vale salientar que “O Governo”, “A Ciência” e “O Mercado”, não são entidades obscuras que assombram nossas vidas, são pessoas como nós, para não dizer “nós mesmos”. A aglomeração urbana de Piracicaba: uma análise da integração funcional entre os municípios sob a ótica do movimento pendular

The growth area of cities has resulted in a phenomenon of conurbation (or expressing tendency). This correspond to a combine of two or more urban cores, there are formations of conurbations. In this way, there are the formations of urban concentrations and can achieve the step metropolitan or not metropolitan. Besides, this kind of expansion generates many social and environmental problems related about habitation, rubbish, drain, and others. Piracicaba, a city in expansion, recently, shows evidences of conurbation not metropolitan around itself. Like this, the paulista government, at June, 26 of 2012, institutionalized the Urban Concentration of Piracicaba, a regional unity, intending the administration along with 22 cities. However, for this fact, must be taken into account functional integration among urban centers, because the number of municipalities are presented to compose a urban concentration of level not metropolitan. It has checked along this research, according with proposition about 22 cities. Thus, the objective of this research is identify and analyze the functional integration among participating municipalities through the commuting, in other words, the spatial displacement of people, important factor to be taken into account when defining urban concentration. Considering the displacement routine people, the commuting, also aimed identify the flow of public transport intercity travel among the cities of Piracicaba Regional Unity. Then, analyze the criteria used for establish the Piracicaba Regional Unity, if it was considered technical character or if it was prioritized the political character. Citotoxicidade de cimentos retrobturados experimentais em fibroblastos V79: [recurso eletrônico]

Combining the characteristics of good adhesion and sealing of the AH Plus sealer the biological properties of the MTA, zinc oxide and calcium hydroxide, the purpose of this study was to evaluate the cytotoxicity of these associations. The specimens of the sealers and their associations were mixed and exposure to culture medium (82.4 mm2surface/mL) after the manipulation and incubated in a humidified incubator (37°C and 100% humidity) for 24 h. Chinese hamster lung fibroblasts (V79) were exposed to different dilutions of this extracts for 24 h and cell viability was measured by MTT test. The differences between the cell survival rates were statistically analyzed for Kruskal-Wallis and Dunn (p≤0.05). All sealers showed a significant difference with the group control, except the MTA. Cytotoxicity with the control group increased in the following order: AH Plus < AH Plus + Ca(OH) 2 < AH Plus + OxZn< AH Plus + MTA < MTA (p≤ 0,05). It was concluded that the addition of biological materials in order to improve the consistency of AH Plus for use in retro cavities its toxicity has not decreased significantly

Estudo do potencial de associações de ZnO com os produtos naturais ácido cafeico e ferúlico como filtros solares híbridos: [recurso eletrônico]

In this work were studied associations of ZnO with the natural products caffeic and feluric acids. Two preparation methods were used, that is, the sol-gel and a reflux procedure. In the sol-gel method, ZnO is produced by the basics hydrolysis of precursors in the presence of the organic filters (caffeic and feluric acids), which results in 30 nm (or less) ZnO particles with the organic filters (in dissociated form) bonded to the surface of ZnO. In the reflux method, a dispersion of ZnO in a water/ethanol mixture was kept under reflux (50oC/4h) in the presence of the organic acids. The ZnO particles used in the reflux method have a higher diameter than sol-gel ZnO particles, but the prepared associated product ZnO/Organic acids were similar. Despite of the difference in relation to crystallinity between the products, the preparation methods resulted in analogous associations with respect to the interaction of the organic filters with the ZnO surface. The caffeic/ZnO associations presented low photostability, which lead to the degradation of the organic filter. The other associations (feluric acid/ZnO) presented satisfactory results. The FT-IR spectroscopy confirmed the formation of the association, and the nature of the bond formed compared with the Zn-O bond in Zn2+/Felutic acid complexes. The isolated organic and inorganic filters, along with the associations were analyzed by diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and Uv-vis spectroscopy. The absorption edges and the critical wavelengths were analyzed and the effects of Zn-O bonds in feluric acid/ZnO associations described as a function of the relative position of the π/π* system of the organic filter. Finally the performance of the hybrid filters were investigated in terms of the absorption of UVA and UVB radiations, with the UVA/UVB ratio, an efficiency parameter largely used in the description of solar filters, sunscreen and suncare products

A internet como ferramenta de mediação no acervo artístico-cultural dos Palácios do Governo do Estado de São Paulo

This research focuses on methods and strategies for educational-based digital tools, aimed at the public school. Thus, we present possibilities, and the main actions of the national museum institutions in several online educational services that exemplify some forms of virtual mediation in order to verify the relevance of using these tools. The study discusses the need for museums to follow the advance of new technologies to engage and retain the public school, consisting of a highly connected generation with new technologies. It also brings a brief overview of the evolution of the museum in the Western world and presents the formation and nature of art collections that comprise the Artistic-Cultural Collection of the Governmental Palaces of the State of São Paulo, focusing on the management policy of each period, highlighting the educational program and the relationship with the website. As a practical exercise, the research presented suggests applying a form of mediation for the virtual site of Artistic-Cultural Collection of the Governmental Palaces to extend relations sector educational institution for the virtual context

Biodegradação da vinhaça resíduo da produção de etanol

The State of São Paulo is responsible for the largest sugar cane production in Brazil, as well as the largest production of ethanol made of this raw material – which is widely used as fuel for automobiles. This utilization began in the 1970’s, with the institution by the Brazilian government of the National Alcohol Program (PRO-ÁLCOOL), as a consequence of the petroleum crisis, rising again five years ago, with the development of flex fuel cars. The obtaining process of ethanol originates residues; amongst them, vinasse is the one that’s generated in the largest amount (an average of 10 to 13 litres/litre of ethanol produced). The disposal of this residue in waters was only forbidden in 1978, but before that, researchers had already been investigating its utilization as raw material. This paper had the objective of accompany the biodegradation of vinasse by evaluating the oxygen comsumption during it until the ultimate Biochemical Oxygen Demand (uBOD), performed in twenty days; another objective was to analyse the biomass production of Saccharomyces cerevisae in this residue. Physical and chemical analyses of the residue were also performed, as well as acute toxicity essays using Daphnia similis and Dugesia tigrina, before and after its biodegradation. The physical and chemical analyses pointed elevated acidness (pH = 3,98), conductivity (8,30 mS/cm) and COD (25.693,43 mg O2/L) and mean quantity of suspended solids (5.246 mg/L). The toxicity essays indicated absence of toxic potential in vinasse after biodegradation for both species. The uBOD degradated until 88,22% of the COD, demonstrating the possibility of biodegradation of most of the residue’s organic load in a relatively short period of time. S. cerevisae caused a 37,03% COD diminution in vinasse, diminished its conductivity and promoted a slight elevation of the pH; it obtained low biomass...(Complete abstract click electronic access below)

Articulação entre as políticas internas e externas no Brasil dos anos de 1980 aos nossos dias: uma análise valorativa sobre o desenvolvimento social e política-cultural

Assim como, as vivências nos intercâmbios internacionais podem e devem contribuir em grau elevado na constituição das mesmas políticas públicas, angariando recursos e investimentos externos, elas também podem se aprofundar em experiência de conscientização dos sujeitos políticos. Quanto mais a difusão cultural entre os povos é incentivada, pelos governos e iniciativas não governamentais, somada à atividade política dos sujeitos, mais trará contribuições aos entremeios das sociedades complexas, que por sua vez, refletirão na melhoria das condições de vida dos indivíduos e de suas instituições. O plano discursivo ideal propõe a superação das amarras econômicas para contemplar os estratos sociais, essa seria a primeira etapa para iniciar o aperfeiçoamento das instâncias democráticas e, convém assistir às transformações desde as estrutura, ou seja, dos modos de pensar, ser e agir dos seres humanos em busca de um novo tipo de desenvolvimento, que de fato se reconheça globalizado. Para tanto, o método utilizado se ancorou na revisão bibliográfica da análise histórica e da análise de discursos dos ex-presidentes, a partir da época de redemocratização brasileira. A todo o momento, frisou-se a articulação entre as mais diversas frentes de organização social, interna e externa, bem como as supranacionais, tal articulação é oportuna à metodologia, na tentativa de uma compreensão introdutória dos processos da modernidade complexa. Além disso, optou-se por tecer considerações finais que deixassem o texto aberto ao debate, ao contrário de qualquer proposta conclusiva. A saber, a potencialidade em dialogar sobre o conceito de desenvolvimento, que se deseja pluralmente inserido na universalidade relativa ao gênero humano, torna-se mais atraente, à medida que são cobradas melhorias dos programas político-democráticos...
