This work of course conclusion aim to do the elaboration of a model of implantation of a Program of Relationship Marketing in an organization of visual communication in Bauru, São Paulo. The bibliographical revision evidences the evolution of the marketing in accordance with the necessities of each period, as well as the evolution of the profession of Public Relations that throughout the time accumulated many functions. Therefore, to implant the Relationship Marketing is necessary that the marketing may be faced as an enterprise philosophy, so that all workers have the focus in the customer’s satisfaction. The proposal of implantation of a Program of Relationship Marketing is validated by a basic agent, the Public Relations, who is able to work integrated with the Marketing Department to manage the process completely. The proposal elaborated is personalized, at the same time, is made having as base a previous diagnosis and an analysis of 3 Puts of the organization, so that, do a strategical planning of implantation of this new culture focused in the customer, based in the relationship

The present paper conducts an analysis of all steps for the construction of diaphragm walls, from obtaining the soil parameters until its execution. Construction stages of diaphragm wall are detailed. The paper presents a detailed analysis of the main available calculation methods to obtain the soil parameters and the design of the diaphragm wall. A case history extensively documented in previous research and present in international symposiums was chosen for an analysis of construction process and excavation’s instrumentations, as well as emphasizing the importance of temporary works and construction sequence for deep excavation with cast in-situ diaphragm walls. In general, it is possible to conclude the main difficulty and uncertainty of the dimensioning are obtaining the soil parameter for diaphragm wall design. And, it is also possible to conclude the monitoring and execution control are paramount to the success of the diaphragm wall construction

Nowadays, in business environment, organizations seek to differentiate through special programs and plans, taking the concepts of sustainability, performance and benefits generated for society. Based in this competitive environment, as companies depend on the use of subcontractors to perform services for your different customers, the work performed by them is directly related to the vision created by the final customer’s vision of the company responsible for the project. Considering that the supplier hired to execute the project does not share the strategic concepts related to the level of services to be offered to the final customers, thus creating the need to develop methods that enable the alignment between the project owner, responsible for preparing the executive project, and the supplier, responsible for the execution of the work. Tangent to this need, it was necessary to create a method of evaluation and categorization for suppliers to hired for the projects. As a result it has been proposed a process of categorization of suppliers, through the restriction of possible companies to be hired for a project designed to promote alignment between strategies and continuous improvement of the solutions offered to the market

This work brings to its content proposed deployment of a system of quality management in paving asphalt based on the elaboration of a basic training to meet those entering this area of civil engineering at a technical manual for the implementation of major services running on paving of roads. The training was designed to serve both those entering the field of asphalt paving, synthesizing the complex processes involved in paving services and providing an overview of the steps in implementation thereof, as well as entrants must meet the enterprise user of this system, providing them an idea of the method used by the company designing the paving of roads. The technical manual presented in turn, has 8 (eight) of the main services components of a work of paving, which are: Mobilization and Maintenance of construction site, Regularization and subfloor preparation, execution or sub-base BGS base (graded gravel plain), Execution of sub-base or base BGTC (graded gravel treated with cement), Implementation of subbase or base Macadam hydraulic Priming bituminous waterproofing, asphalt binder Priming and finally the execution flexible pavement - HMA (hot milled asphalt concrete). These services are presented in the form of IT-Education work, this seven items are presented that guide the performance of services, thus providing overall guidelines to perform the services described in it. The development of IT's was based on experiences in day-to-day paving near the theoretical precepts presented in the literature, so the conditions specified in these documents aim to always guide the implementation of services in general, giving the process a versatility major operation, as this work takes into account the dynamics of such services, as well as the variety of their execution according to local conditions and specified in the project. Due to the new discoveries of oil and gas reservoirs, and also the increasing production of bio-fuels, the brazilian general pipeline system is being vertiginously extended. On the other hand, there is a lack of clear parameters that would allow a better utilization of the geological-geotechnical studies in the process of environmental licensing of pipeline systems. Therefore, this paper presents guidelines that would orientate the environmental licensing procedures to build pipeline systems, and also the geological-geotechnical studies that would support the characterization of the physical context. The method applied in this study consisted in the existing data survey and in their organization, analysis and review. In doing so, there is a well-subsidy integration of the many steps of the pipeline system implementation, the required environmental licenses and the investigation methods of the correlated physical context. As a result, it’s presented a flowchart of the guidelines, detailing the interaction between the environmental licensing, the geological-geotechnical studies and the phases of the pipeline’s project.

Worldwide environmental degradation is an undesirable byproduct resulting from the increasing demand for natural resources. Water sources are suffering intense contamination since they usually receive a huge amount of domestic and industrial effluents - which are mostly wasted without proper treatment - inserting a large number of pollutants in the environment, heavy metals included. Mercury holds great toxicological importance because, under some physicochemical conditions in a water environment, Hg (II) ion turns into methylated compounds stemming from this element, such as methylmercury CH3Hg, which is highly toxic for the aquatic community in which bioaccumulation occurs. Nowadays passive sampling techniques are being developed to enable the analytical procedures which are applied in environmental monitoring. Diffusive gradients in thin-films technique (DGT) has been proven an interesting tool for the determination of labile metal species due to its in situ application. The DGT technique consists of a piston-like device on which the following series of agents is disposed: a binding agent (conventionally Chelex 100 resin), a diffusive agent, usually a polyacrylamide gel, and a membrane filter. Nevertheless, the agents conventinally used for this technique don't usually show satisfactory results in mercury sampling. The main goal of this study was to evaluate the phosphate-treated cellulose membrane (Whatman P 81), an alternative material, as binding agent in the DGT to determine labile mercury fractions in aquatic systems. In this context, we conducted a study of the behavior of this material in relation with system variables, pH and ionic strength. Afterwards we performed immersions of the DGT devices in real and enriched samples and in situ aiming the determination of mercury

The aluminum includes several properties with excellent relation between weight and mechanical resistance. With technological advances, increasingly demand the development of new alloys and other production processes in order to reduce the cost of production and insert these new alloys in broader applications. The process of continuous caster (TRC promoted the unite of the aluminum smelting process with the first stage of rolling, making it most economical through the merger these two phases besides transform the continuous casting process. The AA8xxx series is one of the most versatile aluminum alloys and the most often used in continuous caster process provided a great potential application in the market. In order to further, optimize the process it is necessary to increase awareness of the aluminum solidification phenomena associated with the addition of grain refiner, and control of some aluminum production parameters in the process (production rate, metal temperature, etc.). In this study, AA8011 alloy samples were taken in the raw state obtained by the continuous casting process. The samples were laminated to a thickness of 7mm during the process itself and analyzed at three points along its width by microstructural analysis throughout its thickness, the variation rate of addition of the grain refiner in order to assess the influence of this addition with crystallographic formation and some formation of intermetallic precipitates during the solidification. Through this work, it was possible to improve the knowledge related to the addition of refiner with the monitoring of these production processes

Objective: The objective of this paper was to verify if the final irrigation at 17% EDTA, separately or followed by chlorhexidine digluconate at 2% interferes on the apical marginal leakage in root canal overfilling, due to the use of two root canal filling materials (Sealer 26TM or SealapexTM). Methods: Forty lower incisors extracted, with a single root canal, were biomechanically prepared, at 2.0mm beyond the radicular apex, with ProTaper SystemTM, finishing it with the F3 instrument. Irrigation was accomplished with 1.0 mL NaOCl at 2.5% at each change of equipment caliper and, in the end, with 5.0 mL normal saline solution. After achieving this procedure, the foraminal channels was standardized with a file K 25 until its DO appears in the foraminal opening. From this moment, the teeth were subdivided into two groups of 20 specimens each, because of the final irrigation method used: I – irrigation with EDTA at 17% for 3min and II – identical protocol, thus, after EDTA aspiration at17%, it was again irrigated with chlorhexidine digluconate at 2%, also kept intra-canal for 3min. Each group was again sub-divided into two sub-groups (ten teeth each), according to the cement used (Sealer 26TM or SealapexTM), and filled by using a single gutta-percha F1 (ProTaperTM, Universal Filling), in such a manner that it goes 2.0 mm beyond the radicular apex. Soon after that, the teeth were immersed in Rhodamine BTM for 72h, vacuum and after the roots have been bucolingually grooved, the leakages marked were measured with program Image ToolTM. Results and Conclusions: The leakage magnitude was similar among themselves (p > 0.05), except for group Sealapex®, thus the final use with chlorhexidine reduced apical leakage (p < 0.05).

The study articulates the relations of power / knowledge in the production of crime and operationalization of the law, the subtle way in which technologies of gender naturalize actions and reactions in relationships, partnerships and daily struggles between staff and prisoners and the processes of subjectivity in contemporaneity . This study has as epistemological matrix the genealogy proposed by Michel Foucault, who has allowed diverse pathways as document reviews, semi-structured interviews, performance groups and courses. The interweaving of the forces and discourses has engendered the impact of technologies on gender, especially masculinity, in the present relations between staff and prisoners. The impact of this relationship puts on display the modulations of subjectivity in a continuum of oscillation between normalizing and singularizing modes of subjectification.

There is little information regarding bond strengths of polyglass to metal alloys. This study evaluated the influence of bonding system on shear bond strength of a composite resin (Artglass/Heraeus Kulzer) to cast titanium (Ti). Twenty metallic structures (4mm in diameter, 5mm thick) of titanium grade I were cast shaped and abraded with 250mm aluminum oxide and separated into two groups. For each group was applied one bonding system (Siloc or Retention Flow) before opaque and dentin polymer superposition. This procedure was managed using teflon matrices. They were manipulated and polymerized according to the manufacturer's recommendations. The samples were stored in distilled water for 24 hours at 37º and thermocycled (5º and 55ºC/500 cycles). Shear bond strength tests were performed by using an Instron Universal testing machine at a crosshead speed of 5mm/min. Results were analyzed statistically with one-way ANOVA (a=0,5) and they indicated that the Retention Flow system was statistically better than Siloc (20.74 MPa and 11.65 MPa , respectively). It was possible to conclude that the bonding agent influenced the adhesion between polymer and cast titanium.

Sabendo-se do potencial de toxicidade do mercúrio, mais especificamente de sua forma orgânica, o metilmercúrio (MeHg), faz-se necessária a busca por métodos analíticos eficientes e precisos para a determinação e especiação do metal. A técnica de difusão por gradiente em filmes finos (DGT) já vem sendo utilizada para tal fim de maneira eficiente tendo apresentado resultados satisfatórios em diversos estudos. Porém, a utilização de ligantes alternativos aos convencionais, que tornem a aplicação da técnica menos custosa em termos laborais e financeiros, faz-se importante para um monitoramento constante e eficiente do metilmercúrio no ambiente. No presente trabalho buscou-se avaliar o potencial da levedura Saccharomyces cerevisiae imobilizada em agarose em combinação com a poliacrilamida como agente difusivo para determinação seletiva de MeHg. Os resultados demonstraram-se positivo, com um coeficiente de difusão médio de 7,03 ± 0,77 x 10-6 cm2 s-1. Os resultados demonstraram também baixa influencia do pH, força iônica e outros íons na retenção do analito pelos dispositivos. As recuperações de Hg2+ demonstraram-se insatisfatórios, evidenciando a seletividade dos dispositivos
