<正> 本文所记述的鱼类化石标本是采自西藏班戈县仑坡拉盆地。1976年,作者参加中国科学院组织的青藏高原综合科学考察,曾带回部分标本。1977年,西藏地质四大队也曾赠送一些标本。由于材料不完整,作者又于1978年重赴现场进行补充采集。本文描述主要依据1978年所采的标本。这批标本采于仑坡拉盆地的长山(又名爬爬,海拔4550米)和其哇孝低(又名阿里开

<正> 端足類是一類底棲的甲殼動物,它們生活在海洋或湖沼中,能清除陳腐的有機物質。它們本身又成為魚類優良的動物性食料,因此有些地方的淡水養殖場,特别設法培養這類甲殼動物,作為某種魚類的飼料,增進漁業的產量。所以它們具有相當的经濟價值(Kendal,1921)。

红娘华蛐的身体结构,一般与Mackinnon所述的R.(Embadomonas) agilis和Corradetti所述的R.grillotalpae相似,特别近似Geiman所述的R.caudacus(图15,16)。但红娘华蛐有大约等於体长2/3的大胞口,和长於或等於体长的针状尾巴,而且无论在生活时或固定染色後,头部均向背後扭曲(此较图1和15)。这些特性,显然与过去文獻中所记载的种类不同,故(氵夬)定为蛐属——新种。

Biological soil crusts are important in reversing desertification. Ultraviolet radiation, however, may be detrimental for the development of soil crusts. The cyanobacterium Microcoleus vaginatus can be a dominant species occurring in desert soil crusts all over the world. To investigate the physico-chemical consequences of ultraviolet-B radiation on M. vaginatus, eight parameters including the contents of chlorophyll a, reactive oxygen species, malondialdehyde and proline, as well as the activities of photosynthesis, superoxide dismutase (EC 1.15.1.1), peroxiclase (EC 1.11.1.7) and catalase (EC 1.11.1.6) were determined. As shown by the results of determinations, ultraviolet-B radiation caused decreases both in contents of chlorophyll a and in ratios of variable fluorescence over maximum fluorescence that indicate the growth and photosynthesis of M. vaginatus, besides, increases both in levels of reactive oxygen species and in contents of malondialdehyde and proline, while intensified activities of superoxide dismutase, peroxiclase and catalase reflecting the abilities of enzymatic preventive substances to oxidative stress of the treated cells. Therefore, ultraviolet-B radiation affects the growth of M. vaginatus and leads to oxidative stress in cells. Under ultraviolet-B radiation, the treated cells can improve their antioxidant abilities to alleviate oxidative injury. The change trends of reactive oxygen species, superoxide dismutase, peroxiclase and catalase are synchronous. These results suggest that a balance between the antioxidant system and the reactive oxygen species content may be one part of a complex stress response pathway in which multiple environmental factors including ultraviolet-B radiation affect the Survival of M. vaginatus. UV radiation is one of many harmful factors found in space that are detrimental to organisms on earth in space exploration. In the present work, we examined the role of antioxidant system in Nostoc sphaeroides Kutz (Cyanobacterium) and the effects of exogenously applied antioxidant molecules on its photosynthetic rate under UV-B radiation. It was found that UV-B radiation promoted the activity of antioxidant system to protect photosystem 11 (PSII) and exogenously applied antioxidant: sodium nitroprusside (SNP) and N-acetylcysteine (NAC) had an obvious protection on PSII activity under UV-B radiation. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD, EC 1.15.1.1), catalase (CAT, EC 1.11.1.6), peroxidase (POD, EC 1.11.1.7) and content of NIDA (malondialdehyde) and ASC (ascorbate) were improved by 0.5 mM and 1 mM SNP, but 0.1 mM SNP decreased the activity of antioxidant system. Addition of exogenous NAC decreased the activity of SOD, POD, CAT and the content MDA and ASC. In contrast, exogenously applied NAC increased GSH content. The results suggest that exogenous SNP and NAC may protect algae by different mechanisms: SNP may play double roles as both sources of reactive free radicals as well as ROS scavengers in mediating the protective role of PSII on algae under UV-B radiation. The phylogenetic relationship of 5 genera, i.e. Diplozoon Nordmann, 1832, Paradiplozoon Achmerov, 1974, Inustiatus Khotenovsky, 1978, Sindiplozoon Khotenovsky, 1981, and Eudiplozoon Khotenovsky, 1985 in the subfamily Diplozoinae Palombi, 1949 (Monogenea, Polyopisthocotylea) was inferred from rDNA ITS-2 region using neighbour-joining (NJ), maximum likelihood (ML) and Bayesian methods. The phylogenetic trees produced by using NJ, ML and Bayesian methods exhibit essentially the same topology. Surprisingly, freshwater species of Paradiplozoon from Europe clustered together with species of Diplozoon, but separated from Chinese Paradiplozoon species. The results of molecular phylogeny and lower level of divergence (4(.)1-15(.)7%) in ITS-2 rDNA among Paradiplozoon from Europe and Diplozoon and, on the other hand, high level of divergence (45(.)3-53(.)7%) among Paradiplozoon species from Europe and China might indicate the non-monophyletic origin of the genus Paradiplozoon. Also, the generic status of European Paradiplozoon needs to be revised. The species of Paradiplozoon in China is a basal group in Diplozoinae as revealed by NJ and Bayesian methods, and Sindiplozoon appears to be closely related to European Paradiplozoon and Diplozoon. with their relationship to Eudiplozoon and Inustiatus being unresolved.

The food intake, growth, food conversion ratio and survival of yearling pufferfish, Fugu obscurus Abe, were investigated under different water salinity conditions over a 54-day period. Within the salinity regimes of 0 (freshwater), 8, 18, and 35parts per thousand, the food intake levels were 0.97%, 1.43%, 1.19% and 1.01%, respectively; food conversion ratios were 1.31, 1.93, 1.61 and 1.36, respectively; and specific growth rates were 0.41%, 1.15%, 0.84%, and 0.35%, respectively. The three data series were reduced with increasing salinity. However, the survival rates did not show the same tendencies, which were 80%, 100%, 100%, and 67%, respectively. There were significant differences among the treatments. In conclusion, the yearling pufferfish optimum culture salinity condition was about 8parts per thousand.

The efficiencies of InxGa1-xN two-junction solar cells are calculated with various bandgap combinations of subcells under AM1.5 global, AM1.5 direct and AM0 spectra. The influence of top-cell thickness on efficiency has been studied and the performance of InxGa1-xN cells for the maximum light concentration of various spectra has been evaluated. Under one-sun irradiance, the optimum efficiency is 35.1% for the AM1.5 global spectrum, with a bandgap combination of top/bottom cells as 1.74 eV/1.15 eV. And the limiting efficiency is 40.9% for the highest light concentration of the AM1.5 global spectrum, with the top/bottom cell bandgap as 1.72 eV/1.12 eV.

Thin aluminum oxide films were deposited by a new and simple physicochemical method called chemical liquid phase deposition (CLD) on semiconductor materials. Aluminum sulfate with crystallized water and sodium bicarbonate were used as precursors for film growth, and the control of the system's pH value played an important role in this experiment. The growth rate is 12 nm/h with the deposition at [Al-2(SO4)(3)]=0.0837 mol.L-1, [NaHCO3]=0.214 mol.L-1, 15 degreesC. Post-growth annealing not only densifies and purifies the films, but results in film crystallization as well. Excellent quality of Al2O3 films in this work is supported by electron dispersion spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectrum, X-ray diffraction spectrum and scanning electron microscopy photograph.

In order to effectively improve the classification performance of neural network, first architecture of fuzzy neural network with fuzzy input was proposed. Next a cost function of fuzzy outputs and non-fuzzy targets was defined. Then a learning algorithm from the cost function for adjusting weights was derived. And then the fuzzy neural network was inversed and fuzzified inversion algorithm was proposed. Finally, computer simulations on real-world pattern classification problems examine the effectives of the proposed approach. The experiment results show that the proposed approach has the merits of high learning efficiency, high classification accuracy and high generalization capability.

The surface photovoltage (SPV) effect induced by the defect states in semi-insulating (SI) GaAs was studied. The PV response below the band edge was measured at room temperature with a de optical biasing. The spectra were found to be strongly dependent on the surface recombination and were attributed to formation of the carrier concentration gradient near the surface region, showing that SPV is a very sensitive and nondestructive technique for characterizing the surface quality of the SI-GaAs wafers.

近年来 ,在实时操作系统的研究中 ,已开始将反馈控制融入操作系统的任务调度 将这一想法与分时操作系统相结合 ,提出一种基于PID反馈控制的分时调度算法 它能根据任务对CPU带宽的个性化需求 ,并考虑开放的分时系统中CPU占用率的不确定动态变化特性 ,动态地分配CPU带宽 ,使CPU对任务集的处理效果始终处于最佳状态 性能分析实验结果表明 ,它不仅兼容传统的分时调度架构 ,还具有良好的动态、静态特性及鲁棒性 ,且引入的调度费用较低

藏文拉丁转写是研究藏文化和进行藏文术语交流的重要工具。介绍了一种基于藏文编码字符集基本集和藏文编码字符集扩充集A,实现藏文拉丁转写的方法。通过引入垂直预组合的概念,将藏文由复杂文本变为简单文本,从而简化了拉丁转写的处理过程,降低了算法复杂度。详细讲述了算法的原理及在OpenOffice.org中的实现。

以固定化的假丝酵母酶为催化剂,在三段式固定床反应器内,醇油摩尔比为1:1,采用分级流加甲醇的方式,将高酸值的酸化油转化为生物柴油,探讨了酶量、溶剂量、水量、温度、反应液流速等与产物中甲酯含量的关系。正交实验结果表明,反应的最适条件为酶用量、溶剂量、水量分别为油重的15%、10%、10%,反应液流速为0.8g·min^-1,温度为45℃,在此条件下,产物中甲酯含量达到了90.18%。
The transesterification of acid oil and methanol to biodiesel catalyzed by immobilized Candida lipase in fixed bed reactors was studied. The acid oil and methanol were pumped into the reactors in three-steps which were kept the molar ratio as 1: 1. The result of orthogonality experiment indicated that: the optimal conditions for transesterification of acid oil were as following: 15% immobilized lipase, 10% hexane and 10% water of acid oil, reaction temperature 45 ℃, flow velocity of reactant 0.8 g· min ^-1 The content of fatty acid methyl ester of 90. 18% could be obtained under the optimal conditions.
