A concepção de professores dos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental sobre o trabalho com mapas conceituais

Poucos são os professores que tiveram a oportunidade de vivenciar em sua formação atividades envolvendo a construção de mapas conceituais. Essa ferramenta, elaborada e difundida por Joseph Novak na década de 70, é de fundamental importância para a organização de elementos necessários à aprendizagem, pois possibilita ao aluno articular ideias e associar novas informações a conhecimentos estudados anteriormente permitindo ao professor utilizá-lo também como um importante instrumento na avaliação da aprendizagem. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo investigar a concepção dos professores do Ensino Fundamental sobre a utilização dos mapas conceituais como forma de organizar, avaliar e facilitar a aprendizagem dos alunos, bem como verificar quantos os utilizam em sua prática pedagógica. Para a realização do estudo, foram feitas pesquisa bibliográfica, buscando fundamentação teórico-metodológica e pesquisa de campo descritiva com aplicação de questionário aos professores de seis escolas municipais dos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental no município de Bauru, com perguntas fechadas de múltipla escolha, para levantar informações acerca do conhecimento dos professores sobre o assunto. Após o questionário, foi realizado o acompanhamento das aulas de um dos participantes para observar, descrever, analisar e discutir a metodologia adotada na realização do seu trabalho. Para a análise e a interpretação dos dados coletados, foi empregada abordagem qualiquantitativa e extraíram-se inferências dos resultados. Os resultados indicam que ainda é incipiente a aplicabilidade dos mapas conceituais nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental. Sugerimos que este tema seja abordado em cursos de Formação continuada dos docentes

O professor da educação especial e o processo de ensino aprendizagem de alunos com autismo

Autism is the theme of this study and the occurrence of the teaching-learning process of students with autism was observed. The study took place in a special education school. Nowadays, infantile Autism is classified as one of the “Development Global Disorders” and it is characterized by serious and global impairments in several aspects of the development, as the reciprocal social interaction, communication abilities and presence of behavioral stereotypes, interests and activities. Notwithstanding, these subjects present a triad of impairments concerning the development areas, such as: communication incapacity for social interaction and imagination, which affect directly the learning process. Thus, the aim of this study was to identify the teaching methodology employed for children with autism concerning special education and to verify in which aspects this methodology can help the teachinglearning process of those students. For this reason, a specialist teacher and three students with autism, of a special Education School, located in the interior of São Paulo state, took part in this study. For data collection, a total of 19 activities realized by the students with autism were observed inside the classroom. The specialized teacher answered a semi structured interview. The results demonstrated that the specialized teacher does not employ any specific teaching methodology, in order to help the teaching-learning process for those students, although there are some specific methodologies for children with autism, which are employed in special education schools. Nevertheless, it can be observed a lacuna concerning the teaching process employed by the teacher, and some uncertainly referring to the leaning process of those students with autism who attend that school

Formação do professor de Educação Física: análise da constituição da identidade docente no processo de estágio curricular supervisionado

A formação profissional é uma área de estudo que procura, através de estudos sistematizados, entender, entre outras coisas, os processos que se dão na constituição do ser profissional, os saberes que se produzem e as identidades que se formam. Especificamente na área de Educação, analisar a formação dos professores é de suma importância para refletirmos a respeito das práticas profissionais. Há alguns anos a temática da identidade docente ou identidade profissional vem sendo discutida na área de educação. De acordo com André (apud ALVES et al., 2007), os temas identidade e profissionalização docente apareceram como temas emergentes de pesquisa no início da década de 1990. Já no ano de 2003, do total de teses e dissertações defendidas sobre formação de professores, verificou-se que 43% dos temas eram sobre a identidade docente (ANDRÉ, 2005 apud ALVES et al., 2007). Além disso, Pimenta (2002) acrescenta que, na mesma época, os estudos sobre a formação inicial e contínua, repensadas a partir da análise das práticas pedagógicas e docentes, se revelaram uma demanda importante. Sendo a identidade docente um tema relevante para a área da Educação, é considerável a reflexão acerca dela bem como o levantamento de questões pertinentes que viabilizem o debate. Nesse trabalho buscamos analisar a constituição da identidade de futuros professores na fase de pré-ensino através dos seguintes objetivos: (a) Averiguar no processo de formação do professor de Educação Física as dimensões da docência que são exercitadas por ocasião dos estágios curriculares supervisionados de Prática de Ensino e; (b) Identificar nos relatórios e trabalhos de campo da disciplina Prática de Ensino e também por meio de questionário, as principais dificuldades que são assinaladas neste processo de formação, bem como na passagem de estudante-estagiário... A concepção pedagógica de um professor de Educação Física escolar: a história de vida como meio de compreensão

A história da Educação Física Escolar (EFE) apresenta diversas questões que são interessantes de serem estudadas. Para compreensão do quadro atual dessa disciplina na escola é relevante analisar a sua história, pois esse quadro é conseqüência dos fatos passados. Na tentativa de atender o objetivo do trabalho o recorte feito foi a partir dos pontos relacionados com professor de Educação Física. Deste modo parte-se da formação inicial desse profissional, considerando que no Brasil são oferecidos dois tipos de formação, as ocorridas no modelo tradicional-esportivista e as que apresentam um currículo com caráter técnico científico. Acredita-se a formação inicial contribuí na constituição da concepção pedagógica do profissional em formação, porém não se pode desprezar as suas experiências anteriores essa formação e nem as experiências vividas no mercado de trabalho. Contudo o objetivo do trabalho é: a) identificar a concepção pedagógica de um professor de Educação Física Escolar e b) identificar quais foram os fatores determinantes para se chegar a essa concepção. Para realização da pesquisa utilizou-se a metodologia qualitativa do gênero história de vida. Essa metodologia permite a entrada no campo subjetivo das pessoas, uma vez que ela trabalha com as experiências dessas, nesse caso não há tanto um roteiro factual, porque as narrativas se fazem por meio de impressões, sentimentos e sonhos, o colaborador é objeto central do estudo, que nesse caso será um professor. A seleção do sujeito se fez com a utilização do critério do professor colaborador ser formado em uma Instituição de Ensino Superior Pública e estar atuando na rede de ensino, mas as características pessoais do professor que são bastante peculiares também... A formação do professor no século XXI e a educação inclusiva

This paper describes the history of Inclusive Education in Brazil, especially the inclusion of studentes with hearing disabilities im mathematics classes in regular schools. Shows the difficulties faced by these students in the teaching and learning based on inclusive education researchers, we propose some changes in behavior to meet the hearing impaired. The importance of the teaching profession, the teacher and the school culture, as well as the political-pedagogical project are also subjects of this work. O processo de construção das identidades no ambiente universitário: um estudo de caso sobre o relações-públicas

It is intended, by using the theoretical frameworks of Cultural Anthropology and Social Sciences, determine how to process social relations as a result of identity processes in the university environment. The study shows relevance in the field of Anthropology and Public Relations as it undertakes to identify issues that may guide the actions and perceptions of society and the professionals themselves regarding the activity, in addition to showing a socio-historical overview of the profession. Thus, it can contribute both in the scientific realm , revealing the identity of Public Relations through anthropological knowledge, as in the social sphere, providing the public relations have a broader horizon in relation to their activity and their recognition in the social context , allowing develop identity strategies and contributing to the profession will become even more important for individuals and organizations that make up society

O professor-leitor nos cadernos de formação do Pedagogia Cidadã

Buscou-se com o presente trabalho investigar o perfil do professor-leitor que se revela nos impressos dirigidos aos professores no Programa Pedagogia Cidadã (Curso de Licenciatura para a Formação Continuada de Professores em Serviço da Educação Infantil e do Ensino Fundamental), tendo-se por foco principal a materialidade dos impressos e, os protocolos de leitura neles presentes (CHARTIER, 2001). Buscou também desvendar as representações presentes nesses volumes referente ao professor, enquanto profissional e enquanto leitor e ainda as concepções de leitura presentes nesses materiais. O trabalho teve como base metodológica a pesquisa de natureza documental. Ao atentar-se para a conceituação do ato de ler como um processo formador e para envolvimento do professor como mesmo, em especial para as práticas de leituras propostas nos cursos de formação docente, verificou-se que o professor é identificado como um tipo peculiar de leitor. Observou-se também que a materialidade dos impressos (Cadernos de Formação) dirigidos aos professoresalunos no Programa Pedagogia Cidadã constitui-se como elemento essencial para a produção de sentidos na leitura e, portanto, como fonte reveladora do ideal de formação docente almejado, por este programa.

O futebol sobre a ótica do tema transversal trabalho e consumo

The cross-cutting themes, which are characteristic express concepts and values of citizenship and correspond to important and urgent issues to society, should be treated within the school context , for all disciplines . Just like football, specific content of physical education, which most often is approached only by the technical and tactical aspects. The aim of this study was to analyze football from the perspective of labor and consumption and to propose activities for teachers to this content and theme in physical education classes. We investigated, in particular, the influence brands, media and the effect of the globalization phenomenon in this sport, and later thematic activities. The methodology used was qualitative type, which is from a thick description of the details about the situation analyzed and evaluated. In the first step a literature survey was conducted to understand and analyze the topic of this work. In the second, the activities were prepared, with the teacher ways to treat football from the perspective of labor and consumption from the themes presented in the goal. The activities were directed to students in the 9th grade of elementary school. It is expected that with the study, football can be see addition to the procedural dimension in class and the teacher values the critical training, and labor relations and consumption Football and any other content of school physical education. Activities that assist teachers in their future projects, jobs and classes. It is also hoped that the sport can be studied and understood both historically and critically in Brazil, the football country

Projeto de um módulo condicionador de sinais a ser implementado no satélite universitário ITASAT

The Brazilian Environmental Data Collection System (Sistema Brasileiro de Coleta de Dados Ambientais - SBCDA) has been providing reliable information regarding the monitoring of the Brazil environment to INPE (Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais) and many Non-governmental organizations (NGO). This system is composed of a large number of Data Collection Plataforms (DCP), in charge of sending local data signals to satellites. Then the satellites automatically redirect each signal to reception centers located at INPE. Nowadays the SBCDA has been operating under the control of three satellites. It is important to mention that two of these satellites have already expired their life span around ten years ago. A strategy to keep the SBCDA operational is to develop a low cost satellite that involves Brazilian Universities and Public Institutions. This graduation work aims to design and simulate a signal conditioning module that enables the collection of a satellite status data, and then sending it to an onboard computer

Avaliação dos resíduos sólidos gerados no Restaurante Universitário da UNESP de Rio Claro: uma análise do potencial de compostagem

A consequence of population growth is the increased generation of solid waste, which requires environmentally and economically viable suitable disposal sites. The scarcity of such sites makes necessary to adopt non-generation measures, reduction, reuse , recycling and treatment of solid waste before final disposal of waste. This paper presents the quantification and qualification of organic waste generated in each sector of the University Restaurant (UR) , by proposing indicators of waste generation per meal (index of waste) . Then, from the characterization of the waste management practices adopted internally, evaluates the potential deployment of the composting process for organic waste, with signaling for opportunities to improve waste management. The diagnosis of waste generation was made based on data collected during the period of 10 days. The waste were classified into 3 groups (organic, recyclable and waste) in each sector of the restaurant ( pre preparation , kitchen and tray return) . The results reveal that 33 % of the waste generated in the UR currently has the potential to be composted in a suitable place on campus. Every meal served generat approximately 124g of waste, of which 35g are organic waste of the pre preparation sector, 49g are remnants of food in the tray’s return and 40g are other kinds of waste, including recyclable and non recyclable. You can still get a higher percentage of compostable if the trays pre-wash is not performed with detergent and water. To minimize the generation of waste trays can be replaced by plates and skimmers and ladles can be replaced by smaller ones. The food exposed in the counter but not consumed, can be distributed to students after the restaurant is closed so this material would not be disposed in the garbage

Ser professor no século XXI: notas para uma discussão política

Among living beings, the human species is distinguished by the need to produce material and intentionally its existence through labor, an important part of a process of humanization. However, in the current historical conditions, the work does not meet the vital needs of the vast majority, as they do not owned what they produce, they do not realize as humans beings in work activity, they dehumanize themselves. Since, even in such conditions, continue to work everyday, we ask ourselves how they support the condition in which they live. As the decision of the historical men are defined by the education process they experienced, we question whether the schooling that take places in capitalist public school has the purpose of developing an instruction in the working class graduating to be exploited at work throughout life, consenting to be bound of the relationships use of themselves by others, multiple determinate, while they are adapted to a life without the products work. Our hypothesis is that to make this education project, the public school needed to assimilate the scientific management, developed by Frederyck Taylor, in the pedagogical organization. We based on dialectical and historical materialism, which we established the public school environment as reproducing the class struggle, highlighting the teacher work. The research was conducted in a Bauru’s public school, where teachers answered questionnaires that were used to analyze the formulated hypothesis

Reflexões e observações sobre as novas diretrizes curriculares e a sua influência na formação inicial do professor na universidade

With reference to curricular changes proposed by the CNE Resolution 1 /2002 and CNE 2/2002 on Teacher Education in Basic Education teaching degree - this study aims to analyze the new professional profile proposed in curriculum pedagogy , Physical Education , Science Biology , Mathematics , Physics and Geography . Within the curriculum guidelines was observed in a more normative articulated curriculum, focused on action-reflection- action. A guided design in practical rationality and the skills set without breaking the commitment of the public university with emancipation and quality education . Although there is this understanding we must also attend to the care that must be given to the new guidelines , based on the same reveal great concern with vocational training , with its instrumentation , with the pragmatic and utilitarian dimension of the training process . It is noteworthy that throughout the twentieth century in Brazil , where he fought for educational policies that were to solidify the construction of teacher identity , but the gains have largely remained restricted to the issue of educational reforms and a roster of disciplines , called pedagogical varnish . De estagiário a professor: a entrada na carreira docente e os saberes elaborados durante os estágios supervisionados

Considerando a crescente preocupação, bem como a necessidade dos cursos de formação de professores se voltarem para a importante etapa inicial do processo de aprender a ensinar, esta pesquisa focaliza o período de ingresso dos professores na carreira docente e o modo como os mesmos percebem a importância que tiveram os estágios supervisionados em sua formação. O pressuposto aqui estabelecido é de que os professores que ingressam na carreira docente mobilizam uma série de saberes elaborados no decorrer de sua formação, e que grande parte deles são construídos ao longo das experiências vivenciadas nos estágios supervisionados. Os sujeitos participantes da pesquisa são licenciados em Pedagogia pelo Instituto de Biociências da UNESP Rio Claro, formados entre os anos de 2006 a 2008, atualmente docentes da rede pública ou particular de ensino, compreendendo, portanto, a fase inicial de entrada na carreira docente (HUBERMAN, 1995), que corresponde aos três primeiros anos de docência. Foram realizados levantamentos bibliográficos e discussões teóricas sobre os principais eixos da pesquisa, que focam os estágios supervisionados (PIMENTA; LIMA, 2004), os saberes docentes (TARDIF; RAYMOND, 2000) e a entrada na carreira docente (HUBERMAN, 1995; MARCELO GARCÍA, 1998, 1999a, 1999b). A partir de entrevistas com os sujeitos, fora analisada a relação entre a importância dos estágios supervisionados e a entrada na carreira, como meio de responder à hipótese de que os saberes elaborados nos estágios supervisionados são uma base para a entrada na carreira, embora possam não ser suficientes para suprirem as necessidades vivenciadas no trabalho cotidiano em sala de aula.
