As estratégias governamentais frente à empregabilidade de jovens e adultos: investigando os meandros da relação educação e trabalho

This conclusion of course work aims to investigate the city of Limerick / SP, in order to question whether there are and what public policies developed by local, if there are training places for young people and targeting the job market or even partnerships between the city and local businesses seeking to supply the concrete conditions of preparation and targeting young people for the labor market. All changes in education accompanied the need to provide skilled labor to contribute to the country's economic development. The work is divided into several chapters. The first chapter is about the whole historical development of professional education in Brazil and new challenges. The second chapter discusses the reality of the world of work changes and their consequences, and the issue of working children and adolescents. The third chapter is about the difficulty of insertion of the poor youth in the current job market. The fourth chapter presents the city of Limerick to the needs of professional schools to meet the large number of trades and industries, which are currently listed by the educational institutions of the city and programs signed between the Municipal bodies and institutions such as SENAC (National Service of Commercial Learning) and Senai (National Service of Industrial Learning). The fifth chapter presents an interview with the CAMPL the city of Limerick, whose goal and give professional training to teens to get the first employee. Reflexões e observações sobre as novas diretrizes curriculares e a sua influência na formação inicial do professor na universidade

With reference to curricular changes proposed by the CNE Resolution 1 /2002 and CNE 2/2002 on Teacher Education in Basic Education teaching degree - this study aims to analyze the new professional profile proposed in curriculum pedagogy , Physical Education , Science Biology , Mathematics , Physics and Geography . Within the curriculum guidelines was observed in a more normative articulated curriculum, focused on action-reflection- action. A guided design in practical rationality and the skills set without breaking the commitment of the public university with emancipation and quality education . Although there is this understanding we must also attend to the care that must be given to the new guidelines , based on the same reveal great concern with vocational training , with its instrumentation , with the pragmatic and utilitarian dimension of the training process . It is noteworthy that throughout the twentieth century in Brazil , where he fought for educational policies that were to solidify the construction of teacher identity , but the gains have largely remained restricted to the issue of educational reforms and a roster of disciplines , called pedagogical varnish . Therefore, this work is to deepen this thematic perspective , studying the identity of the teacher in the new curriculum design presented by undergraduate courses . Educação e trabalho: as políticas públicas e as articulações das ações de qualificação e geração de emprego para a juventude

This paper analyzes the transformations in Brazilian society, especially in relations between the fields of work, education and youth. The implementation of a new logic in the process of capital accumulation, changes meant to hit the job market, causing new social issues, especially for youth, which can be translated by rising unemployment and new job settings, thus, have sparked a broad debate around the requirements that the market imposes on that intend to engage in it, relations skills, knowledge and ability to enter the labor market of the population, reissuing the discussion on social inequalities that required the field of alternative public policies to address this situation of exclusion. Early this century, several crises are intertwined and the environmental crisis is the most global of them all. In this context, emerged as an environmental education learn to overcome the crisis. This article aims to discuss the ideas of biology teachers in the city of Piracicaba-SP on Environmental Education and from there to reflect on the theme of inclusion in the initial training of teachers. The methodology used a structured questionnaire-based instrument VOSTS (Views on Science-Technology-Society), produced by Aikenhead and Ryan (1992) and the data were analyzed qualitatively. The results indicate that the biology teachers surveyed still have a naive conception of environmental education and training courses need to commit to structural and curricular changes that make the effective insertion of the subject in teacher training in the region studied.

Formação e educação popular no campo entre a Igreja Católica e o Estado (1954-1964)

In Brazil, the Catholic Church has an important role in the construction of citizenship, education and training the rural lower classes of the population. Studied in this article, this participation and contribution in the 60s, by highlighting the strong weighting would take the issue of land reform. The Catholic Church was a major player in unionization campaigns and basic education and suffered great tensions and internal conflicts that divide between those who sought the "liberation of the oppressed" and those who fought for reforms without changing the "social order". We use historical methodology and retrieve the voice of the authors through interviews with trade unionists, lawyers, church authorities and militants popular.

O processo de elaboração de saberes por professores-pesquisadores de educação física em uma comunidade colaborativa

Parceria entre universidade e escola pública: Pibid e Núcleo de Ensino e suas contribuições para a formação inicial dos licenciandos do curso de Pedagogia FC/Bauru

The initial teacher training can be enhanced with the participation of undergraduates in specific programs aimed at the relationship between the university and the primary education system, such as Pibid and Education Center, promising initiatives that aim to strengthen the transition from student paper the teacher. Given the importance of such programs, we analyzed in this study the impacts of the partnership between university and public school in initial teacher training of undergraduates and graduates of UNESP in Bauru, specifically in the Faculty of Education. The programs selected as objects of study of this research to draw together teaching, research and extension to enhance the link between licensing and school environment promoting the experience of concrete situations of teaching even during training, are seeking to consolidate a horizontal relationship between university and public school to both involved understand and contribute in some way to solve the dilemmas faced by the education system. In addition to identifying the similarities and singularities between programs and analyze the contributions of those in initial formation, we attempted to verify what challenges and solutions were experienced by students during the participation in the projects. In general, it can be said that participation in programs such as Pibid and Education Center are key to improving the quality of initial teacher training

Indústria de base: um olhar humano sobre a formação do jogador de futebol

O presente trabalho busca trazer um olhar mais humano para a formação de jovens jogadores de futebol. A carreira é uma das mais almejadas pelas crianças em um país onde a educação primária ainda é deficitária. Soma-se isso à cultura enraizada na parte massiva da população de que estudar não é substancial. Deslumbrados pela fama e a importância dos jogadores profissionais, evidenciadas pela mídia esportiva e presentes na sociedade brasileira, estes garotos passam a buscar o mesmo para si, sem saber dos riscos e dificuldades que a carreira pode oferecer. Muitos deles esquecem-se da vida escolar e, caso não tenham sucesso na carreira profissional futebolística - o que acontece com a maioria, correm sérios riscos de ficarem marginalizados perante a sociedade. Este trabalho busca mostrar a visão de jovens que já estiveram envolvidos no universo das categorias de base do futebol e não prosseguiram no esporte, mas souberam priorizar os estudos e ter uma profissão alternativa. Mostra também depoimentos de profissionais que lidam com jovens que ainda alimentam esse sonho. Por último, traz notícias em geral do mundo do futebol de base

A formação de docentes inclusivos: um desafio para a educação brasileira

Respect for differences is one of the most important subjects in debate in the Brazilian and World society today. It’s consensus that diversity education is very important to make humanity fairer and more equal. In this context, it’s necessary to separate real pedagogic actions from political demagogy. So, our objective in this paper is to enrich this discussion with the results of our project “Perspectives of teachers about the inclusion of special students in Programa UNESP de Educação de Jovens e Adultos”. These results will demonstrate a good example of inclusive education and will prove the inadequacy of training in special education offered to Brazilian university students. In our opinion, it’s impossible to believe in diversity education without appropriate training in inclusive education because this work requires accommodation of social, political, physical, religious, cognitive and cultural differences and this demands a skilled professional in all teaching methods.

Opinião de professores sobre a sexualidade e a educação sexual de alunos com deficiência intelectual

Using a questionnaire for quantitative and qualitative analysis, this descriptive study investigated the opinion of 451 teachers about sexuality and sexual education of students with intellectual disabilities. The majority (94.2%) perceives the sexuality of their students with intellectual disabilities, identifies their desire to date (38.3%), occurrence of questions (35.8%), sexual games and masturbation (19.6%) and the inappropriate behavior (6.3%); before that, they have positive feelings (37.5%) and negative (53.8%). Teachers believe they can contribute to the sexual education of their students (87.8%), however, they considered necessary the own training (39.9%) or the support of the school and the family (24.4%). It is important to invest in continuous training in sexual education for teachers working in inclusive schools.
