In order to make a histological evaluation of the dental alveolus wound healing in presence of the Isradipine (Lomir/Sandoz Pharma), the new calcium channels blockers, forthy-eight albino rats were utilized. These animals were divided in two groups. The animals of group I were considered as control; in group II, after the dental extractions the rats received intraperitonial injections of 2,5 mg/Kg of isradipine, administered a single dose. From each group of animals were sacrificed at 3, 7, 14 and 21 post-operative days. The pieces were fixed, descalcified and embedded in paraffin. The blocks thus obtained were cut at 6 micrometers thick and sections were stained with hematoxylin and eosin for morphological study. According to the results obtained i t was verified that the treated animals did not alter of wound healing after dental extractions

In order to do that, we will analyze one of the most important writings by Freud: An Outline of Psycho-Analysis. This choice was made because we think that the author synthesizes his thought in that book, whose maturity makes possible for us to access a later elaboration of the functioning and the conceptions we intend to analyze: The regions of Psychic apparatus; The problem of the Psycho-Analysis approach: science and philosophy; and The psychic qualities of the subject.

La pertinence de ce travail réside dans le fait qu'il y a aussi une étude sur la position du sujet dans la période especifié, entre les années 1914 à 1924. Il faut se rappeler que ces études visent à trouver des explications pour les changements qui se produisent réellement dans la langue. A cet effet, l'analyse de la variation est essentiel, car un changement survient dans une situation de changement. Les recherches dans le Variação e Mudança Linguística exigent que le chercheur soit conscient des changements brusques qui peuvent survenir tout au long de votre projet. Cela signifie que de traiter directement avec un phénomène variable, tout incident qui se produit les causes ne changera pas le résultat final de la recherche. Après l'analyse des résultats a permis de conclure que la position de l'objet varie avec le verbe utilisé dans la phrase. Par ailleurs, il est intéressant de noter que peu de données ont été analysés, ce qui signifie pour confirmer un changement de la langue aurait besoin d'un plus grand nombre de données et de comparer nos résultats avec les études de phases antérieures de la langue

Análise dialógica do discurso publicitário

From the questions raised by Bakhtin Circle, especially those intended to gender and dialogue, this work aims to study the relationships of meaning that are established between the statements present in commercial advertising discourse. For each sphere of production, circulation and reception of discourses, genres are appropriate, therefore, all discourse requires a different choice of language resources, which determines, among other things, the style of the message. The advertising genre, a genre characterized as complex, as it works, reframes and incorporates primary genres, has the central objective of building the next one idea being to buy something more frequent. This process occurs mainly through the use of persuasive speeches, compelling, authoritative, imperative and seduction. Our goal is to analyze an advertising piece, discussing how the resources used in advertising participate in the process of enunciation and persuasion and the manner in which the voices of others (previous authors, recipients hypothetical ) mingle with the voice of the subject's explicit enunciation. (Bakhtin, 2010, p. XXVII). Thus, based on Bakhtinian studies, we will think about the relation of the dialogical voices raised in question in advertising, and attend to the role of the other, with his active responsive understanding, how to be active and modifying agent

Estudo fotodinâmico da clorofila a, azul de metileno e rosa bengala como agente inseticida contra Aedes aegypti

Photodynamic therapy, term introduced by von Tapeiner in 1900, can be defined as the administration of a non toxic drug, i.e., a dye, known as photosensitizer (FS), which subsequently will be illuminated with light of specific wavelength. PDT is based on the interaction among FS, oxygen and light, which through photochemical reactions cause cell death. The FS molecules must have a high probability to form the singlet state after the excitation, which can induce chemical changes in the neighborhood in two ways, called reactions type I and type II. The type II reaction is based on the exchange of energy to molecular oxygen, exciting it to its state of higher energy (singlet), which is highly reactive. The proposed mechanisms for cell death are linked to damage to the DNA, mitochondria and to the cytoplasmic membrane. Several pre‐clinical and clinical trials have been carried out and the PDT is already used in many countries for treatment mainly against certain types of cancer. The therapy also has been gaining strength in antimicrobial control, since the microorganisms have appeared increasingly resistant to current antibiotics. Another attempt to use the PDT is for the inactivation of macro‐organisms, such as micro‐crustaceans and mosquitoes. To this end I tested whether the photosensitizers methylene blue, rose Bengal and the chlorophyll a has insecticidal activity against the yellow fever and dengue vector mosquito, Aedes aegypti. Since these diseases have no effective treatments, its control is linked to the vector control, which has shown resistance to chemical pesticides used. Based on this, this work shows its importance, because it is a new type of mosquito control since all the photosensitizers used are low cost, do not generate toxic products at the concentrations used and showed good results in mortality.
